Straight forward and friendly. Everyone from reception to dentist were friendly and appeared happy to be there. I had good conversation and professional treatment. No salesman like push at all. They listened and answered all question with no hesitation or confusion. I’ve had other free consults since I am or was looking for a new provider. Pricing is competitive with others or better. Will be going back for sure.

Very efficient office, nice people. Big deal is they are very careful about causing you any pain. I was very nervous about this whole process, due to old dentists always hurting so bad. I swear, these guys were a piece of cake! No real pain at all. I recommend them with no reservations.

I love this place. The staff is so friendly. The prices are very affordable. I have insurance and aspen dental was going to charge me $380 for a normal cleaning, affordable dentures told me that with my insurance my cleaning was covered 100%.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Nosa and Lucas. I had a tooth broken off at the gum line. I was so dreading this appointment. Lucas assured me it would be a fast procedure and Dr Nosa, with his calming voice, reiterated that it wouldn’t take long and made sure that I was comfortable before beginning the procedure. I was in and out of the appointment in just over 30 minutes. I didn’t know having an extraction could go so smoothly.

I cannot believe they made n my 3 year old sit outside n the heat while I waited in lobby for my dad that is absolutely Ridiculous they can clearly see my son is extremely hot thank you for being jerks when our whole state is already open and we had masks on

I had an awesome pain free experience. I called it a miracle. I broke my front tooth at gumline. I had to have implant. My history has been difficulty in deadening and causing me extreme anxiety. Rod really listened and gave me anxiety med which worked great. I highly recommend their services. Staff very friendly and professional.

I have visited this office twice. I am unfortunately not a frequent patient. I travel for work and rarely have time to set appointments for most things. Both times they were very accommodating. They are knowledgeable and kind. Both times I was offered affordable care. I am also impressed with the comfortability made by the staff. The first visit I had two wisdom teeth and a problem molar extracted. I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedures and healed perfectly with the stitches. The second visit I had a consultation for the removal of my remaining two wisdom teeth and two more molars. I will without a doubt return for future dental needs. I went to DDS for a regular teeth inspection and cleaning. The appointment progressed reasonably on time. All X-rays were performed well and ultimately disclosed that one tooth had a problem. To this point everything went according to plan. When the teeth cleaning process started I became aware that a new process appeared to be utilized. It appeared to be a high pressure water jet. For me, unfortunately, high pressure water jets are in a category of a dangerous process for use in the soft tissue of the mouth. As I recall there are precautions published in using water jets at home.However, I assumed that a large dental office such as DDS knew what they were doing so I kept quite and let the hygienist finish. My mouth felt like it had been agitated with multiple little needles. I left the dental office and returned home at which time I looked in my mouth and could see a lot of inflamed soft tissue; no bleeding however. At bedtime I gargled with a saline solution and the next morning the inflamed soft tissue was substantially better.Bottom line Im not sure. But possibly better protection of soft tissue from the high pressure water jet might be a start.Any comments appreciated.

Staff is amazing. Regional office manager, not so much. Went in today for an adjustment on my bottom partial and let them know my top wasn’t fitting right and only had them a month. Said they would need to do a reline on month old dentures and charge me another $175. Explained to the lady adjusting my partial that I just bought them. Lost my warranty on my old denture and broken partial due to COVID so had to buy a whole new set and now they want to charge me to reline dentures they made a month ago. No thanks. Was leaving when she talked me into talking to the “regional office manager”. I did not want to she talked me into it. When talking to him he accused me of trying to complain and get a new reline for free. Soon as those words came from his mouth I just walked out of the place, in tears. What a waste of thousands of dollars. Hopefully I will be able to find a place that will reline dentures made somewhere else.Kristy Masters

I became a customer in 2017 since then I have had to return at the minimum of 4 times a year because both my upper and lower keep breaking in the same location. The fourth time the realigned them and said if it happens again we we probably need to rebase them and when they broke again they constantly say if it happens again… we’ll it’s not if it’s when!I arrived right when they open every time at 8am typically the first or second person through the door and every time I will be here until they close watching their employees leave for the day while I sit in the waiting room or in my truck for them to tell me they are finished. I would give zero stars if I could.

I got my dentures at DDS, Dennison. Id heard horror stories of getting dentures, but DDS made it easy, affordable, and surprisingly comfortable for me! It was the best decision I have ever made! I drive almost 2 hours, but always come back for whatever needs I have!

Staff here is absolutely amazing! Had full dental work done. Received both upper and lower dentures. From extractions to implants I have had the best and most compassionate service ever. They made a very scary procedure so much better.Highly recommend their services.

I had 6 teeth repaired. Before I came here, my smile had my confidence low. Ashamed to smile in front of people. Now? My smile looks amazing. I literally could not be happier. The dentist Dr. Nosa was very good. His concern for my happiness let me know i was in good hands. The nurse Mrs. Shasta was there every step of the way and kept me reassured she actually cared about me as a person and a patient. Some minor improvements are needed, but still a great place to get your dental work done.

My dad, who is 92, has had multiple procedures done at DDS Dentures & Implant Solutions, and they have been extremely kind and professional every time. To be honest, Dad can be particularly difficult when it comes to doctors and nurses and dentists and dental assistants (and sons and daughters, for that matter). I’ve apologized for his behavior more times than I can count. I tell you this, because the DDS D&IS staff have continued to be thoughtful, caring and respectful toward him, despite him being a you-know-what more than once, while always maintaining focus on what is best for him at this season in his life.I’ve also been impressed with the quality of the work they do, the quality and cost of the partial dentures, and the ease and timeliness in making appointments.In closing, I want to say that we chose them originally because of the cost, but we continue to go there because of the other things I mentioned in this review.Thanks DDS D&IS, for giving my dad a better quality of life through affordable dental care.

I have nothing to say except great things about this place. Dr Rod is an incredibly guy. He explained everything in detail before he did it so there were no suprises. I had all my teeth extracted and 8 implants put in the same day. 4 top & 4 lower. 7 months later and I could not be happier.Besides Dr Rod, the staff is incredibly friendly, professional and caring. Very unhappy with DDS. Called several times recently to reschedule an appointment. Never received a call back. In addition, Ive been traveling 60 miles 1 way to my appointments since March 2020 and Im completely healed and still dont have a crown for my implant. The original price quoted , and I have the document has not been honored as well. This place was great, the staff is friendly, but the people running the show are crooked. I will never go back.

They sold me on a new set of Dentures when all I wanted was a soft lining the new dentures did not fit well at all they were loose they were looser than my old dentures so I went back to him the third time I went back to them they made me a new set and Im still trying to get him place then because they were so busy and I work nights and I cant stand around for hours during the dayThe third time they tried to make the dentures they were still extremely loose on the bottom will they told me that that was my fault that my gums and Bones were receding with old age thats fine then they should not have sold me the bottom dentures they said that they that I did not give them enough chances and told me that I shall give him more chances well Im tired I still work nights and I still cannot do this I need to make another appointment see if I can get my money back at least for half the dentures

Ive had a very good experience with this office. Everyone has been professional. Im having upper and lower dentures installed, with bottom denture implants. Dr. Nosa Idehen, and Ebony, were fantastic during my extractions. As was his entire team, that participated. I had quite a few teeth removed, and then the implants were installed. Dr. Idehen, and his team were so skilled, that I felt very little pain during the procedure, and because of their professional skills, I only had to take two of the prescribed pain pills, immediately after the procedure. That was it! I can only attribute that fact, to the skilled and talented, Dr. Idehen, and to all the talented people who worked on, and treated me with care. Thank you all very much!

Prices are very low and the environment is nice and clean. Employees are nice as well. This office gives you the option to do what YOU want without shoving the most expensive options down your throat. They want to fix what you want them to do without doing a huge expensive long drawn out plan of unnecessary work. I drive an hour to go here because this is the best dentist Ive ever been to!! I was able to walk in and get the treatment I wanted at a affordable price and Im so excited to get my smile back. Thank you💕

A little bit long for wait time but possibly due to Covid, not sure. My doctor was very friendly and reassuring. The insurance representative was also knowledgeable and friendly and discussed all my options with me. I would recommend them if you are needing work done to restore your smile!

After the third making of my bottom plate I still had a wrong bite. Covid-19 set in and I was tired of people grinding on my plate with no change. I went to another dental office and they made my plate with the right bite. Now I am able to eat without a painful bite. The $ 6,043.00 dollars I spent with DDS was a waste.

This team is truly amazing! I am 26 and was so embarrassed my first appointment. Dr. Stafford and his team made me feel so comfortable and at ease IMMEDIATELY!!! Stafford is so nice and very quick about the procedure, he makes sure your comfortable before starting. The entire staff made me feel like I had nothing to be ashamed of, which means the world to me. The officer manager Paige is the sweetest. She went over all my options with me, gave me the best one to fit my needs. And post op they have done nothing but take care of any questions or issues I have had immediately. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone. I was very blessed to have been led to them, I will never go any other place. I started using DDS about 4 years ago.Due to meds I had to have all replaced! They were excellent! I wont use anyone else ever!! They let me cry,vent,ect. 😂 I walk in they know me by name staff,surgeons,and all..I would give 5 + if they offered that rating.They kept in contact with me thru many surgeries and replacement....I am now having a life!

Great solution to the high cost of dentures and implants.The atmosphere in the offices is simple and friendly. There are no fish tanks and piped-in soft music, just a big waiting room to accommodate the volume of people who seek a low-cost solution to replacing lost teeth. I really appreciate that. The fancier the office, the more you will pay for their overhead costs ...Megan is at the front desk and is the heart of the office. You can hear her speaking with people on the phone. You know that kind of person that has a smile in their voice...that is Megan. Without realizing it, she eases anxiety about visiting the practice for the first time. Love that!In the back office are clinicians taking impressions and making adjustments. Its a whirling, busy back area all the time. Lots of patients are being helped at the same time by different teams. Once again, this keeps the costs down for us.I am grateful for their business model that keeps costs down for seniors on a fixed income and others that otherwise might not have access to the excellent care they can receive.

I absolutely love this place. But what I would like to ask of them is to help me fix my dentures to fit and look and feel the way they should and use to. Last time I went they redid my dentures but they molded my old dentures to remake my new... they never have felt or looked right. But other then that they do have friendly staff and hes patient.

Took my 91 year old Mom here for just a bottom denture. Everyone was wonderful, helpful and friendly. The last person to see us to fit her dentures was Benjamin Copeland. This was absolutely the sweetest person. He made my Mom feel so good and worked with her to make sure her dentures fit good. She talked about him and her experience all the way home and after we got home. This was a great experience. Will certainly be going back and recommending him and this place to everyone.

I do not have dental insurance and was very worried about cost. I had a wisdom tooth that had gotten so bad I was seen in the emergency room twice and given antibiotics. It was clear the problem would not resolve itself and the tooth needed to come out. I made an appointment and they got me in the same week. Dr Rod was very gentle and had a really caring personality. He made me feel comfortable and pulled my tooth with ease. I love this place and will definitely come back. Very affordable vs all the other dental offices trying to charge me outrageous prices. DDS DENTAL only charged me 25.00 for the visit and 150.00 to pull my wisdom tooth. Being a single mom of three, I appreciated the low price. So if you are uninsured this office definitely will get you treated for the lowest price available.

(It’s important that I note that I have never, ever looked forward to going to the dentist - so much so, that I typically avoid going at all costs.)The experience I had with Dr. Rod is exactly what you would HOPE to experience, but often do not, when you visit the dentist. Not only was he gentle, but he also let me know exactly what he was about to do prior to doing it, all while making sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. I felt no pain at any point.If you’ve felt anxious about going to the dentist, let me assure you that you will have a great experience here. The experience was almost perfect. There was a problem with their Xray machine for bitewings, but they took a panorama instead. The dentist clearly explained what options were available and the reasons for or against were discussed with me. The extraction was as quick and painless as possible. All precautions related to COVID19 were in place and appropriate. Very professional, polite staff.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. Went in to get a tooth pulled and he told me that he won’t just pull the one, he wants to pull them all. I tried to explain to him I didn’t have $1,200, but I can pay the $100. He gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. Been going here for years and now I will NEVER go back.

I would recommend DDS of Denison. I had immediate and two sets of permanent dentures made and have been pleased with all of them. I recently had new Premium dentures made.Due to the odd shape of my jaw it is hard to get accurate impressions. I had to return four times to have major changes made to my dentures. Once on the top and three times on the bottoms. I was never charged for the reprocessing of my dentures. The dentist and staff were kind and professional.

Dr.Saffold was Amazing to work with. He was honest with me about my options. I would be happy to drive an hour both ways to see him for very affordable dental care.

The assistant that help me (her name was Joy) was the kindest and most knowledgeable person that has ever adjusted my dentures. I have a (service dog) that was welcomed and had no issues by staff. I dont know how much she makes, but I think she deserves a RAISE.!!!!! The Managers name is Page. I hope she sees this review as well the Corporate Office. WOW! I didnt have my hopes up because Ive had Lots of dental problems throughout my life..bad dental genes on both sides of family. BUT, this experience has been above and beyond expectations. Really, I wish I had gotten the courage to take care of the ugly teeth problem a long long time ago. Every staff member is knowledgeable and professional. They are also kind, warm and friendly. There isnt a single thing I would change about this experience.I wrote a glowing review after my first visit...and I have not changed my mind one bit! The staff is seriously like family. The implant procedure is the least painful dental experience I have ever had! The step-by-step process is making absolutely certain my implants will be a perfect fit. I could not be more pleased. Anyone considering implants should save time and money by going here first.

I went to get my impressions for my implants and denture today . I was so nervous and was dreading the awful discomfort that I imagined came with it. Well Paige ,my assistant who took the impressions,is amazing ! She is very sweet, has fantastic chair side charm and was so easy and comforting through every step. She answered any and all questions I had, and told me what to expect with my new teeth. I feel so much more confident and relaxed thanks to her. The latest visit was for an exam and, even though there were several people in the waiting room when I went in, my waiting time was much less than any MDs office I have been to, ever!

I have nothing but praise for DDS. The friendly service was exceptional. I received my dentures at about 4:30 the same day I went in. I returned home and realized they did not align just right. The next morning I went back and was worked right in to the daily schedule. A very nice lady named Rebecca worked with me until my dentures fit perfectly.

I love the service here. Paige is always so friendly and does everything she can do make me more comfortable. She always answers all my questions and never seems impatient with me. I have and will continue to recommend this facility to others.

Unfortunately my dental experience didnt end well here and I decided to find a different location for my dental care. I recommend doing your research and getting multiple opinions 🙂 consults are free most of the time and there are plenty of places via Google search

Wonderful! Got us in quickly, got the first part done in just a few minutes, came back at the time they told us to and got right back in. The young ladies that did ours were sweet and friendly and quick and very attentive. So far, dentures (upper and lower) fit perfectly and she can eat with them! Great experience.

I love this place! The staff is always friendly and takes care of me whenever I go in. They will keep me updated on the process and let me know immediately when they have information for my visit. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs dental services.

Really great and highly professional service !!!! The entire staff went out of their way to make sure the whole experience was not just painless, but was enjoyable and relaxing. Linda did a really great job with my deep cleaning appointment today. She was attentive and always checking with me to ensure my comfort during the cleaning process. She also did a very professional and thorough job and I sincerely appreciate it.

Im so traumatized by the dentist when I visited DDS, I was shocked at the work he performed on me. He said he was done, an all I felt was a little discomfort. He is a Awsome surgeon thank you for making me feel comfortable. An the staff, you guys are so nice, You guys dont make people feel some type of way. appreciate the help from your financial advisor as well. I will make people go to DDS. Lol Thanks again.

We paid over $10k for implants and dental services and have received very poor service here. Poor quality dentures that look and feel awful, implants that cause pain which hasnt been addressed in 7 months and rude treatment from the staff including the front desk and the assistants in the back. The doctor has not kept his word on how my wife would be treated at all and if you want to see your physician, good luck because the front desk wont allow it. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I started my implant process in February 2018. It hasn’t been an easy process for me because of my high anxiety with any kind of dental work & also my body fought the healing process in the beginning. My initial thought of DDS during the first few days was that I wasn’t happy with my dentist, Dr.Bloom was initially my dentist. He basically told me I’m numb and can’t feel anything so I shouldn’t have anxiety. Luckily, my 3rd visit I got Paige as my nurse. She literally sat there wiping my tears for me and made me feel not only better about starting the process, but she never acted like my anxiety was a problem! Fast forward, I now have had 2 implants fail. The first was replaced within 2 weeks. With this second fail, I now have a new dentist. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name, I’ve had one visit with him so far. Already though he has been a better dentist than Bloom was. Instead of just replacing, he did bone grafting & added bone in to try and make sure that in the long run I have an easier journey. He is very kind, understanding & definitely a great addition to DDS.I had a bad experience on one of my visits with the office manager at the time. My next visit I was greeted by Paige who is now the new office manager. She went above and beyond to fix my bad experience & to make sure I was happy. Making Paige the office manager was a very wise decision. She truly cares about the patients coming in the office and I can honestly say that my journey as a whole wouldn’t have been pleasant without her.DDS was a good place before but with the recent changes I think it’s better than ever!!!

Update....I went back in June and Ben was able to get me fixed up and I can honestly say that he is an amazing person and cares alot about making his patients smile!! I was sitting in the waiting area, the door came open and he came out singing a song, with my name in it, really made me feel better about that visit!! Lots of thanks to Ben and the few others that worked so hard to make this possible!!It has been an emotional roller coaster with the Denison office, after paying almost 3,000 I expected to receive dentures that I could eat with and look and feel great while wearing them, but that has not been the case, I just want things made right!! I will not recommend anyone to this office, there are some staff members that are great and caring but there are some that just dont care and are rude!! Im so embarrassed to even be in front of my own family, thats how bad they look when I put them in!

My experience was very good and as painless as they could possibly make it. My denture look great.

Fantastic dental office. They are prompt and reasonable. Linda Pierson is a great dental hygienist. My husband got his dentures many years ago but has had excellent service on his dentures.

After a terrible experience with Aspin Dental I was leery of using any dental services in the area but with great surprise and joy I found DDS Dentures. I would very highly recommend DDS Dentures for any of your needs, these people are very professional and knowledgeable, unlike my previous experience. I couldnt be more happier and pleased.....
