Theyve got good bargains here but the store is always a mess. Product all over the place. The checkout lines are always long and the employees seem to hate their jobs. To be honest, Id hate to work here too. They do have some cheap houseware stuff. But if you see something you want today, you had better buy it. Youll never find it again.

Huge selections and the Christmas offerings are really good. Wish they would open more than 2 registers when the line loops around the front of the store. We had to leave our items because of the waitUpdate to 5 stars because we came back Sunday and they had 4 registers open and they got everyone out quickly unlike on Friday

Prices are comparable to Marshalls and Burlington Coat Factory. It’s a small store though and there isn’t too much in the men’s fashions. But you can find a bargain and it’s worth it.Store was clean and the staff very helpful in making sure you have a pleasant experience. I will be back for more.

Love me some TJ Maxx. This particular location was neat, well-stocked, and had a very friendly staff ... particularly a very sweet person named Lilly, who went out of her way to be informative and helpful and insisted on going to the front of the store to get me a cart when she saw me with an armful of merchandise. It was very refreshing to see someone from her generation understand and embrace the concept of true customer service.

I do love this store. It is easy to get to with parking, today we were greeted and thanked when we left the store. I am giving it four stars because I have gone back to look for specific bedding tirelessly. I need a queen and a king of the same type and style and can never find it in both sizes. I also feel as if they could do better with keeping childrens clothes in stock. Once the new items are sold, the hangers look bare for a while until other items replace it. This causes the store to be a hit or miss when someone may be shopping for specifics.

I normally like this one at Juban Crossing better than the one closer to my house but this trip wasnt as pleasant. The employees were rude, which Ive come to expect at the store closer to me, but this store they are usually more friendly and helpful. That is the main factor in all of my reviews....friendly helpful employees. But this is 2020 so I cut some slack and still gave 4 stars although this trip was really about 2 stars. An employee plowed over me to hang some clothes on a rack I was looking at.

I visit these stores wherever I roam. Was just in Flushing, NY and I liked the products they had there more than my own store. The choices in purses are across the board nice everywhere I’ve been.

Pretty crowded could not find what I wanted but that just happened sometimes.

I went in to shop around 9pm and the staff was so rude to me about trying on clothes 30 minutes before closing. I felt so rushed. I would never stay somewhere past closing time, I was paid and gone by 9:28.On a good note, they have a great selection of clothes and everything was clean and organized.

I am always pleased with their selection. I love shopping for the decorations bcuz they always have such a great variety. But make sure you grab what you like when you see it or else it might not be there when you go back for it. The store is always well kept and plenty of selection. I wish they had a wider variety of purses. The ones in stock are usually a bit pricey for me. Otherwise, a great store and highly recommended!

Needed a bag for my laptop. Found the perfect one at TJMaxx.

Lots of great items and super competitive prices!Though, I purchased a set of bowls that was missing one. They were prices at $12. And when I brought them r the cashier asked if anymore could be taken off with one missing. The manager cane and said theyre already marked down. I did mention that they should mark it better because I couldnt tell if they were marked down with the 4 original bowls or the 3 remaining. Still a good buy though.

Excellent service. There was a short on clearance that was 2 dollars difference in a smaller size. Brought both to the counter and the cashier checked the item numbers which were the same. She had the adjustment made in the price. Great variety of ite.s and found some really nice bargains.

I love shopping here. The store is always clean and the people are very friendly. This is the first place I go when I need to buy a gift,because theres a large variety of quality merchandise at affordable prices.

Lots of ways to spend at T. J. Max! I havent been there for awhile, but I will be going back! I really like the neatness, I could tell that is important to them. I found New Balance shoes I had to have, Olga bras, a great top. Very enjoyable shopping trip, the young lady that checked me out was delightful. I will go back.

Love this place. They really do offer deep discounts on name brand clothes. Especially workout clothes, Nike, Under Armour, New Balance clothing for women. They have boutique quality clothing for women at very reduced prices. Its worth looking here first, before you go anywhere else.

For what the store sells. The store has a great selection and even better prices. And always kind and courteous employees.

A purse was marked down and i try to get it the workers start talking to their self like i wasnt even there saying the prices wasnt right. What happen to the customer being right. One worker walked around look for another of the purse i told her that it was the only one she tries to charge me a different price for a purse that look somewhat like that one if i wanted the other one i wouldve got that one instead. I never shop there again. To make a customer feel like they i did. And on top of that why i was waiting to be checked out the worker start checking out other people i never felt so worthless.

There are plenty of employees in the store but only 2 were serving customers at the checkout. There were at least a dozen people waiting in line. Good customer service means sometimes hving to stop what youre doing and run a register so customers waiting times are minimized.

Id shop here more if I didnt have the loss control people make me feel like they think Im stealing. I bring my daughter with me sometime while I wait for my wife to get off work. Im sure people steal from there because theres always empty cologne boxes. Usually the ones im willing to buy. All the good smelling ones. So they watch the ones who arent stealing yet the ones who do are getting away with it. Your Loss Prevention team needs to pay closer attention to the ones who dress like they dont belong in there. I, by no means, look like I cant afford a 25 dollar bottle of spray man come on yall

I must say that the store is excellent good customer service great prices, but the only thing that I have a problem with it when you purchase something from the jewelry department its a bit insulting to me that someone has to walk it from the jewelry area to the register. Let it be known not everyone still but some could be insulted. ..

Pretty much every time we go in this store the women stare at us and are literally on top of us like we’re committing a crime just looking around! They literally make us so uncomfortable every time so we end up leaving. And they are always rude. very terrible customer service

The store staff was very professional and pleasant... however the store could have been cleaner. I’m not one to complain about tj maxx, trust me... I LOVE TJMaxx... but I found the store to be a little messy compared to how it is usually. I did find some very good buys... got me some great shampoo & conditioner, Nike socks and a couple tops. I will come back.
