OK! Explore your options parents. This particular location has had 5? supervisors in the less than 2 years my son has been there. The techs and therapist are great but their scheduling issues every 2-5 months is ridiculous. Other locations may be better, but I would avoid this one if at all possible. I am currently exploring other ABA options because of the continuous ongoing issues with scheduling, zero notifications about random closing times, spontaneously closing early, randomly calling for you to come and pick up your child because someone called in sick. Driving 30 minutes to be told there was no coverage and bring your kid back in a few hours. It is really beyond ridiculous.
