I was very impressed with how polite and professional everyone is and the atmosphere is relaxing and quite. My appointment on arriving was taken care of in a few minutes and seeing the Doctor was a great pleasure, very patient, direct, and very informative. The nurse I applaud you for a job well done. Most definitely want to make this team my family medical center.

The nurse was extremely friendly. Doctor Shulte was very thorough and extremely down to earth. The check in process was pretty quick and I was ultimately pleased with my choice to switch doctors to this clinic.

Amazing service provided after I fractured my fibula. The urgent care ladies even stayed late and waited for my to come back for a knee immobilizer.

Dr. Schulte an amazing primary doctor. He takes time to listen to his patients. He actually wants to get to the root of the problem just as much as you do. If he does not know he will find someone who does.

Absolutely horribleI’m terminating my relationship with Oshner’sThey continue to disappoint myself and family.Failure to respond to phone calls, misdiagnosis, poor treatment, and inconsistent protocol. At one time Oshner’s was very well respected. It’s sad they have fallen to to level it is today.

Very quick visit for a required Covid test. I waited in my car for about 2 minutes, the nurse came out and administered the test. She was very friendly and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and it was over with before I knew it.

I really liked the NP I saw yesterday. She was friendly and seemed to listen. The building was clean and everything seemed very sterile. The receptionist were friendly and helpful.

I was seen in a timely manner and greeted with smiles from the staff. Dr. Schulte doesn’t rush his patients, and for that reason, I have recommended him to my friends. The Denham Springs location is perfect for me!

Angelle Bush, NP, provided a thorough exam and really listened to my concerns. My prognosis would have been bad had she not ordered a chest x-ray. It showed that I had developed pneumonia 11 days after completing COVID quarantine. She prescribed an antibiotic. Im confident that the outcome will be positive because of the care she provided.Calling to check in from the car is a great procedure. I feel that is a great process that protects patients.IT sad to see Dr Wheeler Duke move out of state. I am confident I will receive the same level of care she provided by my new PCP, Dr Cardoza and Angelle Bush, NP.

I have been waiting for 2 hours with my 3 years old with a open chin and it is empty. This place is a joke.

Dr. Cardozo and Angelle, NP were the best caretakers when I had Covid! They made sure I got the right meds in time. This is by far the best care team I’ve ever had. Dr. Cardozo makes sure she gets the right testing to solve any problem I have. It was pretty scary going to a new doctor at first (just started in 2020) but she and Angelle are my caretakers for life! I highly recommend Ochsner Denham. The whole staff works like a team and they are fantastic! I tell all my friends to go to Denham Ochsner Clinic. They are the best!

Phone appointment. I found to be ineffective impersonal and Ochsner will collect from my insurance for a visit. And Doc gets paid . No real health care benefit to patient other than not catching COVID at the Ochsner facility.

This was my first visit with Dr. Wheeler and I was very impressed. She answered all of my questions, identified and explained everything I was having issues with. She was fast yet very thorough. It’s hard to find a doctor like her so I want to make her my new Primary Care Physician. Also, the lady that gave me a chest x-ray was very friendly. The location was clean and the 2 lady’s in the front were nice and helpful as well.

Went to this urgent care due to hurting my foot. I suspended it was broken. Called from the parking lot to check in (due to Covid) and the receptionist was very polite. I could tell she was busy but was polite the entire time. The PA and radiology tech I saw was also very polite and professional. But most of all was the helpfulness of the nurse. Above and beyond with care. And a great attitude..... just what you would want from your health care professional. I wish mychart app or my paper work had their names, I would be more specific. Other than the broken foot it was an all around great experience.

I absolutely love Angelle Bush NP she is very caring professional and has been a huge blessing to me. I go to this location for urgent care all of my Doctors are Ochsner but its easier to see Angelle she gets to the bottom of anything wrong with me. And the nurses there are also amazing. I have been told that Angelle is working at the hospital and I PRAISE GOD FOR EVERYBODY SHE IS OR HAS HELPED DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC MY FAMILY IS PRAYING FOR YOU ANGELLE WITHOUT A DOUBT YOU ARE GIVING 100% IN EVERYTHING YOU ARE DOING GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND COWORKERS ALL OF MY LOVE.

The staff at Oschner Urgent Care in Denham Springs was kind and thorough. Every person I came in contact with was caring and professional! I was in and out quickly and would definitely recommend this facility to others. This was not the first time that my family has seen Catherine David, NP. I am impressed with her bedside manner and the time she spends to assess and explain things to her patients.

The NP that treated me was very thorough - very knowledgeable. Explained her diagnosis very well. Made arrangements for me to go to the ER since I needed further testing that couldnt be done at that facility. Without consulting me - she went to the the waiting room while I was getting dressed and explained to my son how we needed to move forward - evidently she cared enough to let my son know I should go to ER with out delay! I liked that

Dr. Wheeler-Duke is the best doctor Ive ever had. She takes the time to listen to me, to explain things to me, and to address my individual needs. She is accessible by email and gets me in quickly whenever necessary.

I’ve been looking for a new primary care and the lady I saw was very straight forward on what she saw and observed. Knew exactly what actions to take and covered all bases. Love Ochsner Urgent Care! Use them often because apparently no one in my family gets sick during normal business hours. Thank goodness for urgent care and the hours they keep!

We brought my son in on a Saturday morning and was seen immediately. Faith at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Lacey was our nurse and she was so kind to my scared little boy. Coleatha Fowler just put the icing on the cake. She had him laughing and playing by the time we left. She explained every little thing to him as she went and gave him good instructions for at home care. They all really cared about him being comfortable. I would absolutely recommend them! Plus the office and bathroom were very clean!

I came in with a pilonidal cyst and was told they couldn’t drain it because it was too hard. I was given a shot of antibiotics and told it would ease my pain but my pain only got worse. I finally had to go to the emergency room to get someone to drain it for me, where they told me it should have been drained a while ago. So the doctor I saw either just didn’t want to drain it for me or didn’t know how. It just sucks to know I spent money to have something done that y’all should have been able to do.

I went in for a well-care visit. My GP is the best! I also had bloodwork, x-rays and an ultrasound completed. From the staff checking me in to the nurses to the techs, all were very friendly and made me feel well taken care of.

Such wonderful staff. Everyone is so nice & very thorough & informative. Highly recommend Ochsner.

Needed to see a Physician couldnt get in to see Primary,walked right in was able to the Dr.very quick the location is perfect.

The receptionist/ check in clerk failed to check in for lab work causing to wait nearly an hour until I walked out. When questioned she failed to own up to her mistake. Called Oshsner help line in which representative was not very nice, finally obtained apology from Doctors office whom admitted clerk failed to finalize the re check in. Completely unprofessional operation. I would suggest using Our Lady of the Lake.

Got there for 8am for my appointment and was suppose to be first appointment and didn’t go back till 8:45. 10 others went ahead of me who got there after me. Said waiting for room when I was there way before everyone else. Got there as they opened at 8am

I absolutely love seeing Dr. Schulte for my daughter. I was seen in a very timely manner and all the staff was so sweet. She loved seeing them. He was very knowledgeable and took great care with her and made sure that we were well informed. I cant recall getting the nurses name but she was so sweet as well. Thanks Oschner!!

Wow! This place is SO nice, and the staff was so sweet, friendly, and competent. My son started showing signs of flu (fever, coughing, sore throat) when he woke up for school two days ago, so because of concerns about the severity of this years outbreak, i had my fiance bring him in to the urgent care up the road while I went to work. They didnt swab him, said he wasnt showing any signs of illness, and sent him away with a one day doctors excuse. I was upset (still am), and his symptoms started worsening that night. So yesterday I brought him to this urgent care and they immediately swabbed him. His test started showing positive before the test line was even finished. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because it was a pretty long visit considering how slow it was in there (2 hours and only 2 other patients in there), and the nurse was kind of abrupt, but everyone else more than made up for that brief interaction. My concerns were immediately taken seriously and addressed, and they were apologetic about the wait time. I will DEFINITELY be going back here and have already started recommending it to people. Its awesome.

Dr. Cordozo-Kellogg is a very caring doctor. She doesnt ignore and she isnt pushy.

First, I would like to say that the doctor, Dr. Wheeler-Duke, is the best; very nice and knowledgeable. But, this low rating is for Ochsner, itself. They are extremely understaffed at this location. The front desk clerks are also rude and do not fully answer questions. Also, the greatest issue with Ochsner is their centralized call center. If you try to return a call to your doctor, FORGET IT. Wanna talk to your doctor, FORGET IT. Want to find out results of a test, FORGET IT. Their communication system is horrendous.

As with any professional service which includes PhDs of any type you need to do your research before using there services. Our experience was not so good in that the Doctor that did the exam missed the mark completely. It wasnt until we visited our primary care provider the next day that the pain was remedied.Lets say, Take to Aspirins and Visit your primary care practitioner before you spend money on a guess.As I said, read their bios, listen to their introduction and read their training and resume before visiting.This goes for any professional, always check to make sure they are truly the professionals (Doctors) you need to see for what you need.In our case, lots of money for basically nothing. To bad, they were located so close to home.I gave 2 stars only because I have seen 1 star doctors in my life.

Dr. Wheeler-Duke could not have been nicer. But the facility is CLEARLY understaffed with medical support personnel. It took almost two hours for us to be sent on our way after treatment. The first room we were placed in could not be used because of a faulty computer. Finally we were placed in a usable room and we proceeded to wait at least 15 minutes between the times either the nurse or the doctor would come in to see us. After 1.5 hours I went to the nurses station to just get our school excuse and go home, but it was refused and I was told to go back to the treatment room to wait a while longer. I understand that the nurse or MA (it was not clear which she was) wanted to finish up on the phone (assumingly with a patient), but we could not wait any longer. So, my son and I proceeded out to the lobby. I really appreciate the receptionist taking the time to get an excuse for us and sending us on our way.

Understaffed. The doctor I did see was knowledgdeable and very helpful. The front desk needs to learn that they are representing oschnern and not act as if Im ruining their day. The help I got was superior. But its apparent that the great and mighty Oz-schner is not staffing their sites.

It is extremely difficult to get in touch with someone by phone at the Veterans Blvd. clinic at Denham Springs, LA on the weekend. This is frustrating!

Great local location for O.B.G.Y.N..I absolutely love Mrs.Bethanie but not very fond that it shares a building with the emergency care...being that Im pregnant maybe Im a little too paranoid around sick people,but I would hate to catch a cold at 32 weeks pregnant.
