Classes are challenging, buts lots of fun! I’m 60+ years old and I’m stronger, healthier, and more fit than I was 20 years ago. I recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive atmosphere with great coaches and great people!

I am a coach/member here and recommend this location to any new or seasoned crossfitter. Please show up a few minutes early if it is your first visit or to do your own stretching and warm up prior to class if you wish. Great location, great people!
