The wait is always long, even if youre the only family in the waiting room and the nurses at the sign in are never friendly. The last appointment we had, NO ONE used gloves when drawing blood or issuing shots. When blood was drawn, they got more on the table than in the tube and instead of using separate, CLEAN paper to clean the blood off my child and the surface, the nurses used the table cover material to wipe blood (more like smear) off the surface and proceeded to use the same sheet to smear blood off my child. I also noticed the office didnt have anywhere to dispose of bio-hazardous materials. Dr. Asbahi also didnt use gloves; hes friendly but it does not make up for the incompetence of the staff actions and the lack of properly stocked protective wear and dispensers.

Dr. Asbahi is a very caring physician who makes his patients comfortable and accepted. He makes them laugh.
