I am very displeased with the lack of legal understanding and professionalism with office management. They act as if life begins and ends with attending their clinic on a biweekly basis, and seemingly fault clients for fighting through their pain in effort to make a living. It is like they expect clients to lose their jobs and forgo all responsibilities just to make treatment. Furthermore, they have the audacity to place liens on patient settlements after already receiving a legal guarantee of payment. The office management seems to have completely forgotten the mission and purpose of chiropractics and is purely focused on maximizing profits. This is such a travesty for many reasons, but especially because the actual chiropractic services were satisfactory. The office management is just so disconnected from their clients, mission, and standard attorney / doctor practices that they completely overshadow superior chiropractic services. I just refuse to allow additional stress in my life from a place that should be providing me peace and healing.

I love the care that I received from Dr. Peter. My knee was hurting and after a few treatments he ordered an MRI. They found a torn meniscus and cartilage in my knee. I was so thankful for how he took care of me. I have also been for adjustments and Dr. Peter listened to my needs and address all of them and then told me what his plan of action to make me feel better. The staff was very attentive to my needs and comfort. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Beware. They will charge you for everything thing they do to you, even with insurance. I paid an office visit copay and that was all I was told I would have to pay. I then received a bill for the actual adjustment, electric stimulation and even for them to put an ice pack on me. Yes they charge me $7 to lay a ice pack on my back. They also billed my insurance for an X-ray that I never even received. The staff is nice but they are shady, shady, shady.

Very accommodating and fit me in when Im hurting at a minutes notice. Brianna and Dr.Sibley are fantastic!
