If I could give this a zero, I would. The office is run doen and disgusting, Absolutely DISGUSTED with Kathy at LabCorp. Very unprofessional and rude and should not be working with the public. I highly suggest going to a different location!

Absolutely horrible place to do business with. About as organized as a bunch of 3rd graders. Go figure. Must be a government subsidized business or they would be bankrupt. The employees could care less if they are helpful or not and do not try to hide it. Cant figure out if they are incompetent or genuinely just dont care. I dare say the later.

This place is absolutely horrible. The lady was so rude and would not let me collect my things after my drug screen was done. 11/02/2020 2:00pm. I will absolutely never go to this location ever again. I decided to go to this location because it was closer to home rather than going to the industrialplex location. Never again. Horribly rude staff, and will be sure to be in touch with this woman’s manager.

The Denham office has a wonderful lady. Not a bruise to be found. Very quick and clean

I wish I could put 0 stars but that’s not possible! This place is just horrible! This was the worst lab experience I’ve ever had! And I’ve been to a million labs.. there really slow and understaffed with a room full of people always. There was a confusion about a test that was ordered from my doctor and front desk lady just kept arguing with me on how it should be done when I was explaining how my doctor said to it differently. She told me that I wasn’t listening to her! Finally when it got straightened out I went to the back to take my blood and urine test and the lady had took my blood and and while I was looking away she told me to hold my cotton pad on my arm when I went to reach down to hold it for her the needle that she was holding was pointing directly in my body’s direction and the needle went directly in my finger! After that I went to take my urine sample and in the bathroom the sink didn’t even work! The whole building was run down and looks like a Obama charity hospital! As that being said I am the nicest person you could meet and the most patient person so it really took a lot of leave a review about this place.. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! This is the worst place in Livingston parish you could pick!

The woman behind the counter is extremely rude and unprofessional. Im not sure if I woke her from a nap or just took more medication then prescribed.. Not only does she get upset for having to find your paperwork in her own mess, the paperwork is scattered across the floor and unable to find patients paperwork.This place stinks and is extremely unsanitary. I would not let this place run any kind of test on me and I will never go back. Lady did not know what she is doing. Told me I needed 5 tubes but was trying to do 7. Could not even fill 1 tube. She tried 4 times. Horrible place.

They don’t answer their phone..... called a Baton Rouge location and was helped immediately

Horrible! Woman there does not have a clue what she is doing, plus she loud, and rude!
