I can hear again!!! Shanna is the best. She was very understanding and professional. She actually sat down and talked with me face to face like a real person and helped me understand. Ms Shanna gave me a very thorough hearing exam. She updated my hearing program and cleaned the aids. The results of my hearing are much improved.

I enjoyed the visit today, don’t like the fact that they will charge me going forward for a check up. In the past I was able to get a few ear piece rubbers and the filters. Ms Shannon was able to give me a few filters to have on hand, but she stated that the manufacturer is charging them for the pieces therefore they will have to start charging. Not a good thing.

I am very pleased with Audibel. There services meet all my expectations.Staff is courteous and friendly. I am always able to get an appointmentto my satisfaction. Mr.Carter is very patient and considerate.

Had broker aid replaced both ears adj usted all and cleaned plus repaired broken ear. No appointment walk in fixed about 15 min wait

The Lady was very nice & knowledgeable & determined the hearing aid had to be sent in for repair! The hearing aid is still under warranty!

Great hearing aids,I did not realize how bad my old hearing aids were,people really suffer if they can not hear all conversations,the service was great.

They told me a charge for hearing test and reprogramming hearing aids. Already had hearing aids just needed adjustments. They wanted to charhe almost 700.00 for those services. Robbery, would not recommend this company at all, or get everything up front before going in. Shameful to do people that are desperate to hear that way!

The staff is friendly & courteous, but I am not very happy with the hearing aids.I still have problems with understanding conversations in a crowd setting. I have gone back several times since I bought hearing aids to make adjustments. But I am still having problems. I hate the behind the ear hearing aids especially with having to wear a mask.It also a nuisance with wearing glasses and brushing your hair with the hearing aids on.V Hurst
