This place is hit or miss. Sometimes they are great. Other times not so much. I took my wife that needed a wound repacked after her OBGYN told her to get it repacked once a day. Well the referred wound care never called. So instead of driving 40 minutes to Orlando we thought it’s a simple Procedure since they just send a nurse out to do it normally. Well this “doctor “didn’t feel comfortable with unpacking and repacking a wound. I imagine that sort of day two of being a doctor. So I’m just going to void this place as much as I can.

I went to this ER few months ago due to unbearable and sharp pain in my lower back. Doctor and nurses told me that I might have back pain from carrying heavy stuff. Few days later, the pain was still there. I ended up going to my family doctor. The sharp pain I was feeling was due to shingles. They still sent me a bill though. I had to pay $250 for just going to this ER and telling me to take pain medication.

On June 10th my husband had a TIA. We were told to go here as it was a new facility. We are so thankful we did. Once we explained his symptoms they had a team waiting for him when we turned the corner. They explained everything that was going on and monitored him until he had a room ready for him at Fish. They were amazing and made sure that I was calm before I left to follow the transfer ambulance.Thank you all so much.

This ER is amazing! Most other ERs Ive been to do not have the nicest or most attentive staff but the staff here is always amazing. I always feel very comfortable here. My nurses today Tori and Katie were so sweet and made my visit there probably the best Ive had at any ER.

First today I got bit by a dog and the got me in quick and very sweetly. The doctor and both nurses David and Paul were quick and understanding. I am scared of needles extremely and needed a tetanus shot. Paul the nurse was very understanding said I could go any where if I could not go through with it. I came back just a little while ago and asked for him because of how nice and soothing and understanding he was the First time. He came in the room and was SO sweet and calm same demeanour. He gave me the shot after helping me stay calm. So sweet and the staff is sweet and calm. But PAUL was awesome!

I was very happy with their facility -got right in quick -clean -your own room -people tend to you I just wished they did a little bit more in there than they do but I highly recommend the place

Took my granddaughter to the ER. She fell and hit the side of her eye. The nurses were great, but Dr. Matthew made all these excuses why not to do a CT scan. Then said that the dark circle under her eye was due to allergies and prescribed her allergy medication. Which we never went to get. The next day we took her to advent children hospital on Princeton and there they did a CT scan and found all was good no eye socket fracture.

I took my father on Monday for shortness of breath. His ER visit was longer that we anticipated, this gave us the opportunity to witness the amazing care and professionalism they provide to our community. Dr. Caraker, Nurse Toni, Caity and Jennifer provided excellent care of my father, and I will be forever grateful.

No protective gear was worn except mask. Nurses wasnt wearing gloves and equipment wasnt wipe down after use. Didnt separate covid patients from non covid patients. This place is a total mess.

Great, care! And fast! Very caring nurses, Doctors! I will be coming here for now on!

The best experience I have ever had at the ER a big thank you to my nurse Toni for being so patient with me and educating me thank you for taking so much care of me it means the world ! The DR took his time with and tan test and was feel kind and informative thank you both so much !

I went in with a real emergency. Im alive today. That alone speaks for itself. Perfect.....no, but Im alive and may not have been without them. THANK YOU !!!

The hospital will not let me inside with my mother because her husband is with her and they are only allowing one person. Last week when we were at the same location, they allowed two people! I understand the concerns for COVID, but my entire family is vaccinated and meanwhile the hospital keeps changing their policy without clear reasoning!

I went in for a abdominal pain and was in and out quickly. The staff and nurses were very friendly and professional. I was taking care by a female dr. who took care of my medical needs and a ct scan that was done quickly. I recommend this place for anyone with a medical emergency condition. Im back home and glad to have a facility like this in my neighborhood. To everyone there thank you for your friendly smiles and your professionalism. May God bless you all and keep you safe during these epidemic times.

This place is a joke they should take the emergency room off the building go somewhere else had two ladies at the door doing the job of negative 1 person if there is such a thing. Instead of offering a more efficient service instead of having people waiting in the rain and in their cars. Took almost two hours be we decided to go to Halifax and received much better service and was not treated like cattle. Thank you Halifax

One of the best hospitals 🏥 I have ever been to and my nurse TONY IS BEAUTIFUL AND MY DOCTOR couldn’t be more respectful and all around great doctor thank you guys ❤️❤️

Caity was very professional and knowledgeable, even if she spells her name incorrectly. Ha-Ha. Went back fast and it was nice and clean. Ice cream was really good.

From the time we checked in until the time we left the staff was very friendly, caring and helpful. The ER doctor took his time and listened to our concerns. The facility was very clean as well.

Cat scan tech with Indian accent is abusive caused a lot of damage and used contrast without my consent very unprofessional and dishonest. After coming here for a simple toxicology test I end up sicker and stuck in bed. This place is dangerous!

Better off going to the real hospital they charge you for the transfer

Dr cross is the most un professional , Rude, incompetent doctor I’ve ever met. We will file a complaint. And make sure this does not happened again.I guess this doctor forgot the rights of the patient. I think he needs to go back to on boarding process and read everything again before he can work in the ER.

Excellent fast friendly staff . All the doctors are Topnotch ! I went to the ER back in August for lower stomach pain’s.Within an hour they knew that I was having appendicitis.I have gone to this ER for many other health related issues and they’ve always been very professional very knowledgeable very thorough with their examination and explanations.I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality doctors.They saved my life with a diagnosis of appendicitis got me right into an ambulance right over to fish memorial for the surgery.Thank you to all the staff and doctors at advent health! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This place failed my fiance.My fiancé went in because he’s had bronchitis now for 1 month and today it got really bad.He got a fever that went all the way up too 102.3And that has never happened whenever he’s gotten it before. He also has chills, body aches, and vomiting.I decided I’ll take him to the nearest hospital because he was just not feeling well.First thing They did was a covid and flu test “go figure” and then listened to his lungs and said “oh your lungs are inflamed” 🤦🏼‍♀️After that they said “okay we’re giving you a zpak and prednisone”He told them he’d like a chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia.. they said “oh we don’t think it’s necessary because we don’t think you should be exposed to that type of radiation”Let’s not forget how they kept says “how busy” they are at the time...then they discharge him and make him sit outside in 60 degree weather! Thank god he talked to the security and they let him back in!They failed to do the correct respiratory work up and make sure everything was ruled out.You have NO IDEA how inflamed someone’s lungs are just by listening to them.This is patient neglect if I didn’t know any better!

Probably one of the worse hospital around besides Fish, but there pretty close.. went in with severe ankle sprain they did absolutely nothing for me seen DR a whole 2 mins and was there for 2 1/2 hours for nothing, sat in a room.. i had to ask for a work note, didnt help with inflammation, pain.. nothing!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO A ADVANTHEALTH HOSPITAL AGAIN... Will goto Sanford or Oviedo everytime for now on...and this is why I hate hospitals....

I went to the ER at Advent Health in Deltona and was treat very well and was in and out within 30minutes the staff that registered me was very friendly. My nurse came in and she had a voice anPersonality of an angel, her name was Toni, my Dr and nurse both took very good care of me,Hi Toni

I was treated poorly. Doctor Liberatrice did not do toxicology test I have requested and instead forced a contrast ct against my will that only made me sicker. I’m now vomiting and unable to get out of bed! Please save your life and do not come here. This ER is a dangerous place! Incompetents!

I wouldnt Recommend going here doctor on call today is rude completely ignored what i thought My diagnosis is even with a referral and ran a bunch of tests that weren’t needed

The first 5 minutes of being here was a nightmare. My 1 year old had a fever for 5 days and the first thing i was told by the security guard was to stand in line outside ( i was the only person around) and that my mask was inside out and on wrong. Then she tells me i should have taken him sooner to be seen, when he was at his pediatricians the day prior. Who the heck is she to tell me when to bring in my child? She literally argues with me for 10 minutes. Once i got in the nurse asked me repeatedly why i was there, basically abandoned me in the room and never came back. I peeked my head around the corner and the male nurse said i cant walk around and that i was basically not important enough to be seen because a fever is not a big deal. I will never ever in my life return to this place. I came in hoping to find some calming information but it made my panic attack 100 times worse. they should be ashamed and they need to fire that security guard, shes evil.

I went there for a kidney infection. Staff was wonderful and Er is beautiful. The helped me with my infection but also shared with me, after a CT that I had a mass on my colon. I followed up and found out I have colon cancer and I am having surgery. I thank the ER Dr for finding the mass and telling me to follow up. Thanks to everyone who helped me that day.

Every time I take my daughters for any concern or boo boos they take us right in and take care of us fast the most time depends on what you go in for is one hour love this new ER will make it my home ER.

Brought in our son due to a gash in his chin. The entire staff was so kind, quick and professional. My son was very nervous but they made him feel comfortable. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you very much. Much better experience than what we recently received at another local emergency room.

This was my first time going to this ER they was wonderful to me I went in and I came out in about an hour doing tests on me my nurse was very friendly my doctor was very friendly I will go back here again if I need to come back.

There is a specific DR. Here that was taking care of my wife, she came in for her symptoms and completely ignored what they where and told her it was acid reflex. I suffer from acid reflex and dont have ANY of these symptoms. Waste of time and now she feels worse than when she went in there, he did NOT ask any follow-up questions just came in and said what he said and walked out. He needs to go back to school.

Very disappointed with how they handled my wife, she came their with abdominal pain and a fever of a 102, gave her a urine test and sent her home saying she had a UTI, really seems like they didn’t care about obvious stress she was in, took her to Fish Memorial two days later because she was still in pain. After a CT scan had to have emergency surgery because her appendix was near bursting. Positive my lawyer would say lucky for you guys Fish did they’re job or I would be burying my wife and you would be dealing with my lawyer. Moral of the story take a few extra minutes and go to Fish memorial, your life might depend on it.

If you value your loved ones life please don’t take them here. My mother came here due to swelling in her leg they found a couple of blood clots and sent her home with the prescription of medicine. I work in healthcare, And I felt that they should’ve done more. I encouraged my mother to go to the hospital, she went 45 minutes after her visit here. She was admitted to the hospital with more blood clots in her chest.

This place was a pretty nice place i would deffinitly go back if i had a problem hopefully i dont anytime soon though.The staff were nice and helpful and the building was very clean and some what comfortable if i could i would give them 10 stars.Deffinitly recommend it if you need to go.

Been here six hours for an x-ray and CT and a little bit of blood work that they had to do twice cuz they couldnt get it right the first time it would have been faster if I want to fish Halifax down the street I would have been home already this place is supposed to be a quick in and out

Took my mom there and although the place is clean and staff is friendly did not get the care she needed or the treatment for her infection only pain killers and anti-inflammatory meds. Will be taking her elsewhere.

Nice nurses and doctors easy check in while checking in they now follow HIPPA rules and ask personal questions away from everyone they were not doing this before they were allowing security officers to check patients in which is a HIPPA violation but it appears as if they fixed that problem so I will go back and recommend to others.
