I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tzikas. I had a endoscopic browlift, C02 Fractional Laser on my cheeks, and a lower face and necklift a little over 6 weeks ago. I had a lower facelift and performed by Dr. Tzikas. I was so afraid of looking pulled and not like myself. It took me five years of going back and forth to Dr. Tzikas, doing research and getting up the nerve to finally go through with the procedure. The fact that he is double board certified in facial plastic surgery and graduated from some of the best schools in the country AND has a wealth of experience was of paramount importance to me. Although I did not need to reach out to him, having his cell number was very comforting. After the procedure, I really appreciated staying overnight with a nurse. Now I look rested and refreshed and totally myself only younger. I would not let anyone else touch my face. He truly is a master at facial surgery. Wish I had done it sooner. Worth it!

I have wanted for years to do a face-lift and have gone to numerous plastic surgeons. I finally decided to go with Dr. Tzikas. I had a chin implant with neck/jawline liposuction and I could not be happier with my results. I have been wanting this procedure for a few years now and have had consultations with at least 4 plastic surgeons and I am so happy I choose Dr. Tzikas. He was the so kind and patient. He was very confident and made me feel comfortable and trustworthy in him throughout the entire process. On top of Dr. Tzikas being amazing so was the staff. I was a bit reluctant to have any work done to my face. I met the doctor about a year ago and had two meetings with him. After looking at a number of photographs, I decided to go ahead and have the work done. Dr. Tzikas was terrific. After only two weeks, I have gone out and no one has noticed that I had any work done. That is, no visible scars, no black and blue marks and minimal swelling. The few people that know I had any work done are totally amazed. I am totally and completely happy with my decision. He is one terrific doctor.

Dr Tzikas is a very nice person but my experience with him was not stellar: I did a fat transfer and the result were terrible, bags under my eyes and one cheek so much more swollen then the other... will not recommend

The entire experience with Dr. Tzikas was wonderful from start to finish. His staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. His facility is extraordinarily well designed and modern. As a busy professional it is critical that the Dr. is respectful of my time (as I am of his). I never sat in the waiting or exam room more than 5 minutes – what a pleasant surprise. The surgery was performed on-site and his team did a great job of preparing me and making me comfortable. Waking up comfortably with the nurse is comforting and staying there overnight ensures that you are well cared for and feel safe. Dr. Tzikas’ approach and expertise has resulted in the younger, fresher (but not fake) look that was important to me and the follow-up care has been excellent. I would never see anyone else for facial work.

Dr. Tzikas is just AMAZING! I wish I could give him 10 STARS! From the first point of contact, I was impressed with the professionalism and politeness of Dr. Tzikas and the office staff. Several years ago, Dr. Tzikas performed upper eyelid surgery and lipografting. The surgery was flawless, as well as my recovery. Dr. Tzikas and his staff were incredibly professional and kind. The results were (and still are) beautiful. During the past year, I had two Mohs surgeries for basal cell carcinoma from a certified Mohs surgeon with a cosmetic surgeon performing the closures/repairs (not Dr. Tzikas). After my recovery from the surgeries and repairs (one year), I was left with two horrible scars in the middle of my forehead. Dr. Tzikas agreed to perform a scar revision surgery on both scars. The scars are still healing but have mostly disappeared. I am indebted to Dr. Tzikas and his staff forever. I highly recommend Dr. Tzikas for any cosmetic surgery!

And this never happened before with any other procedure I have had so far.Dr. Mascaró: a genius, highly skilled, clear, down to earth, honest, humble, kind. Everything you are looking for in a great surgeon.Staff: Dont know where they have found these people, but from beginning (my first e-mail with questions) to the aftercare (1 month post op while I was back in Europe) I was treated like royalty.Procedure: quick, painless, hardly any scar, a little hyperpigmentation which always happens to my skin so I am very happy that it is so little. And the results are amazing and keep getting better.A Lip Lift, done well, is the biggest improvement I have had when it comes to my face. This type of surgery can literally make or break your appearance.This should have been my first surgery 20 years ago. But dr. Best experience and results every time. I see Kate Goldberg regularly for all things face. I am so entrusted with her that I literally followed her from her former office to her current office because I will not let anyone else touch my face. From the beginning of this experience I was apprehensive of “changing” the way that I look, I didn’t want to. I just wanted to eliminate the flab and wrinkles. When visiting his architecturally stunning office and looking at museum quality art in the waiting room, I was impressed with how immaculate the facilities are. Dr. Tzikas showed me photographs of patients, before and after, and I was convinced that I was in experienced artistic hands. My operation was very early in the morning, the treatment that I received from everyone associated with him was kind, comfortable and very reassuring. His post operation instructions were clear and my recovery was less time than anticipated. In 6 weeks all the swelling is gone, most of the numbness and everyone just assumes that I lost 20 pounds.
