Amazing! Both Katia and Lino are awesome. They are so knowledgeable and informative and really work to get to the root of the problem. I was referred to them by a friend that talked them up, and although I was optimistic, I couldn’t imagine that they could help me get the results that I’ve seen so far. I’ve been there 6 times now and I can’t wait to go back! They’ve given me sports massages, cupping therapy and orthopedic massages along with great coaching on how to heal myself. Not only are they passionate health professionals that truly care about their clients, they’re also very likeable people and create a great experience every session. They’re the best! I recently had a 90 minute massage with Katia Mercado, and was overwhelmed with the excellence of the experience. I suffer from chronic pain due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. I described the pain and it’s location ,Ms. Mercado listened intently. What followed was perhaps the best massage experience I have ever had. Ms. Mercado’s strength, intelligence and empathy combined to successfully target the source of my discomfort as I have never had done before . I absolutely love Kiata. I get massages every couple months and even though she moved locations, I still drive the distance because it so worth it. I get deep tissue everytime and I’m never in pain. I’d recommend 100 times over.

He is a true professional with a lot of integrity, experience and connection to his body as well as ability to listen to my needs and listening to my body and holding space making me feel safe and very relaxed. Katia is very skilled. I have reoccurring shoulder and upper back tightness that steadily progresses to immobilization when neglected. I was in pain when I went in, day two after my 90 minute massage my rotation and ability to stretch my right shoulder was like pre accident. I will return as often as I can. We also had great conversation and lots of laughs. Fantastic experience!

I’ve been seeing Katia for a couple of years now, this year I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel and I was going to get surgery. Katia urged me to do everything in my power to not get surgery she coached me on what type of exercises I should start doing and certain things that would help relieve the pain and she gave me specific massages on my upper arm, back, and neck. Three months later my pain has significantly gone down and I am able to work again without being in excruciating pain! Katie is the best she knows her stuff!
