Had another wonderful vacation at The Seagate Hotel. Although it is a beautiful property and location, Christophe - who manages The Beach Club, and formerly the valet staff, always makes it a 5 star experience. We look forward to seeing him when we visit. He is so welcoming and embodies hospitality. He would make a great General Manager, as he consistently demonstrates and knows what makes great service.

We were looking for a place for our family vacation that was also pup friendly.I don’t remember how I found Seagate Hotel but I’m thankful we did. The experience is top-notch, staff is very friendly and accommodating, they go out of their way to help you, and the Hotel itself is really elegant.Recommend this place not only for the Hotel but the location. A lot of local shops and restaurants (old and new) walking distance.Special thank you to Denya at the front desk for helping our family during our visit.

Amazing & spacious large outdoor dining patio (which is perfect given current conditions)! Grilled shrimp on baby gem lettuce ceasar with sweet potato fries a delightful lunch. Delicious coffee to boot. What a gem for us locals who want to be able to dine well (and without too much noise) outside.My server David took excellent care of my rather high-maintenance needs. Looking forward to returning soon!

Beautiful hotel. Very nice room. Love everything BUT the beach club. Snoppy old boys club. Need to tip everyone a good amount if you want service. Been here two days and a waiter won’t even look at us presumably because I didn’t tip the towel boy enough? You only get offered a drink if you tip big money. I guess this hotel doesn’t pay their staff enough. If you don’t look rich and flash ur Rolex, u won’t get any respect or attention from the staff. Love the hotel but won’t stay here again.

Guys trip. Loved this hotel. Great locationto be able to walk to everything though we rented a golf cart which was money. Room was very large and updated with balcony. On-site pool was better than I anticipated because good shade and relaxing. The beach club was terrific and what makes this hotel special. Ran into some people who used the spa and said it was great. Overall very impressed with the hotel.

Great spot for a weekend getaway. Larger than expected, the Seagate offers a number of amenities and access, that really increase the enjoyment of your stay. Nice pool onsite, that is perfectly situated to have some shade during the heat of the day. Access to the Beach Club. Well appointed gym, for those in the workout mood. The cafe and restaurant look inviting. The rooms are also larger than expected. Comfortable beds and appropriate decor. Quick access to the beach, and the entertainment areas of Delray. Check out the Pineapple District.All in all a nice place to stay.

Great hotel to stay at if youre in Delray. The staff are wonderful and friendly. They do have a resort fee but its about the only one that is actually worth it. The shuttle service and use of the beach club more than make up for the fee.

Our stay was a birthday weekend celebration and we were very well taken care of.The property is very nicely laid out - doesn’t feel crowded in any of the common areas. Our room was nice and spacious. Bathroom needs some retouching and air quality could be improved but overall it was nice space.The concierge Jack is a treasure! What a pleasant personality! Very well spoken, mannered, and accommodating. Thank you for elevating our stay!Spa experience was absolutely spectacular with nice amenities. Great services by Georgia and Johnson. We came here for our anniversary and loved every moment of our stay. The room was very clean and spacious with very modern amenities. For our anniversary the hotel provided complimentary champagne and strawberries which definitely was appreciated. The staff here were very courteous, attentive, and professional. Dining at the hotel and Beach Club is definitely worth experiencing as the food is flavorful.

The hotel was beautiful, in a great location but the staff was exceptional! There was a mix up with our room that was handled quickly and efficiently. They made sure we were more then pleased with our accommodations and my three girlfriends and I were very happy with our stay. We used the car service but also walked to multiple shops and restaurants close by. The beach club is a great bonus, even in bad weather. One night was just not enough!!

I am staying here for my birthday and have had an exceptional experience, it has been nothing short of amazing. The manager, Koji and staff has taken such phenomenal care of us as guests. Accessibility to the beach is awesome, and the hotel is stunning. The staff even had a cake for us upon arrival, everything has been done with such thought and warm welcomes. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The employees and services were great. Its a really small spa so its lacking amenities. Theres a steam room and two shower stalls, and an outdoor pool area with a hot tub. It must be the only pool at the hotel and wasnt just for the spa because there were kids playing. Not the vibe I was going for after leaving my kids home. ;)

It was just beautiful. It had great hospitality and great service all the employees were nice the room was amazing it had everything I couldn’t go one day without going in the pool I highly recommend this hotel

Being a local leaves a lot of places to brunch here in Delray. With that said, my wife and I always find our way back to the Seagate lounge on Sunday’s. Orson on the piano makes for an easygoing time and gets us ready to tackle the crazy work week ahead.

This hotel is beautiful, super clean and the staff is extremely helpful. They offer their guests an SUV & driver who transports you from the hotel to the Seagate Beach Club which we enjoyed very much. Its about a 15 minute walk if you want the exercise! The location of the hotel is near some great restaurants, including the Atlantic Grill which is in the hotel itself and great shops. I highly recommend staying here. I will be going back soon.

Stayed here 2 years ago everything is good clean frendly great location stayed here last week really . Really gone downhill staff was all replaced with rude. Incompetent Food gone downhill Rooms Need to be renovated management useless Very dissatisfied will never return

The Seagate does it again. An absolutely perfect experience as usual. Even during Covid times, our stay was delightful and easy. Beyond the cleanliness of the rooms and overall delicious ambience of the hotel itself, the entire staff really outdid themselves this time. John at the front desk was attentive, kind and treated us like true VIPs. Jennya was so sweet and helpful as well. The private Beach Club was as posh as ever and the Atlantic Grill wowed us like they always do. Thank you, Seagate for another unforgettable beachcation.

We did not stay at the Seagate but did a couples massage at the spa. It was fabulous, very professional and friendly staff from the reception desk to the pool waiter. The glass of Prosecco was the perfect ending to a very relaxing time. Extremely clean and classy place. We will be back again.

Great hotel. Fancy but yet feels warm and cozy

We enjoyed our anniversary tremendously! The service was excellent and staff was exceptional! Room was nice and clean , highly recommend!

I would have to say maybe my expectations were too high after reading so many positive reviews. Service provided by housekeeping was great and very friendly. Most the of transportation drivers were also friendly but there was a moment when we had been waiting for a ride while another group had came up after and the person who seemed to be “running things” tried arguing with my fiancé and I about who was first? It just didn’t seem professional to be arguing with guests about a ride. They were especially slow when requesting a ride back to hotel so plan accordingly. As for the room, we were in the deluxe king and it was beautiful to the naked eye, however some detail cleaning needed to be done. The bath tub did not have jets and some of the fixtures on it seemed to be decaying from use. When speaking with the hotel prior to our trip, they had asked my fiancé if we were celebrating anything to which he mentioned we just got in engaged. Excitedly, They told him they would send a complimentary bottle of champagne up after checking in and settling in.. well we never got that champagne sent up and if he hadn’t asked the front desk the next day about it in person, and then calling over an hour later after they said it would be sent up “right away” we prob wouldn’t have gotten it.The beach club was great in terms of having a private beach but they should definitely specify more online that it is a 20 min walk/5 min drive from hotel. However the food at the club was not up to par to prices but our servers were still great. The lobster and shrimp from the seafood Cobb salad were absolutely not fresh and tasted of rubber texture as did the lobster BLT.The spa had to be one of the best parts of the stay, although it was small, the service was great from front desk reception to the Masseuse and esthetician. Danielle and Georgia did a phenomenal job!All in all, I probably wouldn’t stay here again but if you’re booking through Expedia or another travel site, be sure your flight is at a closer airport than us.. Expedia flew us from MI to Miami airport and we had about an hour drive to Delray and it ended up being a horrendous drive 1.5 hour drive from Delray to Miami with traffic.

We had a reservation for a deluxe king room although once we checked in and got up to our room, it was much smaller than the picture online and had no pull out couch for our son. We called the front desk and were told this was a deluxe king and that they take photos of the rooms to make them look larger than they actually are and that they would send up a cot. I explained this is not what we paid for and there was hardly room for a cot, and was told all the rooms are the same but they just furnish them differently. She then put a manager on who said “we will move you to another room but it will be even smaller or we can deduct some money off of your rate.” All we wanted was the deluxe king we reserved. A few minutes later the manager called back, told us there had been a cancellation and they were moving us and that it was a “major upgrade”. We moved a few doors down and it was the exact deluxe king room we had originally reserved. We still do not understand what they were trying to do, why they told us what they did about photographing the rooms to make them all look bigger, or why they didn’t put us in the deluxe king to begin with. We checked in on a Tuesday and the hotel was not even full. The hotel was nice but we will not stay here again.

We have been traveling to Delray each year for many years and have stayed many places within Delray, but this was my first time staying at the Seagate. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious, however the customer service- particularly the front desk, was very poor. We had booked a room with a golf package which includes a round at the Seagate Country Club - it took three calls to the hotel prior to our arrival (without calls back) in order to finally have someone confirm a tee time for us. The hotel offers complimentary transportation to their country club and around Delray, but it starts at 8am and our tee time was at 8am so they said wed need to pay for a cab. Not too much of an issue, but again, the front desk said they would take care of this for us, and it took a conversation at the front desk, then two phone calls from our room (up until 11pm the night before) for them to finally call back and confirm we would have a cab at 7am the following morning. The next morning we came downstairs to head to the golf course, and no cab was there and the morning staff at the front desk said there was no notes about a cab confirmed, so they then had to call again and we were a half hour late to the golf course. We golfed another day at a local club, called the hotel for transportation which they offer within a 3-mile radius of the hotel, and they sent the drive to the wrong location so we were waiting a long time. Overall, for the price we paid for a room here, it was disappointing to not have the customer service you would expect, and we consistently were told anytime we asked the front desk for something that someone would call us back to confirm, and no one ever did so wed have to follow up time and time again. The drivers were all very gracious & kind, the cleaning staff did a great job, our room was beautiful, the service at the Atlantic Grill hotel restaurant was mediocre - but I would think twice about spending the money to stay here again because of the front desk/concierge staff

Worked with Alyssa M in the event department. She went ABOVE and beyond to make sure that our corporate event ran smoothly and even helped me with accommodations outside of the event as well. I cannot say enough nice things about her and the other staff, super helpful and kind!

I would go back again. I ate on the patio and the breeze was nice and the service was also good.The food is average and not special. The wine list is small.

Worth every penny! The rooms are sanitized. The restaurant is awesome. We had a party in the wine room, a nice private space for a group dinner. Judson and Eric our waiters, were the highest caliber and attended to our every need.

Such a mixed bag of experiences with staff here! Some really great, some shockingly bad! The hotel itself is lovely, as was our pool view room. Working with manager, Tara, to schedule a vacation during a pandemic was good, and reassuring. Our stay was also pleasant overall, although the front desk staff was never as courteous or welcoming as I expected. But when we accepted Taras original offer to adjust our trip as needed and cut back from one week to two, problems began. Tara was never available to meet, but I left her a message that we were changing our plans to one week from two. We checked out after one week, left our key at the desk and told the receptionist we were out. Three weeks later my CC bill came in with two weeks of billing! I called. Nope. No one can help. But Tara will be in on Monday and she can. I called Monday. Nope. Tara isnt in, but her co-manager, Samantha will be. Since we were back in Delray Beach, I stopped by...Nope. Samantha wont be in until after 9, but shell call you. I finally spoke to her and she said she needed to check a few things and call me back. She didnt. So I stopped in later in the morning and she couldnt have handled it more poorly. She never owned or apologized for the $1800 mistake, and in fact said it would take hours to verify that we were telling the truth and shed call me later. I explained that we need to resolve this so we can get on with our day here. She rudely reiterated it would take hours to verify and said I can sit there and wait if I want, but thats how long it will take. I assured her I would simply file a dispute with my CC company, and that told her the way she was handling it was outrageously rude. Later in the day, after Id filed the dispute and moved on, she did call to say shed issued a credit and sent me an email. Nope. No email. I called her AGAIN, and did finally get an email showing a credit...No apology for their mistake though. Samantha and her equally unhelpful and rude receptionist should be fired frankly. No idea what sort of process was used when they were hired, but theyre both truly dreadful at their jobs. This experience has completely soured me on ever going to Seagate Hotel or recommending it to anyone again. Really too bad its so poorly run since its a lovely hotel.

Used the valet service upon arrival with a brand new vehicle. They had my vehicle for 2 days. I Received it back with dings in the driver side door. Clearly they were either parking to close to other cars and someone hit it or they where careless with my vehicle. Words can’t even express how irate I am right now. 😡

The Seagate is our favorite hotel in Delray. The rooms and the beach lobby are amazing!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and stayed at the Seagate Hotel & Spa. We really loved the hotel. The hotel is located in a great place among shops, restaurants, and is just a block from the beach. We were amazed by how quiet our room was. The weekend we stayed there the hotel was full and there was a Holiday parade taking place in the streets around the hotel. We had an interior room and never heard a sound. The rooms are well-appointed with all of the amenities you would expect. The bathroom was really nice with a large walk-in shower and separate water closet. The bed was cozy and remarkably comfortable. We loved it so much we decided it was worth returning for a long weekend getaway.

We checked in and our safe wasn’t working. The staff couldn’t be more dis pleasant about it if they tried. It was a hassle and took over an hour for them to give us a different room. On top of it all our bed had BLOOD spots on it. The staff is very unfriendly and does not try and accommodate you at all. They want to charge us $50-100 for a later check out. Never had such rude staff before. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

We loved our Labor Day weekend at the Seagate Hotel. The available transportation around Delray was exceptional! Cannot wait to come back

This is my third stay at the Seagate and I hope not the last! Besides the beautiful rooms and facilities, the service is top notch. Geeta, at the front desk, made our arrival warm, welcoming and seamless. Our reservation initially required us to switch rooms (due to a change in our plans) and she worked her magic during an incredibly busy week to make it so we didn’t have to switch.Stewart and Glenn are kind and warm staff members that also provided excellent service with a smile.The only downside was that I had to check out 😁

This is the ultimate spa experience. Care and concern for cleanliness is number 1 here. Staff and LMT were exceptional, kind and considerate of your needs. A definite destination while in Del Ray Beach. ❤🌹

Very nice hotel. It is a on the pricey side in season for location and what it is. But they do have the nicest hotel rooms in Delray Beach and if you use the lounge, beach club and amenities its worth it. If you just want to hit beach, restaurants and nightlife probably not. Overall for me I wanted an upscale room for an important weekend and event. Was not disappointed.

I was definitely expecting more from the seagate. I had a gift certificate for a 50 minute Swedish massage. On arrival the staff was friendly and i was shown the locker room and facilities. This included a total of two showers, one broken steam room and a bathroom. Pretty sad for a spa. I then went to the waiting room where there was three apples and two choices of water. I finally got my massage which was not great. First the amount of oil poured on me could lube a car engine. Then the massage was very sterile and not relaxing. Also you can hear all the noise in the hallways outside. Just not a good place to go.

A WONDERFUL FACIAL IN THE SPA WITH THE MOST WONDERFUL DINNER IN THE ATLANTIC GRILL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH. THE FACIAL WAS HEAVENLY AND THE FOOD OUT OF THIS WORLDTHE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. ALL AROUND A DAY TO REMEMBER, THANK YOU

What a great place!! So glad we booked a block of rooms here for my daughters wedding! The rooms were spectacular! We had the majority of the hotel booked with our family and friends. Everyone had absolutely great things to say about their stay. One outstanding person was Cory D.!He helped us on everything and made us feel like we were his most important customers! Thats what you call true customer service. But it doesnt stop there, because people from the Front Desk to Room Service were a delight! I live near by, however, I want to spend some vacation time there.......maybe for my own wedding anniversary! Would highly recommend!! Would give this place a 10 STAR RATING if possible!

Nice boutique hotel in great location. Staff was attentive and friendly. The beach club was very nice. Great staff there as well. I liked the pool furniture which was sturdy and comfortable. Food at both places was fine. Rooms were nice and housekeeping was meticulous. I did find the mattress to be much too soft. The hotel brought up a bed board which helped a little. An overall nice and relaxing stay.

Love the restaurant and all of the many amenities that the hotel offers. They offer valet service within 3 miles Its really handy since all the restaurants and night clubs are on the Atlantic Avenue. Amazing service provided by the hotel. The pool is absolutely spectacular, secluded and private, Room service and attentiveness is unparalleled, love this place! Great hotel perfect location.

Really nice hotel. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Great beach club. Free driver service around Delray Beach. Pool at hotel was only ok, and gym was small but beach club pool right on beach made up for it! Spa was amazing - incredibly nice treatments. Service was friendly across the board. Lovely little cafe for breakfast at hotel. Beach club restaurant was great.

We had a great stay this past weekend at the Seagate in Delray! This is an amazing property right in the heart of downtown Delray a few blocks from the beach and very close to all the shops, restaurants, cafes of Atlantic Ave. The property is very upscale and the service is top notch! This property also has a really nice beach club that is right on the beach with a pool and a restaurant. The employees at this hotel are all super friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and luxurious! The rate we got was also very reasonable for us as Florida residents staying in the off-season. We will definitely be back to this hotel the next time we want a nice getaway from home.

Valet was disorganized and possibly understaffed. Upon arrival, we waited to be greeted and temporarily blocked the thoroughfare until we were honked by people behind us. Upon departure, 2 members of my party were kept waiting for half hour after valet misplaced ticket. We made use of the house car which was convenient and efficient and transported our group of 6 to and from dinner. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Happy hour at the Atlantic Grill was a good value. Convenient location. Clearly stated we were celebrating something special but no fanfare or hospitality upgrades were provided. Nice but just nice.

A bit expensive but worth it.

I recently had my reception at The Seagate Beach Club in Delray Beach, FL. I was extremely pleased with the overall service and the quality of the meal. I looked at different venues along the ocean (in Palm Beach County) and to be honest nothing compared if your truly looking to have the experience of being on the beach with beautiful full view of ocean. I got the intimate, private, outdoor/indoor feel I wanted in a space that had a great casual yet elegant look and feel. My wedding was smaller (55-60 guests) so I chose the upstairs dinning area. Looking at other hotels on the beach my options seemed to be window less ballrooms, or areas that were not private with only limited views. The cost was all very comparable which made the decision effortless. I would highly recommend any bride take a look at the Seagate Beach Club! I had a beautiful wedding! We went on a vacation for pleasure and business. The accommodations, service and hospitality were all tremendousl The food and entertainment were also of very high quality. I would strongly recommend the Seagate hotel to anyone traveling in the Delray area!

I stayed here over the weekend and was amazed by this hotel! The room was so spacious and comfortable. The balcony had an entire table set outside and a ton of space. We could have had at least 10 people out there. We stayed the weekend of the Delray Beach Christmas Parade and had an awesome view of the sites! The bathroom was stunning and offered a large bathtub and beautiful shower. I could have stayed for a week or two! Having Atlantic Avenue right out the front door was perfect - whether you want to make the short walk to the beach, check out nightlife or visit some of the local reactants and boutiques. The Beach Club was nearby and we had a gorgeous lunch overlooking the ocean. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel and the beach house was very nice. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very modern and spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I like the fact that the hotel has drivers that will take you to the beach house, which was a huge plus for us because we visited the beach often. The beach itself was beautiful and the water was very Atlantic, blue and very cool. Does not compare to the beaches in Gulf Coast areas. Our stay was a bit pricey, but worth every penny. I will definitely visit again.

Gal at the pool was friendly and helpful. Excellent representative for the establishment. The hotel and staff, especially Kara are helpful and pleasant to deal with. The spa treatment we received was great and we will be back.

I really enjoy this hotel. The staff is friendly and the decor is gorgeous with a modern, coastal style. There are two impressive and very well-maintained salt fish tanks with living coral. This is useful for distracting small children who have been traveling all day while youre checking in. The rooms are comfortable but the beds are not. I would still stay here but seriously Seagate, get better mattresses. Love the beach club thats included with your stay and the driving service is a nice touch too although you can step out and walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. My favorite hotel in Delray Beach.

We hosted a party at the hotel restaurant and it was absolutely gorgeous. The food was beautiful and the service was even better. While on the higher end, or what I would consider the higher end, I would recommend this spot to anyone

Fast valet service. Music and 💃 dancing in their club at night. Good food. Service can be slow so kindly ask if wait staff are busy. I have never stayed in hotel so I cant comment on it. Beautiful patio for outdoor seating for meals.

The hotel was extremely nice and in such a great location close to shops, bars, restaurants, and beaches. The per-friendly environment was a plus. Even the tissue in the bathroom had a nice touch, and the tub with the coral decor was beautiful.

Nice and comfortable night we have there. We stay there for 2 nights, everything over there is great, the bed is so comfortable. But when we trying to use the bath tub spa in our room, it has some problem that we could close it. The spa bubble machine will automatically start every 30mins. However, when we call the front desk, they change our room to let us have a nice night.

Great Hotel at great location. Pool and spa are so relaxing. The Atlantic Grill is spot on. Service is attentive. Happy Hour on the patio is just right. Coffee Shop has excellent coffee and snack options.

Beautiful hotel. We had dinner at the Atlantic Grille. Very delicious meal. Excellent service. Be aware they have live music and dancing at night.

Upscale rooms, restaurant and service. Easy walking distance to downtown action. The beach club is a great place to sit outside and welcome the night!

Unfortunately the reason behind my low rating is due to the beach club NOT the hotel. The hotel is very accomodating and had great service and I felt safe with everyone wearing a mask and sanitizers everywhere. The staff in the hotel were also very friendly.As far as the beach club, the staff was VERY uninviting obnoxious/rude. It was a slow memorial day weekend and they didnt seat us or explain any of their amenities. They also told us the kitchen was closed untill 11:30, but there was a patron they were accomodating with food! We were offered drinks and decided to leave due to the unwelcoming staff.I would stay at the hotel but will never set foot in that beach club again!

We had a surprise party for my moms birthday. We had brunch at the Atlantic Grill of the Seagate Hotel in their Wine Room, which was cool and convenient. We were able to see our guest of honor approach and for all she could see or tell, there was another party going on. The servers would very nice and helpful and the food was great. They also have valet parking, another plus because I think our cars would have been a dead giveaway.

To be clear when I went to the Seagate Hotel I did not stay at the hotel itself I went to the bar inside where there was a blues piano player it attracted a much older crowd but for a place thats quiet and reserved to grab a drink and listen to some music it was great I have stayed at this hotel before and it was top of the line the valet parking and Everyone is always very polite rooms are clean everything is wheelchair accessible all in all I would definitely recommend it and I will stay here again

Really nice hotel, we are staying in a lovely room. The staff are great, friendly but not over the top. Great coffee place in the hotel, serving illy coffee and good selection of breakfast choices. Gets busy after 9am during the season (Xmas time now) so better to get there early. Would stay here again, no question...

We went in for a couples massage we had Johnson and April give our massages they were great! If you get the chance to do the couples massage with the bath do it!!! So romantic and very relaxing. We will be doing this again.

Had the best massage with Audrey. Very nicely kept locker room and waiting area. The spa is beautiful and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Jade was a rockstar helping me plan my spa services and helping me coordinate my time there
