Great office overall. The staff is courteous, nurses thorough, and Dr. Tumminia is calm, knowledgeable, empathetic, and kind. So happy I found this office. I feel protected and in good hands. Hopefully I don’t need him much, but it’s nice to know I can rely on him and his staff. 10 stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Louis Tumminia has been my primary care physician for a few years now. Dr.T is an amazing physician; caring, helpful, empathetic, friendly, and really takes the time to not only listen, but actually hear everything his patients are saying. Beyond even that, regardless of whether youre a new patient or have been there for years, its easy to see how much Dr.T and all his staff genuinely care, always trying to help their patients.Id recommend that anyone looking for a great primary, definitely check out Dr. Tumminia!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of care your office has for its patients. I had a scheduled tele-visit with Dr Tumminia. I cleared my calendar for the visit and never received a call. I had to call the office and leave 2 voicemails to finally get a returned call from a nurse stating that he would get back to me in the morning since he left for a meeting. Left for a meeting when he had a scheduled call ( I’m sure other patients too)?? Don’t you think a simple call earlier in the day to cancel the appointment would have been at minimum acceptable. Now I understand the other horrible reviews. The complete lack of communication from my first physical appointment where I waited 50 minutes in the examination room, to only meet the PA and not Dr Tumminia, coupled with the 30 minute wait to pick up a lab prescription, shows a lack of care, diligence, and professionalism - this is unacceptable and just one of the many reasons I will be choosing another primary care.

Dr. T is An amazing man and is always willing to put patients above anything else! He is always accommodating to my restricted schedule and exemplifies what it is to be a physician!!!

Dr. Tumminia has been my doctor for many years. Him and his office staff are both reliable and professional. Theyre always willing to help me with anything I need, and always go above and beyond for whatevers needed. Being a patient here has been a pleasure.

I have been going to Dr. Tumminia for years. Always have had the best care from him and his staff. My Husband is also a patient- he was not a fan of doctors in the past, He loves Dr. Tumminia and feels completely comfortable with him and his staff.

I was a potential new patient for this office. I called this morning, was on hold for 10 minutes. When someone finally came to the phone they would not book me an appointment, they told me someone had to call me back. 5 hours later, I called the office to follow up. Another 7 minutes on hold and then got a dial tone. This office clearly has some administrative issues. Go elsewhere!

Ive been going to this doctor for a few years. He is very kind and caring Doctor, probably the best Ive ever had. BUT his nurses are the most incompatible nurses I have ever dealt with! Each and every month its a struggle to get my prescription refilled because of some computer error on their end (4 months in a row now). Which just tells me that the nurses definitely do not know how to work a simple computer efficiently. Also when ever I am in the office for a yearly physical, or even to pick up my prescription, each and every time the nurses are sitting around their station just gossiping their time away until its time to pack up and go home. The most unprofessional nurses I have ever seen.

Unfortunately they’re front desk is lacking greatly. Both me and my Fiancé have been ill and have been trying to book an appointment for two weeks and every time we call we are out on hold indefinitely. Whoever is running that front desk is losing you business left and right. I understand one busy day or two but the amount of times we have called and just immediately been placed on hold for 8+ minutes is ridiculous

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tumminia for over five years never had a problem with the staff ,he’s very caring, sits down with you speaks to you like a human being.They don’t overbook and they always call you back. Would never consider going anywhere else.

Family of 6 looking for a new primary care. Initial visit Louisa was a wonderful care provider. 2 rating is for lack of follow up and what happened when I kindly expressed frustration. We’ve called multiple times for test results and for results to be shared with another Dr. Despite her assurance they would call us. The voicemail system prompts you to leave a message and get a call back ‘in 24-48 hours’. Apparently you have to know the secret is to press 1 for appointment desk if you need assistance. When i politely expressed frustration with the communication and how much work it was for us and our specialist to get follow up I got rapid return fire on just how busy they are and Jimmy has more to do than one person can handle and I should understand that. Very off-putting response to a request for better communication. Everyone is busy in this world - when your job is patient care that doesn’t end outside the exam room doors. Great inside care, but needs coaching on service excellence.

Love him. Hes the best. Down to earth, and he cares about his patients. Wouldnt trade him in for another doctor.

Saved my life more than once. Best doctor ever in my 82 years. Highly recommend Dr, Tumminia and his great staff.

I called yesterday to make a new patient appointment. They fit me in right away the next day for first appointment. Both front desk receptionists were very polite and unhurried. The office itself is nicely arranged, not too cold or with harsh lighting. I didnt wait long, maybe 15-20 min after I filled out paperwork until I got in a room, from there another 5 min for the MA to get vitals and info, then another maybe 5 min for Luisa the NP to enter. She is very sweet, thorough, and caring. I love that they do the labs and ekg right in the office. Not sure what the process would be to see the actual Dr but I dont mind seeing an NP. In my experience, NPs spend more time with the patient and they can always refer back the the Dr if need be. Overall very pleased with the care received!

He is the best doctor I have ever had, period. He knows what he is doing and he really cares. That is the most you can ask of a doctor in my opinion.

Terrible office staff and policy!Big turnover in staff, thats a bad sign.Doctor has way too many patients, that spells GREED! No one answers the phone, and they dont call back either!

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Jimmy and his staff are a real pleasure.
