I love the doctors and PA’s at this facility but I have always had issues with the support staff. Today I called because I had been in the hospital over the weekend and needed a same day appointment (which they offer). I was told I couldn’t be seen same day. It’s only an extra one day wait. Keep in mind I was admitted to the hospital for stroke symptoms and possible cardiac issues. Just terrible. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had either. It’s just the last. I’ll be finding a new office.

I have never been seen in time. I either wait for over 20 min before being called back and then wait another 20min for dr. Or I’m called to the back and wait almost an hour before being seen. I now realize why I have two doctor offices. I have been seen faster at urgent care.Today the first thing the lady did was collect my co pay and here we are minutes later and I am still waiting just to have vitals. Thin next time I need to make the appointment for 330 and then show up at 4. Or maybe 3pm and show up at 4pm.Might be time to get to looking for a new doctor or maybe this is just how Florida is.

The entire staff was professional, friendly and very competent. Dr. Widdows was extremely thorough and caring. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

Ive been waiting two weeks for a prescription refill to be called in, this same prescription refill was requested twice via the office website portal (so it is logged). Communication overall is poor.Dr. Widdows at times has her dogs in the office - one of them was sitting on the floor next to me in the exam room. Real professional!Dr. Patel is great with any help, however, the rest of the staff which you rely on for prescription refills, or lab work orders, are impossible to get on the phone or get a call back from.Unless you want to stop in the office for everything that you need, find another Drs office.

So happy to have found this group. It is a very busy office and very well run. Excellent treatment, very caring. The office is so nice. The staff is wonderful, quite efficient while still being friendly. Dr. Widdows is really terrific. I feel well cared for by all there. Their patient portal is so convenient and timely.Barb Molloy

Great group of people. Pleasant, friendly, remembers who you are. Always able to get an appointment. Great follow-up. Doctors are kind and dont rush. Hate to lose them when Obama steals my insurance yet again next year.

The nurse did not return my call. I could not find them and is big problem to get them in the phone.They did not take my calls or have they returned my messages

Wait on hold forever if you call there. Very uncooperative if you need something from them. I asked them to send me a release form because I’m home bound with no car & they would not bend an inch.
