Terrible place to work at. They’re called a “compassionate call center” but aren’t compassionate with their employees at all. Upper management sucks and show A LOT of favoritism. They do not work with your school schedule - new lady Melissa is terrible. I’m so happy I quit this place and found something better with people who actually care and show compassion . I know many people who has quit Call4health for the way they treat their employees.

I have applied at the beginning of September to this company and called to inquire just the status of application and was told I would receive a call back and as of yet near the rnd of month have yet to receive a call after at least 5 left voicemails and and a nice lady l spoke with that said she would leave a vocemail. Moreover, every time I call EVERY single time now I call human resources it intentionally goes to a voicemail and that is not acceptable and B.S and that shows to me what type if company will be working for.

Ok, so where would one even begin with this place? I know, lets start with pay.. So Call4health contracts medical offices and does answering services for these offices. It sounds great, but what they fail to mention is that a lot of these companies include how much each employee should be compensated (I worked on their Mountain Park account). The accounts are pretty specific in what they want employees to be paid but C4h does NOT care and they do NOT pay according to contracts that they sign and agree to adhere to. Next, is management. That is all a joke. They dont promote based on merit and knowledge, its more so based on favoritism. You have managers that dont have any actual managerial experience and expect them to effectively lead a department of 10-20 people. The place did have some great people working there, but they could never retain employees because of the way they treated them- they basically let your know youre disposable. I could go on and on in regards to how awful this place is, but I wont. The only redeeming quality of this place was their flexibility in schedules (im a student and my schedule changed often). If youre looking for a job and even think to consider this place- dont! There are so many other jobs out there willing to pay you adequately and who will appreciate your efforts as an employee.

Call 4 Health has amazing opportunities. There are so many amazing people working here. The room for growth is amazing. There are a lot of activities during the holidays that make it extremely fun. Helping people has always been something I enjoy. Come join us!

I spoke with a girl Laura if I heard her correctly she said her last name was caminad or started with a C. Never had I experienced someone so unprofessional. I would never recommend this office because of her poor customer service skills. I am a bit older and she had no patience with me. I was appalled

Quite frankly I have referred several people here and not ever until now have I received negative feedback. My bud Sal said he spoke with Lara Caminade and said her customer service did not reflect that of which I expressed to him. I am extremely disappointed!!

List run while you can, this place is know where for anyone at all to be work. They treat you like slave they take advantage of all there employees. Everyone that in admin and orperation has zero experience running a call center. There QA department is one of the main reasons why a lot of people quit, how can you grade a department that you have no train on and then want tell the agent in that department they are doing something wrong . Its not worth your time arguing with the QA department because they wont regrade your call but if you know that they grade the call incorrectly make sure your dont acknowledge to anything the will use it against you . They hire this new operation manager who does nothing but sit on her ass and watch the camera all day every time you walk pass her office you see here zooming watching the wrong people. What she needs to watch is the team lead who put agent on there A NAME to send them to buy lunch for them or You have team leads who are in relationships with there agent that allow them to do what they want on company time.the CLEANING lady I dont even know why she is working there because she dont clean nothing if you walk down the row they are filthy .floor have not been clean for weeks she walk around doing nothing beside being on her phone or instigating.There PAYROLL department is the worst the alway mess up my check even after you check your hour they still short your check and you would have to wait until the next check In order to get your money.see many employees that use to work there who they short their check 200 or more money.then they pretend like its okay knowing you have bills to pay. C4h has lost some great employees because of there ridiculous rules,unexperience managers, to top it off there lack of respect they have for there employees. There benefit suck, you dont get direct deposit until your there for TWO YEARS yes I side it TWO YEARS. If this is something to kill time until you get another job its fine but you cant make a career from this place.

Sad that they have a now hiring sign but when you go inside or call the front desk no one answers. They send you emails that they are hiring but no one is ever available to assist. It’s ridiculous. That’s not how you run a company
