I walked in everyone was very friendly and very willing to help me Many colors to choose from , and Natalie, who did my nails was very kind and fast. I changed my mind a few times and she helped me picked the perfect color for my occasion . My nails are amazing and the price is great. Very clean place and always willing to help. My husband needed a pedicure and I needed a manicure. We walked in on a Friday without an appointment and were seated right away. I hadnt had a pedicure in a long time and the girls were very nice and did a great job to make sure my feet were well taken care of. My husband was very pleased with his manicure and we were done in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely return for a future visit as they made us feel safe during this pandemic and made sure we washed our hands and made sure to wipe everything down. Price wise very reasonable.

Just left this place. The lady doing my nails was in a massive rush. Cut me like 6 times. Did not do shape I asked for. Cut the nail too short, tried to fix it with the powder acrylic, made it even worse. Did not put lotion at the end. Polish is uneven, acrylic nail is thick and tilted up. Would not recommend. She charged me 105$ For 2 pedicures and the acrylic gel manicure. He price board said different prices. Her attitude sucked.

Guy that sits in desk 7 with the pony tail who mainly answers the phone is beyond rude, I’ve witnessed him talk badly about several clients after they exit. Prices always change depending on how they feel when a price menu is clearly in view at the front desk. Save your money any go elsewhere.

I have been going to New York nails for about two years now. Today I figured since they were back open I would go and check it out to make sure they were practicing social distancing and that everything was being properly sanitized. I cannot say enough about the staff, especially Eric, for their efforts in keeping everyone safe. I highly recommend that if you want a manicure or a pedicure do not hesitate going there as they are doing everything properly and extremely professionally.

I just left and was very disappointed. I asked for a gel dip manicure. When the guy was done doing my nails and the gel dip i asked about my cuticles. He informed me that i would have had to have asked for a manicure and that a gel dip was not a manicure- a manicure is a separate service. I explained that i had never heard of a manicure being a separate service from a gel dip manicure and cuticles was always included. He then proceeded to charge me and additional $10 ( down from $12) to literally cut my cuticles. Buyer beware! I would never go back and cannot believe that they charged me $10 to cut my cuticles. Also - since they are supposed to be cleaning after each customer i did NOT see them disinfect anything after each customer. I was the last one there and you would think they would give the spa a good cleaning at the end of the day - they did not. Do not go!

I dont even want to try this place based purely on the replies by the owners to reviews that were critical. Arguing with and insulting clients because you dont care for the review they gave you? Seriously?! Unprofessional is an understatement- you should look into training on customer service and public relations.

Ive been coming here since I moved to Florida 5 years ago after trying several other nail salons. Tommy and Natalie are meticulous and incredible with gel and other types of nails. The entire staff is amazing; talented, warm, welcoming, and always wanting to give the best service to their clients. Plus, everything in the salon is kept clean and hygienic. Ive always had problem nails with numerous issues during my life and Timmy always takes extra time with me and gives me great tips and advice for making and keeping them healthy while charging extremely reasonable prices.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !The owner and staff are unprofessional an Rude people. Tommy (the owner) gave me an appointment and when I got there they could not to be found my name on the book. His rude wife Natalie is looking at me like I’m lying and talking in Vietnamese back an forth with the employees just to tell me to come back in an hour because her husband shouldn’t have scheduled me. So I came back with in an hour to wait another half hour until the guy that I had the appointment with was free than his trying to lecture me about the appointment like it’s my fault. Next time I called to make an appointment Unprofessional Rude Tommy tells me I can no longer have an appointment that if want to come as a walk-in I’m welcome to an I can heard his RUDE wife laughing in the background.Are this people for real! Where is there customer service do you think you are the only nail shop out there! You have a business thanks to your customers. You eat because of your customers. Have some customer service! I know your level of education is not high but at least have some common sense don’t be such dummies! I will never spend .5 cents at this place again!This has happened more than once!

Omg amazing experience!!!! I took my daughter for her 16th bday for Nani’s and acrylic for her and next gen for me!! Tommy knocked my nails out of the park!! Son hooked my daughter up with a wonderful mani and acrylics! Anna did my pedi and I can’t thank her enough . If you are looking for the best of the best I say go here!! I arrived about 30 minutes before close. I stood inside awkwardly for a couple minutes because no one acknowledged that I was there, though they saw me walk in. There were two nail technicians doing two customer’s nails and another was cleaning a pedicure station. Finally, one of the ladies says “we’ve already taken our last two customers” without even looking up. She did not ask if I wanted to make an appointment for another day or anything else. Terrible customer service.

I just wanted to say that this place its really good!! Ive been going there for 3 months to get eyebrows done and acrylic nails, they always take their time with you making sure you are satisfied with their work. my nails last a very good 2 wks and they have unbeatable prices around this area! The only thing is they are always very busy but trust me is worth the wait :)

All the workers were working on other people, so I would have been next. I asked how long it would be and the guy said “just a few minutes” so I decided to wait. After almost an hour, I asked again and got the same answer. I waited a few more minutes and then he set up a station for another girl who had an appointment. I walked out. Don’t tell people “a few minutes” if that’s not true!

They were not forthcoming with the price when I hadnt even been had the services done on me my fiance asked how much for the nails how much for the pedicure they just came up with a price of $77 I have been there before and he gave them $80 with the tip now I have been charged $21 or $22 there for a pedicure before the nails being 45 45 + 22 does not equal 77 so I dont know why its a repeat customer they did this to me my fiance and I are upset we got taken advantage of well he did and he should get a reimbursement they have done nothing to try to reach out

My first time in this nail salon and I have a bad impression, I did not have an appointment, the nail technician who was attending me first.He stop doing it to take care of another customer and his another employee continued with my pedicure, nothing professional. When it was time to get my gel manicure, I noticed that they do not clean their respective work modules well. I do not think Ill come back again to this place.

No one should be treated like this, no matter who walk inside your store, the person expected to be treat it equally and at least respect. No professionalism and poor results. Two Martini eyebrow waxMy wife came home and it looked like Stevie Wonder waxed her eyebrows. One month later, half her eyebrow has still not grown back.

I’ve been here two times and both have been just ok. My pedicures are ok and my manicures are just ok. The staff is very kind and very welcoming but not very professional; they’re not too serious about their work. I had a gel manicure today and the UV light was very dirty. I wouldn’t really recommend this place and suggest anyone looking at reviews to keep searching for a better nail salon because that’s what I’m doing. I wish the technique of the staff was better and the cleanliness was better because the staff themselves are very nice and it’s very close to home for me so the location is very convenient but the over all experience and outcome isn’t great.

Tommy makes fake reviews to damage other peoples business. Example..I am a breeder and I use every Avenue of advertising to create business. Tommy goes to all my posts on Facebook and trashes what I do. Well I did my homework and read these reviews and actually contacted a few of his customers that gave bad reviews and 1 person said she had to go to the ER after the salon gave her chemical burns from a harsh nail polish remover . Another said she couldnt walk for a week after a pedicure. I figured if Im going to leave any reviews about a company Im not going to make anything up so I would just get the information from his customers that actually did business with him that no longer want to do business with him so before you do business with him I suggest you contact these people below also and find out what they have to say besides the 1-star rating....Update..Tommy X I E ov the Salon just threatened to kill my wife and I if we dont remove this review

I just got a full set and the nails are breaking off left and right like press ons, its horrible I never experienced this in all my years of getting my nails done. I have fixed 3 different nails in a week

Disgusting nail salon stay away! Im serious. I went in and it was disgusting to see that they do not use a plastic cover protector in the pedicure equipment area. At first I said how do they have customers but the customers were another topic. In addition, the manicures are just a base nail color with no nurture or tender care. I walked out.

This place was recently taken over by new management and hasnt been the same. DOUBLE CHECK your bill! The manager came over and tried running my card for way more than the POSTED price for a service I have had done here a thousand times! When I pointed it out, she had the nerve to take the tip I had already given the technician and try giving it back to me instead of correcting my charge!! Seriously?! Just not the same place I have been going to for the last 8 years.... Sad.

So i went to this nail salon a week ago i had to get acrylic my nails was horrible it had a lot of bubbles on it and the person that did my nails did not ask me if I was okay and today is Sunday and one nail broke I’ll never come to this place ever again and this was my second time coming there if u ever go there ask for tony to get ur nails done

I choose NY NAILS bc it was the closest location to my work and doesnt charge more than 7$ for a polish change. I have a 30min break, needed the gel polish taken off my hands and feet and changed for regular polish (I wanted Halloween colors Id need removed in less than a week so no gel this time), and only had a twenty dollar bill on me. I was informed the polish change would be 7$, plus 5$ to take the gel off totally at 19$, they did try to charge me 22 at first until I pointed the mistake out. The gentleman did a great job and I was hardly five mins late coming back to work (traffics fault). They were very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. Another place I called quoted me 27$ for just a polish change of my hands WTF and it was not even five miles away from NY NAILS. Glad I called them, theyll be my salon of choice from now on.

Awful work and terrible owners-staff. Ive tried them multiple times hence their proximity to my home. My acrylic nails would always break immediately. The owner and staff could care less about my concern and became too defensive when I pointed out my nails always break when they do them and said that I can come back to fix it - which is not acceptable.On my last visit I waited over 30 minutes for a wax service [only the lady owner waxes] and they took in a walk in instead of me [of course $40+ new nail service is more than $10 wax that I was getting]. Both husband-wife owners were rude and unapologetic. Not going there again, I strongly recommend you ladies think twice and take your business elsewhere.
