As a fellow business owner myself in Boca Raton for 27 years, practicing with private clients, I am beside myself with being left in the condition I am in after having a permanent make up service this week, it is my face!! I will only state the facts bc I am not someone who would ever make a negative comment or review about anyone. Roxanne did the initial microblading treatment with me and told me she was going to do a touchup at the same time and charged me for both. She said it was bc of my hair. I was surprised by this, originally I was told the process would require a touch up after a few weeks And she told me in the last few minutes of our session, out of nowhere. I healed 6 days later and I saw the color was too light and missing in some places, clearly this is why you do a touch up after the original service. Information I have received from top professionals in this business. I politely texted her to please call me, I have concerns and she did not respond for 2 days. I called her at this point and her answer to me was “I’m closed for the summer”, this is January 23rd and the same week of my service!! I again kindly described my results and if only to see it, it would be obvious how bad it looked. She said I’m closed and call me in 3 weeks and I’ll see what I can do. Well everyone knows that’s not going to happen. She clearly took all the money up front and ran, knowing she would be closed that week and left me hanging with permanent make up deficiency on my face. I will expect a partial refund bc I will need to use those funds to redo the job w another professional And repeat the stress to correct it. I will appreciate this and consider it the right thing to do and professionalism on her part. I WILL remove this post when that happens. I have Zelle. My next step is to call the Better Business Bureau if there is no refund shortly. This process is stressful enough and I will now have to go through it again as it is.

Best experience ever. After much searching for a very good clean place I found Roxy. I’m extremely picky. She’s kind, accommodating and a sweetheart. She makes you feel so comfortable. I had a few facials and microdermabrasions and loved it. My face looked brighter, felt really smooth. Will continue to go. looking forward to trying something different next visit. Highly recommend Roxy for your facial and body treatments.

This was a GREAT Experience! I walked in very nervous, however the staff made me feel really comfortable. I have alot of expertise in this field and this company is not knowledgeable or have the proper skills to treat you. More so, they have the worst attitude and customers service. I must say that if you need someone that’s profesional, personable and knows her work, you must go to Roxy at Medrick Wellness. She is patient listens to what your needs are and is very miticulous with her work. I’ve done my microblading with her and it was more than what I expected I will never go elsewhere. What I also love about her is that your time scheduled is only for you shes never between clients and dedicates that time just for you. Try her you won’t regret it!

I went here last week to get my eyebrows microbladded. Roxy was very sweet, and patient. On my way to my appointment I got lost and I was disappointed bc i was ten mins late and still couldnt find the location. well I called Roxy and she helped me and was very patient. When i got there she greeted me with a smile and helped me right away. She was very clear on the procudure and how it worked. The music was very relaxing and she made it as coflmfortable and it could of been. She even stopped ever so often to show me the progress. Thanks Roxy you were amazing really looking forward to my touch up appoointment.

Im half way through my ultrasound cavitation package and i am seeing amazing rezults . My cellulite has diminished significantly and my waistline is 2 inches smaller then before. I cant wait to finish all my sessions and see more results.
