Hands down best vet in town! Dr. Edelson is always spot on with his diagnosis and treatments! Clean office, super friendly staff - nothing more we could ask for!

I LOVE this animal hospital! The prices are incredibly reasonable and the staff are so friendly! They always treat my kitties so well and always work slowly and gently with my more shy cat. The veterinarian is professional and listens well to any issues your pet has. The office is so clean, you would never know it had animals in it. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice!

We went for a consultation and were very impressed with the doctor and his staff. Very clean, updated animal hospital.Warm and inviting waiting area and exam rooms.

The doctor is either a bad diagnostician or just a poor doctor. My kitten has been dead a week and they never even called us. I brought him in at 3 months and 7 months and asked about a funny breathing noise. He said the cat was great,. At a year the kitty was clearly sick, they just injected him antibiotics and fluids and gave him back. One month later sick again same scenario. 3 weeks later I go back, kitty is sicker at 10:30a, he takes him in the back to more tests then says, 1hour and 52 minutes later the front desk person comes to collect $665 before the doctor even comes back. I insisted I see the doctor to talk about the tests. 30 more minutes later he finally comes in and says the cat needs to go an ER because we close at 2, which one do you want to go to . By 4pm my kitty was dead.Dr. Edelson show no emotion for the animals. He has no love for his work!

I have three chocolate schnauzers that all go to imperial! The staff is five star, the facility is always clean with plenty of free parking, and my babies are always happy never scared to see them. That’s a HUGE deal to me.

Dr. Edelstein saved each of my two dogs on two separate occasions. I have a very high regard for him.

So far from the vets I’ve relied on since Day 1, a plane ride away, but so close, thankfully, to a doctor and staff of the same caliber. Gary responded in real time and offered to fit my pup on at my convenience. He and his staff delivered top drawer serving ve verbally, electronically, in image format and more. I was contacted several times before, during and after the procedure. I am able to feel comfortable on my home away from home now.

Being stranded? due to Covid-19 and unable to return to my hometown with my 7 year old Ragdoll cat whose vaccinations were expiring I researched animal hospitals and veterinary clinics in the area where I am staying. As their name implies, Imperial care and service is what youll experience. No wonder Dr. Gary is at the top of the list.

For the past 50 years I have been the proud owner of mostly German Shepherd dogs. During this period I have brought my dogs to my Vet. that I had the utmost trust in and I was fortunate enough during this period that I was very comfortable in the care my dogs received. Approximately 10 years ago through a recommendation of a friend I brought my dogs to Imperial Point Animal Hospital and was introduced to Dr. Edelson. My first impression was one of comfort, confidence and his ability to diagnose my dogs problem but his honesty with me on their condition was without question. From that point on, Dr. Edelson became the Vet. for my dogs and subsequently my friends with there pets I recommended to him since then. The staff at Imperial Point are truly professional and attentive to all their clients.

This was my first visit and they were very welcoming. I was very impressed with Dr. Edelson and he came to talk to me two times. Very thorough and knew his stuff. I liked their COVID procedures to use curb-side.. So I give the medical care five stars. I would recommend you ask for copies of prescriptions if you are not in a hurry because they charged me 4 times what I could get on-line for one spray and 3 times the price I got for the same medicine from my vet up north. Also, the administrative procedures not coordinated with their on-line intake. I did the in-take forms on-line but they didnt know that so I had to re-do. I also gave them typed copy of medicine and issues to address since I was not with the doctor and it took a while for the doctor to see and other issues were addressed and we missed a few on my list. So communication issues that also in fairness due to not being able to be in person. But doctor care first rate which is the most important.

My daughter introduced us to Imperial last year as she has raved about them for several years for her dogs. We have taken our pup there several times and their service is outstanding. So caring. And their cost is lower than many other vets we have gone to in the past. Definitely a 5 star rating for service and care for my dog

Not only do they tend to a variety of my animals, they take special care and concern when dealing with my special needs dog as well. From nail trims to having to let my furry friends go, they are always there to help. Even providing a paw print and and engraved name plate for my cat we had to let go. How thoughtful! Local, reliable, honest business. Would highly recommend!

What a great find! A friend recommended me to take my puppy to Dr. Gary Edelson for the first appointment.The first impression was great. All the assistants are very kind. The place is extremely organized and it makes us feel comfortable and safe. After a few minutes, she left the appointment very happy. They took care of all vaccinations, exams, insurance, a bath, nails trim. After the consultation, they gave me the proper medicines, informations, cards everything we need to know about having a puppy at home. My Jolie got a toy as a gift and she loves it! My little dachshund Coco had issue with her teeth, we had to remove few her teeth, the procedure went well, no complications ,, she recovered and is very happy girl now. My 2 month old puppy Zeus has never been to the vet before. I wanted to go somewhere I could trust and know my baby will be okay. Imperial Point Animal Hospital in Delray did a great job taking care of Zeus and kept me informed about everything. They provided me with all the information I needed for a puppys first visit at the vet. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful...Especially with a new puppy owner like me. Great vet! A gentleman with glasses ( I don’t remember his name)at the table out side came out to my car and greeted me before I could even call to let them know we were here. The nurse was equally friendly and so was Dr Gary. It’s so hard to find a vet in a new area and I can’t wait to see the office when quarantine is over.

Dr. Edelson is the most caring and compassionate vet I have ever encountered. I brought my 3 month old puppy, Maggie, to see him. A few days later, she wasn’t feeling better so I called the office. The office staff (who are amazing too!)assured me that someone would call me back that day. I just assumed one if the techs would call me back (which was perfectly ok) but Dr. Edelson personally called me back in between his appointments. He was so reassuring and calmed my racing mind. He told me to text him to update him if Maggie wasn’t feeling better something I have never had a doctor tell me. Long story short, Imperial Point is a 20 minute drive for me. There are numerous veterinarians closer to my house. I will only see Dr. Edelson and his staff for my puppy’s needs. He is truly the best!!! Oh, and by the way, when they brought Maggie back to my car (they are very Covid safe) she actually cried to go back to the office!!! That was a first!

Everyone at the practice is so amazing! From the receptionists to the vet techs to the doctors, just awesome. I live in lake worth and drive to Delray to take my dog to the vet. There Are many other places I could take my dog but the doctors are so caring and they personally follow up to see how my dog is feeling after a visit. I highly recommend them. They are well worth the longer drive.

Today the front desk was so helpful. I was in the car with Jazz (taking the Covid test). It was an hour until her appointment. I called and asked to be taken early and their response was “Sure. Come on over. You may have to wait a few minutes.” We only waited two minutes and the associate who came out was so sweet and gentle with Jazz. She had a shot and was out with paperwork in a few minutes. So thank you all!!

Was nervous about bringing my puppy in for her first check up, the second I walked in the door I felt welcomed! The Receptionist Leanne was so knowledgeable and really made me feel warm and welcomed. My dog had a sore on his leg. I was able to get an appointment with short notice and they took good care of us. The staff was friendly and helpful.

When I was leaving NYC with my four cats, I asked my vet if he could recommend anyone around Delray Beach and he said that he had met Dr. Edelson at a conference and thought highly of him so hes been my vet for five years. Of course, a doctors office is only as good as the staff and I find them competent as well as personable.

I bought my cat during the pandemic and was pleased to find a table outside with two technicians who helped me register. Another person came and carried my 22 pounder inside to meet the doctor. I waited outside while shadow was treated. Dr. than came out and explained everything and answered my questions. In the end, I have found my new vet. An excellent arrangement with the reception table outdoors and the doctor staying 6 feet away as he spoke to me.

Most horrible veterinarian I have ever been too. He cant proscribe anything for (high) anxiety canine but not only that when I say it doesnt work (which free pharmaceutical he has now approved to prescribe) he gets rude an says call the number on the box🤦after even spending thousands on surgeries!!! My new vet agreed what this vet prescribed is good BUT not for how my dog acts but some vets I see wont listen. Only cares about money. I feel so sorry for his office staff because they seem so nice. Oh and will not send any medical records too my new vet. Such a tool like no other! He does not love dogs!

5 stars for Dr and his staff. First time visit and I was anxious. As my experience down here with other vet offices in the area has not been great. I was welcomed outside and staff was friendly and had everything in the system. Then Rodrigo came out to meet me and Layla my Rottie. Asked a few questions he was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Took her inside to meet the Dr who then came out to speak to me. Dr Edelson was extremely professional and thorough. He did not try to up sell or push anything he was honest and explained everything. Went over pricing which I found reasonable and I trusted he was doing the right thing and addressing my Rotties issue.Two days later she is doing well. I will definitely be going back as I feel confident they will treat my pets with great care and do the right thing. 5 stars here they deserve it!

When we got our dog, we took him to a local vet that some people liked. The place smelled and the service was horrible. Then we heard about Gary Edelson and his team at Imperial Point Animal Hospital of Delray Beach. They are incredible! The place is beautiful and the staff very accommodating. They are very thorough when treating my dog and have done excellent work with any of his issues. You can tell when you meet Gary that he loves what he does as it shows on every visit. It is almost as if he considers your dog one of his own. And, whenever I take my dog for treatment, someone always follows up via a call at night to see how he is feeling. We pass by 3 other vets on the way to his facility because we want the best service.
