Prompt, reliable and good communication, Mike and the crew, including Dale who can be at your office in a moments notice, are a pleasure to work with. Having trained lab techs and assistants who can assist in a case at your office is another big plus. Just this week, the color blend, tooth position and anatomy let alone fit on an upper prosthesis was so good, youd think the teeth were the patients originals! Well done - you made my office look great!!

I have know Mike Peterson for 33 years! This is a person that knows dentistry, and the lab industry. He has taken literally thousands of courses, and enjoys the growing technology in both our professions. Peterson Dental Lab is easy to work with, and has more expertise in Implant Prosthetics than many other labs. He now lectures to dentists at the Atlantic Coast Dental Research Clinic. Mike offers a great service-he will come to your office and guide you through a difficult case if you need special expertise in a complex case.

Great lab for single unit crowns and complex cases with thorough knowledge of all implant systems. For an aesthetic case, request their master ceramist.

Always delivers excellence and great customer service!!

Countless times they have billed me incorrectly and have had to send cases back multiple times to get corrected. When they get it right, its great, but the last time was the final straw. I was quoted an agreed fee for a screw retained implant crown. Sent the case there only to get back an abutment and crown not screw retained. They failed to read the lab slip. Then they billed me approximately 80 dollars above the agreed fee. They then tried to correct it by billing me again and adding the two fees together for the same crown that the lab did not fabricate correctly. So now I had a 900 dollar bill for one crown. After sending the case back and forth 3 times, they finally got it right...kind of. Took about 4 months after multiple phone calls. And I lost a patient.I would love to say this was an isolated case but it was the last 3 cases I sent to them. I think they are a decent lab, but when they get it wrong, they just do.

Im very fortunate to have crowns and caps made at Peterson Dental Lab, and to be a patient of one of the finest dentists in Florida, Dr. Jim Tallbacka. Its a winning combination. In fact, when Ive had such work done, Ive requested that the fabrication be done by Peterson Dental Lab.

I am a dentist in Connecticut. A patient of mine [retired DDS] lost his Essix retainer and was attempting to get a new one made in Florida. This lab - Peterson - was uncooperative and [the manager] would not extend the courtesy of speaking to me directly but used his intermediaries to reject my request. Very unprofessional and rather rude!
