Stacy the hygienist was superb! She was so calm made me feel valuable. She and Dr. G made it extremely easy make a plan to fix all of my dental issues. I never once felt uncomfortable or vulnerable. In fact, I was exceptionally comfortable in the spa like room. I didn’t even feel like I was even at the dentist. It may sound silly but, I can’t wait to return and receive stellar dental care from Stacy and Dr. G.

I highly recommend this dental office! I’m not a fan of the dentist, but, if I must go, this is the office I want to go to. The receptionist was welcoming and very personal. She made me feel comfortable immediately. Stacey was my hygienist. Not only was she efficient, but she was personal, friendly and very compassionate! She took away all my fears. I felt like I was at a spa! The dentist was awesome! Before I knew it, I was walking out the door! Time fled by! I highly recommend this dental office!

First off let me say, I do not like the dentist, I’d rather go to the DMV. With that being said there is a little sun shining Ray of light here who kept me calm and relaxed. Stacy made me feel safe and calm when I normally freak out at the dentist. She did a great job on my teeth, painless and had me in and out. 5/5 would recommend.

I have had a few procedures done by Dr. Gruenberg so far. He is always pleasant and caring. I had put off going to the dentist for a long time but he didnt make me feel bad about it. He developed a plan based on my needs/wants and I take comfort in having a reliable, personable dentist. Oriana and Kelly are also wonderful! The office is clean and its a great location.

Can I give them 0 star? Very bad experience there. I went there because I have 2 different issues I feel some pain in a molar and my gun was very red in my front teeth with long history. The doctor said that my teeth needed to be removed immediately, the same week because I had a very big infection, and Ill need an implant that will cost $3200. No words about the pain, just was normal. I left that place very worry because I didnt want lose my teeth..Next week I went to another dentist office for a second opinion. They said that I didnt have any infection, just needed a cleaning and an oral rinse, probably a deep cleaning. Now, only one week later, just with the cleaning and the rinse my gum looks almost pink. About the pain they said that my filling is very old, need to be updated. A big difference in the diagnosis and the treatment that I couldnt believe if it werent for my gum looks better now.

I visited Idental for a cleaning with Stacy and it was by far the best cleaning I have had! She was very gentle and made it so I didn’t feel any pain! I would recommend Stacy toany one looking to get their teeth clean, she is the best around town! You won’t be disappointed!

I had crooked teeth before, and they really helped straighten them. Dr. Gruenberg is a great dentist. He was patient and addressed the many issues I had. I was introduced to them through a friend. Its been a good decision of the last two years to go there.

Had an appointment for a cleaning. Took off work and the office was closed . I called the office the next day and spoke to Kelly who was non apologetic stating that they contacted me to reschedule. There were no voicemails made on my phone and no one ever contacted me . In fact I got a text from the office saying I had an appointment the day before. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

I lost a lot of weight so on I went to see about new dentures. I met with Dr. Alex Gruenberg. He told me he thought maybe I would qualify for implants. I told him that another dentist in Orlando my upper jaw would have to be rebuilt. He said things have improved in 7 years. I was excited so I agreed to have a cat scan of my mouth. I had the cat scan in a mobile unit outside his office about a week later. A few days later I went in to discuss the cat scan. He said that I would qualified for the implants with a”sinus lift” & some grafting. I was excited. I started the loan process that day with Kelly the finance person in the office. After a few days a called up & said hold off on the loan because I want to get a second opinion. Dr. Gruenberg called me back himself. They were all so kind & he said he welcomed a 2nd opinion. I got the 2nd opinion from a dental duty that advised me that it will not last more than a few years unless I had what the Orlando dentist was correct. The 2nd opinion dentist said my face could be paralyzed and that was not something that a general dentist should decide. So I called I dental and them I was not going to have it done because I was scared. Again, Dr. Gruenberg talked to me & said just come in & see my periodontist & then decide. I agreed but the day I canceled telling them that I am just to scared. I told them that I was canceling the loan. I called the loan company & they informed me that they already was sent the $25,000! I said how could that be I didn’t sign anything nor did I have a contract. It took me over 3 weeks to get a copy of a contract that I never signed. It was signed on June 14, 3 days after I canceled and who ever signed did not sign my name correctly. I guess I misspelled my own name. And I learned that I owed $3000 towards the loan for the implants that he ordered. Dr. Gruenberg told me he needed impressions before he could them. I now have to go to small claims court to try to make him send the $3000 back to the loan company. Be aware this office took over a 66 disabled senior on a fixed income so they can do it to you too!

Dr. Alex Gruenberg and the staff are compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and care about each patient with so much empathy. I always feel comfortable and truly cared for whenever I get to my appointments. Truly a great feeling when I’m at their office. All good people.

I’ve had multiple dentists throughout the years in south florida. I was ready to give up but thank gd I found the staff at iDental. I had to get a tooth pulled and they did an absolutely amazing job. All the staff was extremely caring and made me feel very comfortable even having never been there before. I’m 25 from Wisconsin, so I was a bit leery of going to a random dentist, but they made me feel like I was at my primary dentist of 15+ years. Absolutely great place and would recommend for anyone. Except mean people, mean people please do not come because these people are amazing and shouldn’t have to deal with anyone who isn’t nice.

Had an emergency that needed to be addressed immediately during a global pandemic. I have never experienced tooth pain or any pain like this in my entire life and I lived a pretty rough life. The doctors and the nurses were extremely professional, handled it, and got me out of the door during a national crisis for a reasonable price. They didn’t try to sell me things I did not need, and they genuinely cared about the job at hand which was getting this tooth out of my face. I’m very grateful for them and I recommend them.

Today was my first dental treatment with Joel and it was the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had. My grandmother is visiting me and she had an emergency. I scheduled the first available appointment with Idental and they were able to see her immediately. Its been a week and she had a follow up appointment today. Root canal was performed very well, she didnt have any pain after. Waiting for her permanent crown to be placed now.

My overall experience was a 10 out of 10 (EXCELLENT) and honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had! The front office associate, Glenda greeted me with a warm/pleasant smile and was very informative about the office, their wonderful dental membership and being sure that everyone was addressed in a timely manor. The doctors seem to have a very good work office relationship and worked together. I had a tooth extracted and a root canal in the same day and the doctor and her assistant walked me through each step of the extraction and root canal, keeping me calm, laughing and informed the entire time… A huge factor in my positive experience was that the doctor was extremely gentle with both procedures. Their prices are by far the best in town and I’ll recommend the IDental Team Delray to everyone far and near!

IDental staff is friendly and professional! They schedule you in right away! Glenda, at the front office was helpful and informative with payment options. She is empathetic to patients’ situations. Dr. Perez explained the procedure to my father in Spanish which he appreciated. Most of the staff is bilingual. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience and I enjoy their telephone greeting when they answer the phone!

Almost done finishing my whole process with my dental implant with Dr.Danowit, I absolutely love him & his staff both at The West Palm beach location & in Delray. Very very nice, professional, funny, They always explain to me everything step by step. Never felt more comfortable at a dentist office. I do get so nervous for the anesthesia, I’m sure no one likes getting poke my needles around the gums of your teeth but with Dr.Danowit I can barley feel it or even feel it at all. Had it tough start at this place. Doctor left the company and I was not notified. Must have been some confusion in the office after his quick exit. Then it was the matter of getting all the info for the work on my teeth straightened out...the girls in the office are great, so helpful and i like the new dr..lol👍

I love Dr Alberto and his staff at iDental of Delray. My mom had upper and lower dental implants done and it was way more affordable than a few places we went to. The plaza is currently being renovated. That was the only inconvenience , but it’s supposed to be completed by end of the year.

I am deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism and care I received at this office. To start off, the doctors at this office missed my appointments 3 times even before I started my orthodontic treatment there. Also each time I went for a visit the front desk staff was either actively socializing or eating right at their work places which is so unprofessional to me. These were first red flags that I should stay away from this office but unfortunately I did not go with my gut feeling and went on to get an orthodontic treatment there.I was being seen by Dr. Alex Gruenberg and to be honest he should ashamed of himself and his level of professionalism with clients. From the very first visit Dr. Gruenberg has been impatient and distracted, constantly walking out of the room, taking personal calls, and acting like he was doing me a favor by looking in my mouth. I never got proper xrays taken or a proper oral exam at this office before starting my treatment, luckily I was smart enough to go to my regular dentist for a cleaning before and get everything checked there.When I was getting my invisalign attachments installed Dr. Gruenberg was huffing and puffing how boring this part of his job was and how he hated doing the attachments to which I really wanted to say excuse me I am your patient and I paid you money for this boring job you are doing. Even his hygienist/assistant who was in the room with him at that time was gesturing for him to stop saying such unprofessional things in front of his patient.My whole treatment was only a few weeks long, I got half of my trays upfront, was told to switch them out every week, and was scheduled for one follow up visit to pickup the rest of my trays. When I came back a few weeks later Dr. Gruenberg just looked in my mouth without examining the progress, said he thinks everything is going fine, handed out the rest of my trays to me and sent me off.I just had a gut feeling that something was not going right because I was in a lot of pain every week and although I was wearing my trays diligently I did not see any difference in how my teeth looked or aligned although I had only a few weeks remaining of my treatment. Just out of curiosity I tried to put my first tray on and sure enough it fit perfectly and that was really when I started getting very nervous about the level of care I was getting.I scheduled a second opinion appointment with a different orthodontist and after a thorough 2 hour exam I was told that everything about my treatment was completely wrong.1.All of the trays that I was given were 0 adjustment so my teeth were not moving since each tray was exactly same as previous one.2.The treatment plan that was put together by Dr. Gruenberg was not going to work on my teeth simply because of the physiology of my mouth and there is a possibility that invisalign may not even be an option for me. 3. I was advised that as a result of switching out trays too frequently (Dr. Gruenberg instructed me to change trays every week) and without proper monitoring by a specialist I developed bleeding pockets in my mouth which are signs of bone loss that could potentially lead to tooth damage or even loss.4.Lastly, I was told that I had several fillings in my mouth which have been damaged and now need to be fixed and I know that before coming to see Dr. Gruenberg to install invisalign attachments I saw my regular dentist who took xrays and did an oral exam and at that time all of my fillings were intact.Now after wasting several months of my life, spending money for treatment, and going though bouts of pain and discomfort I have made 0 progress in getting the smile of my dreams and have to start my treatment all over.STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE AND ESPECIALLY FROM THIS DOCTOR. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR THAT OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT HE IS DOING AND DOES NOT ANYTHING ABOUT ORTHODONTICS.

From my first impressions of the office, the available coffee, tea and cold water, the low sounds of a neutral TV program, and the greetings from the staff at the front counter at Idental Delray, I felt welcomed and comfortable!Dr. Alberti and his wife, as well as all the very professional staff I have interacted with under his care, are consistently considerate, extremely capable and encouragingly considerate.The management system designed and overseen by Dr. Alberti is very efficient. In my recall, I have not had to wait more that 10 minutes before I am called back. I really like that the doctor and his staff focus on my dental needs when it is my turn and do not flit back and forth between patients.It has been a year already since Dr. Alberti first met with me to discuss a major implant project. He continues to be meticulous in his approach to reach a thoroughly successful ending throughout the next 6-9 months.
