Dr. Elias Forma is much more than a Chiropractor. He doesnt crack bones. He gently assists the body to come back into balance on its own. I recommend his unusual technique which is rare in his profession.

I love this place! I have been a chiro patient for over 10 years and recently moved to Delray Beach from Atlanta after I visited a few chiropractors in the area, I was led to Dr. Formas practice. Upon entry to Cafe of Life, this is the most relaxing and serene practice I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying.We loved the exotic yet calming decor. The staff is open and friendly and Dr. Forma has the most gentle healing hands! I love that I can get an adjustment while listening to lovely music by a fantastic water fall. Oh and what an amazing massage I received from Romi. I fall into a delicious rest each time I visit. This place is an absolute delight! Best in the world I say!

Great environment, friendly staff. After a few adjustments I felt so much better and my back and walking did not hurt as much.
