The staff are welcoming and kind. The nurses are Awesome!! Sara, the NP was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions with great detail. Dr Patel was equally knowledgeable. His bedside manner was like no other, kind, funny. It’s very seldom you meet a doc who actually has a sense of humor and can make you feel calm. My injection experience went very smoothly. Piece of Cake!! Thanks to the nurses, especially the one who held my hand, and to all that let me CURSE, when it stung a bit 😊 YOU ALL ARE WONDERFUL!!

Some staff, uncaring, sarcastic and treatment options are very limited and not creative. Dont go if you want help solving your long term severe pain issues. Also, if you are in severe chronic pain, you will wait weeks or months for an appointment to here that they have few or very few treatment suggestions. No follow up after procedures. You are treated like a drug addict and not like human being with serious health problems from the first visit. I am a Registered Nurse of 25 years and it is extremely difficult to even get them examine you.

1st visit, you will be made to feel like they really care, get you, and that your search to be truly helped is over.Then, you quickly find out, it’s a one track mind, thinking of totally inside the box, and your knowing of yourself as to what works and what doesn’t, will not only not be heard, it will take no relevance in your treatment.Nice guy, knows how to be social, but not different than any of the rest, when it comes to the patient as a person. If you want to matter, this is not the lace for you.
