I think this place is awesome. Amazing staff, very kind and helpful! I learned more about myself in 3 visits here than i have in years of therapy and being hospitalized. Highly recommend 😊

Had an attitude towards us and Through all the papers on the desk I would not recommend going there

Its really unfortunate that low income people dont have better options. Specifically those of us who are trans and/or queer. I tried to have an intake appointment and left within the first five minutes having a panic attack because the old guy apparently hasnt had an sensitivity training in regards to dealing with trans patients. He also insisted I took my mask off which is wildly inappropriate because I am not only immunocompromised but also seeking help due to extreme anxiety. I had to reschedule with someone else, hopefully that goes better, but my initial experience left me feeling hopeless during a time of need.

Very rude and do not understand ADA laws. Being in health care you would think office personnel would know the law.

Im not sure why others have given it such a bad review. I take clients there all the time and we are in and out very quickly. Im sure it depends on who you see but the old place we went was just horrible but this place is amazing!

For some reason every time i walked in this place it smelled like they installed the carpeting like an hour ago. From what i remember they had a weird art deco style painting hanging in the lobby which i thought was mundane at best. The receptionist window was a little large for my liking and it made me feel like i was being watched even when the receptionist was gone. I clearly remember the fake plants which was horrible. Ironically enough there were a few real plants which makes no sense at all. The hallways were way too tall, and the interior made me feel like a mouse running through a maze when i had to traverse it. I casually suggested an automated system where i would be able to walk in and use a medication dispenser, much like the check out at wal mart, and they scoffed at me. Lastly, I thought the windows in the back were situated way too far up in the wall, it made me feel like i was deep down inside of the building which was scary.

I dont know the details of the one star reviews but I go there on a regular basis for counselling and have not had any issues. In fact, Im quite pleased with my overall experience. All of my visits have started within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. There are great programs for financial assistance in addition to friendliness of the staff.I see the younger Joe. Hes very professional, easy to talk to, and extremely insightful. Working with him has helped me gain a great deal of understanding in many different areas of my life.I am very pleased with my experiences here.

Cancelled my appointment on me day of less than an hour before the appointment.

Dr Taylor does not care about people. She never met with me when my ex broke up with me. Taylor told her to breakup with me.Dr Taylor has no morals or respect for the community. I recommend that people leave her for other professionals.Had she called me and setup an appointment to discuss her reasons, I would not feel the way I feel about Dr Taylor. She is self centered and evil.

This is by far the worst mental health center I have ever been to. If you decide to go to southeast plan on a two hour wait. If you need to get a refill plan on prescriptions, plan on southeast to never call you back. I have called three times with NO response, Kroger has two times with no response. I am out of medications and I just can’t make them care about patients needs. If I had enough money I would definitely go somewhere else. Just an awful place!!!

Absolute joke. Dont waist your time or money here.
