This office is one of the best group of doctors,nurses and secretarys that Ive ever had.They really go over the top when taking care of patients

Just don’t. Used to be excellent. I’ve taken my kids here since they were babies- they are now 9 and 14. The Hubble’s and Meckler’s were excellent physicians with a professional office staff that cared about their clients and always went above and beyond. The new doctors and staff are unorganized, rude, short and unprofessional.. After going to this office for 20+ years, I will never go back. Look elsewhere if you want a doctor and staff that actually cares about their clients.

Rude office staff nice nurses and Dr Lahodi is great but office staff treat you terrible. Lot of changing faces in the office been going there about 12 yrs but will be looking for a new Dr. To limited on appointments according to the office scheduler and dont really care of they help you or not. So sad this place use to have great people that worked there.

Good luck communicating with the secretary for assistance. I am in town for the holidays and am ill. Meckler and Hubbell are still my familys doctor and I used to see them when I was a child. That was only around 10-12 years ago. The secretary thought it was preposterous that I was requesting an appointment (even with my insurance info) as she stated I would be a new patient. She then stated we cant help you or see you. After explaining urgent care waits are hours long, little to no empathy or other support was offered. Beyond rude and short. Good luck for any new or older patient trying to get support. If I could rate this experience less than 1 star I would. Shameful - if this is the person providing clients support, I would be concerned if this were my practice.

I have gone to the Hubbells for most of my adult life. They truly care, are excellent doctors, and run a very caring, professional office.I still go here after moving over 45 minutes away. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
