Incredible staff with impeccable customer service. I am always treated with the utmost kindness and respect, both over the phone and in person; Dr. Mungovan and his employees are welcoming and enjoyable. My back pain is nearly non-existent, and my overall well-being has improved tremendously. I would (and do!) recommend Mungovan Chiropractic and Rehab to anyone and everyone seeking chiropractic care.

I would have been a new patient but unfortunately the person who answered the phone (Marshall) sounded extremely condescending when answering my questions. I’m sure Dr. Mungovan is great, unfortunately his staff is in need of proper customer service training.
