On the 1st day that I went to visit I was told that I needed to make an appointment. Fine, because of Covid. Then I was told that the visits were only 30mins. While visiting, I learned that there was a t.v. in the my sisters room, BUT THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED THE REMOTE CONTROL. So I was like ok, while someone was in the room she could asked them to change the channel. My sister told me she couldnt sleep at night so I told her to fine something on t.v. to ring for someone. She said they didnt want to be disturbed (guess it was the night shift).My sister also told them that she could not feel the air from her vent.. A male employee checked it and said he felt it and I told him that she didnt. He said that it was on #3 he checked the vent and left the room. Day 2, I bought her a small fan to see if that would give her more air.My sister was found on the 3rd day around 7am unresponsive and CPR HAD TO BE PERFORM. This was 7/19/21 to this day 8/9/21 my sister continues to be not sedated and unresponsive. On the day that she went to the hospital while they were fixing to transfer her to ICU I went back to Valley View Care Center to get my sisters belongings to return back to the hospital. When I got home I notice that her brand new Bible, a puzzle book and 2 novels were missing. I was like really how do they go to her room to get ALL HER BELONGINGS AND NOT SEND 4 BRAND NEW ITEMS. ENJOY THEM!!!

Great facility spent six weeks there for rehabilitation the staff are awesome I really enjoyed my stay miss you all and thank you

I’ve worked at Valley View Care Center for almost 2 years. This a great place to work with fun and friendly staff. Our residents are happy and well taken care of. Our facility is clean with a happy environment. If I were choosing a skilled nursing facility for my loved one, I would definitely bring them here!

This is an older facility that has a lot of heart, When you walk into the building you become part of our family, You and or new resident. This team has a lot of heart, we are here to make it your home and to meet your needs and if you have concerns we fix it as soon as possible. We are family and you become part of our hearts. So come to our home and enjoy the facility homelike environment.

If you are looking for confidentiality, good rehabilitation, someone that treats your family members like a mom, dad, or an older sibling there is no other place like Valley View Center. Here the staff cares and looks out for your loved ones. We make sure to provide 3 meals, 4 snacks and a day fully planed of activities. The patient’s at Valley View Center our treated like what they are and that is guests. So... Be our guest, be our guest and put our service to the test🙏🏽💕

If you want a place that treats you like family this is your place! It maybe an older building but you will not find any place where the staff cares so much. Caring with heart & love is what they are all about.
