Staff is very pleasant. The facility itself needs better cooling in some areas it was sort of hot in there.

Love this place they are very caring and have compassion for patients. It is clean and always decorated to make the environment a happier place. Delano Skilled Nursing makes sure their patients get the best medical care.

I dont care for this place because once you bring in your love one in, later on its has if they drug them up and all of sudden they look like they have dementia where your love one looks at you, like who are you. Even some elderly look like their in La La Land with their head hanging down. Yes, dont let the staff and cleaness of building deceive you. On your own time try to observe. One thing I would not take my dog there to stay. Also that Philippine staff there are cold people,they dont have sympathy or compassion for these elderly people. I just feel bad for all elderly there??

Visited with a group from my school district. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The facility was spotless and did not have the hospital smell.

It is a very good place too bring your love ones here.

The Staff is friendly and very helpful; and most residents look happy.

My grandma had two strokes and was not able to speak and move around on her own the night staff here did not want to attend to her always gave my grandma medication 3 times a day to sleep so they wouldnt have to deal with her never checked on her for hours they just stayed at there desk chit chatting very poor staffing !
