I really like taking my son here; he is very finicky when it comes to dentist offices, but here at Smileland in Delano he loves it. The staff here is friendly, patient, and always willing to answer any questions or concerns, if they dont have the answer right away, they will get back to you.All the rooms and restroom is clean, well organized, and always presentable.Its a great place to take your kids for all their dental needs.

Very fast and helpful, was only waiting for 20 minutes and got attended. They even called back the day after my appointment and checked up on my son. Stafff is super friendly and kind

The dentist is was sooooo triable because they pulled out my teeth put and it hurts so bad. WARNING DONT SEND YOUR KIDS THERE

This dental organization is unbelievably disrespectful. The staff at the front especially does not know how to how to talk to clients respectfully and they not do they know how to keep track of appointments. I recommend any family man or woman take their children to any dentist other than Smileland Dental

My daughter got an extraction (first one) they made her feel very comfortable. So glad I decided to take her here they even gave her a note for the tooth fairy 😉 since she couldnt bring her tooth home.

They scheduled my daughter at 830 am and waited for almost 2 hours before We left. Expect to be In the waiting room for at least an hour. Every time we’ve been there we have waited over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment.

The girls are always friendly. They always make my kids feel welcomed and reassure them so they dont feel scared while have dental work.

I went in first thing in the morning and I appreciated that they took our temperature and asked us a few questions before checking in. I felt a lot more safe being there with everything going on. They put my daughter in a room right away and although she was nervous the staff did really good with her and they were very patient. All in all it was a great experience and I would 100% recommended this office.

I took my daughter in for her 6 month check up during the covid- 19 pandemic and the staff is precautions and follow safety guidelines. Also the dental assistant that assisted my daughter was very helpful.

Good with children! They make sure my child was confortable with the cleaning equipment before doing the cleaning.. by showing and explaning what they were going to do next.

I had such an amazing visit with my daughter, both assistants Anna and Jackie were amazing, from start to finish my daughter loved them. I will definitely request them each time my daughter needs work done they explained to me from start to finish exactly what they were doing and what I needed to do on my part. The Doctor was also Very friendly and patient, He took his time and wasn’t In a rush to leave the room.

Good place for kids but just took a while to be dismissed from my room once I was done with my visit. Seemed like they forgot about me. Xrays, prophy and exam was fast but then i waited in my room 10min to 15min after I was done for someone to dismiss me but no one came so I walked out my room to let a employee know I signed I understood what dr said can I go now she said yes and I left. Other then that everything else was good.

Fire time coming and I really like it. The staff is very nice and welcoming. So many activities for the children to do while they wait so colorful. The seats are very comfortable it feels nice being here. I will definitely bring my son again.

My son is almost going to be three years old and he has been going to Smileland Dental since he was seven months. I love their loyalty program because it encourages the kids to brush their teeth and behave. My son recently accumulated enough points to get a car from the movie Cars 3. He was extremely happy, even though he was being a baby during the cleaning and x-rays. I truly appreciate the patience the assistance have with child. I would reccommend Smileland Dental to parents; the place is definitely kid friendly!

I love it here staff is always very welcoming and the dental assistants always very patient with my son since he gets scared of the brushing noise. Love the office how its so colorful and how they have iPads and ps4 for the kids to enjoy while waiting my older kids love going to the office been going for 8 yrs or so and have never had a problem. Im very happy to have my grandchildren with fsmileDental they get the work done and very nice to the chidren.also they make sure the parents understand all of the work they do on every child.they dont rush they take there time thats why Ill recommend every one that have children. If your appointment is at 9 am just show up at 10 they take at least an hour before they actually take them in, plus the dental assistants can and should be alot more kid friendly which unfortunately they are not. I tried giving this place more than one chance but realized the name of smileland goes nothing with the way they treat the patients.

Such a bad experience!! Waitrd 3 months for treatment and the day of the appointment they tell me my child cant be seen without a drs clearance, eventhough ive brought it in before. Been bringing my kids here for 3 years and in ready to move on! Only get 1 star because they cant get less!!!

I think its a great place, the fact they give the kids a little something after to make them feel like they did a good job is a nice gesture.

I like it the wait takes to long, but it feels like once u r in they are quick.

This place was really nice start to finish. I took my son and 2 girls in at the same time and they took their time with all of them. And as if that wasnt enough, they call me a couple weeks later to tell me my son won a prize! He got a cool Nintendo DSi, I never thought anyone really won these prizes, so imagine my surprise. Prizes aside, i would recommend to anyone. Great service and a friendly staff, all without having to drive to Bakersfield or Visalia, who would have thought?

They over book appts & take forever with there patients who are scheduled to have work done.

Horrible experience. Appointment was at 8:30, didnt get seen until 2 hours later at 10:30. Was told to take my son on an empty stomach for gas to work. My son was so hungry by the time they saw him and to add to that the gas didnt work and son cried through all the procedure.

Excellent attention, I recommend the place, the only thing was that I took my 1-year-old baby and about 40 minutes after they brushed him and applied the fluoride, he got sick to his stomach until he vomited, maybe he got sick because he swallowed what he had. they put in his teeth but it didnt happen after that all good.

I love this place they serve you very well and make you feel very good there ... they have waters. They give children toys they have games to entertain them ... etc ... I would not change it for any other place .... and very kind girls ......
