This is my second visit. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I especially liked Dr. Shaws approach. She was kind, thorough, and addressed all my concerns.

Dont come here. They tried to squeeze extra money out of me because I was a new patient: I was not told about this extra charge until I pried THREE times. They never told me about it when I called to make the appointment, or when I initially arrived for it. It took three times of me asking the front desk what my final charge would be; then finally, someone mentioned the extra cost. Ill be going elsewhere. Educate your front desk staff to be transparent about ALL fees, before an appointmentis scheduled.

Worst place ever! Waited longer than 45 min. with appointment! Didn’t have the necessary equipment for my son! One assistant was so abrupt! Hated!

Do not go there buddy! They will give you appointment but you will need to stuck there at least 30 minutes before you see the doctor

5 stars!!!! Dental fields is a great dental office. Me,My wife and our 3 year old all go there. They are extremely professional and understanding. They are patient with you and take the time to make sure your okay. They have pulled 3 teeth for me and each time have been very careful and caring making sure I was numb and didn’t feel a thing. Dr.Patel was so good with me. And amazing with my wife who has very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. They were very patient and kind making sure to keep her anxiety down. I love this dental office and can’t say enough good things about it. If your looking for a good dental office this is the place to go. They are so good with my 3 year old son. Obviously as a child he was scared and didn’t understand but they cleaned his teeth and calmed him down as best they could. Couldn’t ask for a better dental office. 5 stars doesn’t give this place justice

I went to Dental Dreams in Rockford and terrible. When I went to Dental Fields, I thought I was going to feel a lot of pain when extracting my teeth. No pain some pressure but no pain at all. The dr was understanding of the discomfort I was feeling and he did a good job at taking away the discomfort. The assistants to the reception ist very kind and professional. I recommend that if you are looking for a Dentist clinic, than Dental Fields is the place to go. I give them 10 stars. The best care ever.

It was really amazing. I went in and had to get a cavity filled and I have a terrible fear of needles and they were so kind and made sure to numb my mouth up with a lot of paste before they put in the needle. very fast and pain free! I recommend dental fields to everyone!!

Dental Fields and Dr. Sharma, specifically, were amazing! I had a traumatic dental experience years ago and have been terrified to go to the dentist. I felt comfortable, pain free and at ease with Dr. Sharma. She explained everything. She was positive and friendly. I have been won over by her and her staff. Thank you!

Very friendly hardworking and do there job in a timely manner. I like how they constantly ask if your ok during the procedure. The front desk ladies are very friendly and respectable and always do there job with a smile. They always give you great options in giving you an appointment. Overall my experience has been wonderful.

Came here for a cleaning, but it was my first dentist visit in about three years so I expected there would be more involved. After X-ray it was concluded I need about 4-5 fillings, and most were very bad. I had never experienced pain while chewing in any tooth besides just one of them and it was infrequent, but I went ahead with the recommended procedure anyway. Two months after the operation I now have almost no bite pressure in the area of my mouth because the the teeth are sensitive from the fillings and additionally for the first time ever my teeth are extremely sensitive to cold.

I called to see if they were taking new patients for a cleaning. To my surprise I was able to get in that same afternoon! Awesome staff, very friendly and efficient. So glad I choose them to call.

The staff is very professional. The Dr will explain everything to you and let you know the steps and process that he is going to do. They extracted 2 of my teeth and this is the only dentistry I will come back to.Thank you dental fields!!

I highly recommend Dental Fields not only do they treat you like a normal human with feelings they go above and beyond to keep you comfortable and make sure you understand the procedures and all around the staff are wonderful. Theyve always been great with my children aswell . They have been our family dentist since they opened their doors in dekalb and its always been a wonderful experience each time.

My dentist is one if the owners.She is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, gental and efficient. I trust her completely. My wait time was excessive, over an hour after my appointment time( but might have been due to absent employees Off Sick w Flu,understandable!) I was well treated when my turn came.I have no complaints& highly recommend Dental Fields.I previously had root canal& crown here.Trust this DDS to care for my daughter w special needs also. I have been back today for another crown and everything was speedy and efficient I have referred others and I am confident that they will be well cared for

I have had several appointments at Dental Fields and all staff i came in contact with have been exceptional. Dr Sharma is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed. I must admit I almost fell asleep during one of the procedures! I highly recommend Dental Fields you are incredible!

The appt was very fast, the dentist told me everything I needed to know about my tooth problems, made a treatment plan and covered all fees. Clean environment during covid. Saw active disinfecting going on.

I absolutely love Dental Fields. Every one is very professional, respectful and awesome! Most importantly they made it all possible for me to get the braces I always wanted! Traveling from Chicago is definitely worth it!

Everyone is friendly. Great atmosphere. I love my dentist! I am extremely terrified of dentists and she is very patient with me always checking in with me while shes working to make sure Im doing ok! So far she has been able to save 3 of my teeth that were very close to having to be either pulled or have a root canal!

The dentists themselves are amazing but their receptionists and dental assistants are super unprofessional. They gossip about patients in whispers leaning over the front counter to other employees. Sucks they are bringing down the office of really great dentists

Just took my son there for the first time and we were both beyond impressed! Called on a whim and were able to get in the same day even though they seemed very busy. Very friendly, and personable staff. Explained everything well to my son before doing it. And my son loved that they had a movie playing on the tv! We definitely enjoyed our experience! Dr. Patel and the hygienist that just helped me, were absolutely amazing. I let them know I have bad anxiety going to the dentist and that’s why I haven’t been in so long, they both assured me that they understand and a lot of people have this problem. They walked me through every step in what they were doing and what they will have to do. I HATE the dentist but I actually looking forwards to coming back here next month to fix my teeth finally. I recently started taking my 3 year old to dental fields. We are very lucky to have found this place. Dr. Shurma (Not sure of the spelling) is great with kids, and the staff as well. My daughter absolutely loves this place and always looks forward to coming back.

Ive been coming here for the past few months, after I finally got dental coverage again for the first time since high school. By then, Id amassed more than a few cavities and even some broken teeth from when my old school-era amalgam fillings fell out, but the staff here has been taking great care of me and now with my new composite fillings and crown, you cant even tell anything was ever wrong. Dr. Nick is the best!

I would give a 5 star review had I been informed when I checked in (on time) that they were short staffed and running behind schedule. In my case an hour past my appointment time. The dentist I see is friendly, professional, explained everything very well. He was thorough even though they were short staffed I didnt feel like he was in a hurry. Ill be going back in a couple weeks for more work.

Aspen dental referred me to this place and I have a tooth that needs pulled! Got in instantly and got to see Dr. Sharma. She is such a sweetheart! Didn’t make me feel judged over my teeth health and really listened to me about the pain I’m in and what my concerns are! I highly recommend her and this place. It was clean. Everyone was friendly and the wait wasn’t long at all. Even in the back everything g went pretty fast!! Although my tooth hasn’t yet been taken out due to infection I already think so highly of this place and of my dentist. I think after ten different dentist I’ve finally found my home!

Best place in dekalb area for dental work! The staff is absolutely amazing and so friendly. I found them back in December of 2019 for a tooth pull. I had really bad dental anxiety to the point where I started panicking and crying sitting in the chair to get work done. The assistants were so understanding and helpful! Doctor Zhao is so wonderful and helpful too. Make sure he explained everything to me and made me feel SAFE and comfortable! I have never met such an amazing dentist and staff!! I’ll never go anywhere else . Thank you so much staff and Doc Zhao!! Ever since then I’ve been there for another tooth pull, wisdom tooth pull and fillings and I am so comfortable. I know that I’m in great hands. Thank you guys so much for being amazing !! You guys should all be proud of yourself’s.

Being new to the area, I wanted to find a good dental office to have my remaining wisdom teeth extracted. The staff were excellent, and after a visit for an x-ray I had the procedure done yesterday. They did a fantastic job. I think I was in and out in about an hour or less, since the teeth were already in. Recovery times are personal, but Im feeling 80% normal here the day after. Didnt seem like they had any scheduling issues or over-booking either. Will definitely be going back for routine cleanings and any further work - a crown was suggested over a large filling I had years ago.5/5.

I had a really great experience at this dental office. I have several issues going on but Dr Sharma put together my treatment plan in the most efficient and economical way. Also I found the staff to be very professional and friendly and I was immediately set at ease through the entire visit. I will definitely be going back to get all my work done! Overall, okay dental office. Practices and procedures could be performed in a more coherent friendly way. Ill go back for myself but will be finding somewhere else for my toddler.

I have gone to many dentist and have never had a good experience. But DENTAL FIELDS has me leaving with a smile every time I go there. My dentist listens to what I have to say, and allows me to explain everything that’s going on with my mouth. I couldn’t ask for a better Dentist! There team is spectacular and always makes me satisfied with good customer service!!!

I would give no stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. First of all, they did not clean my teeth before filling a cavity. Second, they were drowning me because the tech doesnt know how to suction. And finally, Ive had sensitivity for five weeks now after they filled it because they did not use an insulator. Again, DO NOT GO HERE! They do not know what they are doing.

I am absolutely not a dentist fan. Ive never liked going. Dr. Sharma is very gentle, sensitive to my sensitivity to dentist offices, and very up front about billing and payment. Im not too sure about the other dentists in that office, Im sure their good. I just got a crown done and its been an absolute success. I highly recommend this place!

I would give 5 starts but they have a nasty employee which every time I have to come I encounter bashing employee talking with profanity language She shouldn’t work there at all as it does cause other patients to feel uncomfortable and for the Doctor who has seen me I must say she is great both Doctors are great but due to this employee it makes the experience go downhill her name is Janet i think should really consider letting her go all other employees go way out of their way to achieve the best dental experience despite having pain.

I love this dental clinic, i came here after getting a big financial it from my previous dental clinic and this office is not a pusher and will not try to make big buck out of you and thrive for the great servicesi highly recommend them, there are a lot of big shot dental offices in town i find this place nice and caring
