Ive been going to Dr. Pollack for five years getting adjustments and massages. He has a great team of workers that are very caring. Nadia the receptionist is a dedicated hard worker and friendly. I love getting massages from New Irena, she is remarkable! Dr. Pollack is very caring and knowledgeable in the treatment plan that he creates for each individual. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Pollack if you are experiencing any kind of pain. He has even helped me with my plantar fasciitis that i was experiencing four years ago.

Because of COVID my normal routine had become disturbed and so my back had gotten worse. I tried all the things my primary doctor had wanted me to do like the steroid shots and physical therapy and none of that worked. So I decided that it was time to come back to Dr. Pollack. I came on Monday and today is Wednesday and I’m already feeling a difference. I’m not waking up in pain and I’ve actually slept the past two nights. If that’s not a big deal then I don’t know what is. Thank you Dr. Pollack for your help. I know I have a long road ahead of me but I’m glad right now I’m not in the tremendous pain I was!!!!

I have seen many chiropractors across Chicagoland and have found Dr. Pollack to be by far the best. The Gonstead technique works incredibly well for me. And the deep tissue massages from Irena are also incredibly therapeutic.

I am a 71 year old woman who had a stroke almost 31 years ago which paralyzed my left side, so I have been walking wrong for many years. I also had a severe car accident two years ago which left me with such debilitating back and neck pain there were times I could not walk. I did injections, massage skeletal, and finally just conceded to seeing a pain management Doctor to manage pain. My Son had been going to Dr. Pollack and urged me to try. I love Dr. Pollack! I have had chronic back pain since I was 12 years old...thats almost 30 years. Ive been to countless chiropractors, some good, some really bad. Hands down, Dr. Pollack is the best one! He knows the human body unlike anything Ive ever seen, giving you a clear plan to rehabilitate your issues.Ive brought all my kids in too, and they love going to see him. Whats not to like. Minimal wait times, fast and effective treatments mixed in with a sense of humor. I started seeing Dr. Pollack after experiencing muscle spasms in my neck and upper back. I now have no pain and an increased range of motion in my upper torso. I highly recommend this practice.

Very easy scheduling process. Glad that they had appointments available on such short notice! Check-in process took longer than desirable. Was asked to provide a lot of personal information that would be necessary for the chiropractors in the office but not for a massage therapist. The paperwork caused my massage to be delayed by about 10 minutes, which cut into the length of the massage. My Groupon was mentioned several times, so I wonder if the focus on this causes the services to be less than they normally would be for clients paying full price.The therapist, Irina, had a particular style that involved fast, intense rubbing motions, sometimes causing the table to shake. She was thorough, very practiced in her style, and covered my full body. I can see how some clients might enjoy this style or find it effective; however, I did not generally experience what I would classify as a deep-tissue massage and do not foresee lasting results beyond improved circulation and some relaxation.

After being a passinger in a traffic accident in August, my daughter recommended that I should see a Chiropractor for my injuries. I have never been to a Chiropractor before, but I trusted my daughters advice. I decided to go to the Pollack Clinic since I had purchased massages there in the past. I am so glad I did!After close to five months my neck has improved with less pain and far more motion that I have had in years. My upper back has improved and we are still working on my lower back. That is a work still in progress but better than it was.Dr. Pollacks staff are wonderful. I have continued with therapeutic massages which have been exceptional.Each one of them are unique and professional in their own techniques. The therapeutic massages along with the adjustments have eliminated a great deal of pain for me. Obviously, I recommend Dr. Pollack and his staff!

I popped out my lower back and left a message for Dr. Pollack, who returned my call right away and got me in. He was extremely diligent with cleaning and sanitizing the office for each patient during the COVID lockdown. This is not a chiro mill where you sit in a line up and get treated like a part of an assembly line. Doc also doesn’t give you a lot of BS with fees like those other places. I feel 1000000% better in general, including of course my lower back that brought me in. I will continue to go for maintenance as well. Doc has done more to help me feel better than both my primary and gyno combined over the last couple years. Doc is down to earth and has a sense of humor.

I had never been to a chiropractor before Dr. Pollack. I was skeptical that anyone could help me without drugs and surgery. Ive had back problems for many years and just lived with it. But when I could not get out of bed in the morning or stand up straight I decided to try something new. The improvement is subtle and gradual but significant over time. Typical for natural remedies. Im now on a maintenance schedule and will keep it up as long as its helping.Dr. Pollack also re-aligned shoulder. I was surprised at how fast the improvement was. By the next day I was about 80% pain free and getting better.Highly recommended!

I have had back issues, including a major surgery in 2012, for over 40 years. I have managed to stay physically active, including playing pickleball and playing/teaching/coaching tennis, but have always been concerned about back problems impacting my ability to participate in these sports. My first visit was months back. I was greeted by a friendly staff. They made me feel right at home. I had my initial visit with Dr. Pollack and it went smooth. I had x-rays taken and made another appointment to talk about my results. When I arrived again I felt comfortable and talked about what I need to do to improve my health. I am feeling great and I look forward to my adjustments 3 times a week. I always feel better.

Ive had 3 spinal fusions and gave up hope of getting better until I met Dr Pollack. After a few sessions I greatly reduced my pain level and am smiling again! The world seems brighter now. I have been treated by Dr. Bill Pollack for over 10 years..He really has his patients best interests at heart, with Drs help and great care I have been able to overcome chronic back pain and tendinitis issues that had plagued me for years. Highly recommended. A++++Also, had a massage by old and new Irina (they have two). Mine is old Irina. Best massage in my entire life. She worked on my problem areas, and made me feel relaxes and pain free. I would not listen to people who bought $29 Groupon and wished they paid $0. I pay $90 for each massage (insurance covers some) and I always leave a little bit of tip, as well. Its so worth it! - I feel fabulous after that, each time!I love massages by old Irina. I heard everybody loves the new Irina, as well. The room is clean and very professional, with soft music and soft, comfortable light.. Depending on your preferences, Irina can either talk to you (if you feel like it) answering questions about your problem areas, or she can also work quietly if you just want to relax in serenity. I always feel better when I visit Dr. Pollack’s Office! The staff is wonderful and Dr. Bill saved me from 2 debilitating spinal fusion surgeries. Pollack Clinic is for anyone looking for pain relief. I recently needed to use a cane to stabilize my walking due to sharpe pain radiating from my hip through my leg, where my leg would lose all strength. One year ago I started having bad pain in my lower back and neck, the pain would spread down my leg and knee. I was waking up several times at night and would feel numbness and pins and needles in my hands and legs. In addition I started experiencing horrible headaches and the pain would get worse especially before the upcoming rain or snow storm. I started going to doctors to find out whats wrong with me and to get help. I was referred to various specialty doctors and had all kinds of diagnostic tests (X-rays, MRI, EMG, NCS). Nobody could help me, all tests were showing that nothing is wrong with me but the pain was getting unbearable. I was relying on pain killers to get some relief. I recently had an auto accident and started to see Dr Pollack for the first time due to neck and back injuries. I had been attending Pollack Clinic for massages which have been wonderful. My 3 year old son has a smaller and weaker hand/arm. On our first visit, Dr. Pollack determined that he has a misaligned first vertebra. November 30, 2019My 97 year old mother has been suffering with back pain for the last 30 years but this time she had severe pain in her lower back and ended up in the emergency room a few weeks ago. After being in the ER for 8 hours, she was let go with a prescription of Tylenol with some codeine for her pain. Then on her follow up, she was told that she had some inflammation in her back.Previously, she had gone to other regular non-Gonstead chiropractors and they did help somewhat, but her pain kept coming back and this time it would not go away even with regular massage, ointments, ice packs and aspirins.After doing some praying and research on chiropractors and becoming informed of a method that was developed by a Dr. Gonstead in Wisconsin who was a chiropractor andan automotive engineer, and, having myself a background and hobby of working in cars/airplanes/motorcycles and becoming enthused reading about this doctor,We decided to find a Gonstead practitioner in the area to help with my mothers problem. To my surprise, there were none in the city but out in the suburbs.After reviewing his website, we decided to try Dr. Pollack in Deerfield Ill. who is about 18 miles from home. We arrived at the office the next day after making an appointment and were welcomed by a very friendly staff and in a pleasant and comfortable waiting area. The usual medical fact-finding forms were filled and we entered the adjustment room where we were attended as quickly as possible. A slight treatment/adjustment was made by Dr. Pollack and my mums pain ceased. We set anappointment for the following day and the next day the large 14x36 x-rays were taken on-site and the results were produced immediately(unlike the hospitals small x-rays that are taken laying down versus standing up) and waiting hours, Dr Pollack with his many years experience knew the direction to take in getting my mothers back to normalcy as possible despite her advanced age. Were on our 5th visit now and my mother has only experienced very mild pain and none in the past 5 days. She sleeps better, her smile has returned and is very jubilant. Her mental stability seems to have come back and seems to walk straighter, and also - I sleep much better at night. At 97, we werent expecting miracles on the first visit, but with follow-ups, we feel were on the right path. Follow up visits are quick and seldom do we even get to sit in the wating area.Definitely I would recommend Dr. Pollack and his staff using the Gonstead method. An internet search on Gonstead and his methods is somewhat a necessity for anyone seeking chiropractic care. Dr. Pollack has an emergency number also, and, on-site massage and an informative website. Hes been a Gonstead instructor for over 40 years and was trained by Dr. Gonstead himself who treated him when he had a knee injury when young and ended becoming a Gonstead practitioner himself.Were very grateful and thankful to have found Dr. Pollack and his staff and have faith in them helping using the Gonstead protocols with my mums recovery.Elizabeth and Jim

I came into this office in so much pain, I had started cross country and everything from my hip down on my right side hurt so bad. Dr. Pollack took some x rays to find out exactly what was wrong and after 3 simple, short weeks I was completely fixed, no more pain. I came in for adjustments 2x a week for those 3 weeks and just like that I was cured.

I had terrible lower back pain after my delivery and could not stand for more than 15 minutes straight. I tried almost all chiropractors near Deerfield where I used to live and none really fixed me. I was disappointed and was almost ready to give up. One day, I just looked up in google and Dr. Pollack came up and he was located at walking distance from my old home! WOW! I have never felt better! I have been to several chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists..you name it! And nothing seemed to work. I had almost given up hope but I had bought a few groupons for massages and met Dr Pollack who insisted I make an appointment with him and am I glad I did! I have been seeing Dr. Pollack for a few months now and I have better mobility than I have had in years and less pain!!! The receptionists are always friendly and helpful with scheduling. I have also been back for several massages and have seen a few massage therapists there and they are always professional and caring. Bought massages and they told me they would never expire and would stay on my account. When I called to make an appointment for the massage, they dont have anything on record that it was purchased. They cant find my name in their files (I got a massage there- how can they not find any information on me?

I had work related back and neck injury about 3 years ago and was suffering from a lot of pain. It was affecting my work and personal life. I was seeing medical doctors, acupuncturists, acupressure therapist, massage therapists, etc., but it was Dr. Pollack who really helped me . He performed a very through comprehensive exam with X-rays, found and fixed my body misalignments and explained proper body mechanics so I wouldnt injure myself again. Thank you Dr. Pollack!!! You are a great and caring doctor who is so dedicated to your patients! I wish we had more doctors like you!!!

I have never screamed in pain while being adjusted before, nor heard others do so. With other chiropractors if my back hurt I would go in once, maybe twice and problem solved. With this doctor he insisted I start going in three times a week and charged almost twice the amount per adjustment. My back problems increased severely and I believe he knocked some vertebrae out of line. His mannerisms are obnoxious he commented on personal things way out of line. It ended when he claimed to be able to fix my son’s flu through adjustments and I said you aren’t touching my son. He had a fit because I refused to go to his night time meetings where he would try to sell some holistic nonsense. Now over a year later I am billed again due to clerical error he wanted more money. I would let my friends walk on my back before allowing this man to touch me again

Dr. Pollack is now the only chiropractor I trust for adjustments. Hes so knowledgeable and I really trust the method (gonstead) he uses - coming to this conclusion after doing my own research + having a very different experience with a previous chiropractor. After going over my x-rays with me, everything now makes so much more sense of whats going on with my neck/back and why ive been having so much pain/discomfort daily for years (even at age 26). This isnt how it should be and can cause a whole bunch of other issues if not corrected!!We have a lot of work to do on my neck and back still, but its already feeling a lot better after two appointments and I know it will only keep feeling better. My initial visit to Dr. Pollacks clinic occurred several years ago after several months of sciatic pain treatment by two highly recommended physicians failed to alleviate the condition for more than a few days to three weeks at a time. It was this lack of prolonged aid by practitioners of classical medicine that drove me, in desperation, to a chiropractor, i.e. Dr. Pollack. After less than a month of treatment, I found myself 95% cured. and after a few more weeks of treatment I had no more attacks of sciatica. Needless to say, I have continued my treatments by Dr. Pollack to avoid a re-occurrence of sciatica.Furthermore, after some years of visiting to Dr. Pollacks clinic, I mentioned to him that I had a very annoying shoulder pain. After finding the location of the pain by pushing several points on my shoulder, he recommended shoulder massage by a massage therapist at his clinic. After only 2 massages, a week apart, the pain had completely disappeared, and has not reoccurred since, a period of over one year.Although Dr. Pollacks clinic is at least a 20-25 minute drive from my house, I find treatments well worth the long drive. His staff is always very professional, helpful and courteous, and waits in his attractive waiting room are usually non-existent, and only rarely more than 5 minutes, alleviated by self-brewed Keurig coffee or tea..

Dr. Pollack is the only Chiropractor that is able to fix my back. Ive been to other Chiropractors and no one but Dr. Pollack could take care of my sciatic problems as well as my lower back pains. He is always available during emergencies and always gives the most professional care.

Ive tried five different practices in 6 different states, and this is the most professional and experienced. Dr. Pollack was able to help me with a back problem Ive had for 25 years from a spine injury I had when I was younger. I highly highly recommend Dr. Pollacks practice!

Dr. Pollack has helped me tremendously over the years. My seasonal allergies improved under care. My lower back, mid back, and neck pain are tons better. Headaches are very infrequent now. One time I got an ear infection and it immediately got better after Dr. Pollack adjusted my neck. Anytime I was sick or not feeling well, Dr. Pollack was able to help me.Dr. Pollack helped me with my shoulder as well. Overall I have more energy and feel much more calm getting regular adjustments. During my 30 plus minute drive to his office, Ive passed by many chiropractic offices but none use the Gonstead method of chiropractic like Dr. Pollack does. I attended his spinal care class twice and still use what I learned in his class. Im glad I made the decision to stick with Dr. Pollacks recommendations. Without Dr. Pollacks adjustments, my quality of life would be much lower no doubt. Dr. Pollack always makes me laugh. His employees are also very friendly and down to earth. Highly recommend dr. Pollack! I came to see him as my last attempt for pain relief before having back surgery. I had a severely pinched nerve in my lower back from a fragmented disk causing excruciating pain down my entire left leg. Ive seen quite a few Chiropractors in my day, but none as personable and straightforward as Dr. Pollack. The day we arrived at Pollack Chiropractic, my 16 year old son was just sent home after only being at school for an hour. His neck was in so much pain, he couldnt function and was getting severe headaches. We dont know what caused it, but I knew my best route was to find a Chiropractor and fast. Based on reading several Google reviews, I chose Dr. Pollacks office and headed there quickly. He was able to assess the situation, put a plan into place, and get my son back on track by the first visit. Now, Im going there as well. I finally found a Chiropractor Ill stick with.

He tells you it is a free consultation, then he charges you for an adjustment and xrays that are not needed and refuses to give them to you or your new doctor when you leave him. He gets upsets and complains about wasting his time with people who dont use him after consultations.He is dishonest. Dont trust him when he tells you it is a free consultation.

The most professional and experienced practice I have ever been too. They help me big time with my back problems.

Dr Pollack has greatly reduced the pain in my should in a very short period of time. Highly recommended.
