Ive been seeing Dr May since 2015, and find him to be brilliant, and thorough when diagnosing my vision issues, and professional throughout the exam. I also saw Dr Morales, and had an equally positive experience. My girlfriends family are native Spanish speakers, so it was nice to be able to confidently send them to see Dr Morales as well. The staff members were really nice, and I found the place to be very clean. I have recommended them to many friends and family, who have all had very positive experiences.

I received a very thorough, professional diagnosis from Dr. Morales for an eye syndrome. She came highly recommended from my regular ophthalmologist, who is also top notch, and I am very pleased to be under her medical care.

Love this group. My spouse also goes to the same practice. Have been going to Dr Warren for 15 years. My spouse has been going to Dr Morales for 2 years. He had cataract surgery. The care was spot on. The staff has been very friendly to us.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Morales is the rudest meanest doctor I have ever had to deal with. Her attitude is very rude and judgmental. I agree with the other complaints I’ve read on here when it comes to them spending 5 minutes with you, doing minimal work with no kind of equipment besides a pencil or turning off the lights and reading off the screen, but charge you an arm and a leg. I do not recommend Dr. Morales or this office to anyone. I wish I would’ve left sooner.

I have been here twice and I dont believe Ill be coming back. Their billing system is outrageous. I was charged, on top of the normal exam fee, $140 for the doctor to take a pencil in front of my face and move it towards my nose. This took less than a minute and zero equipment. Theyre claiming this was lab work outside the normal exam which is medically necessary for me to have done annually. After fighting with the billing department for an hour, I finally called my insurance company who confirmed that this exam had been billed differently, contrary to what I was told by the office staff. They also never called back, as they promised, but sent me a past due bill instead. I find this business to be dishonest and not patient-first treatment.

Amazing Doctors, but their staff is mean. Still...the staff is very knowledgeable and can also get you in to see the doctor on short notice. I will still go back because its actually enjoyable seeing the staff get so angry over very small things. Dont dare say hello. Just look forward and wait your turn. Some of my best memories are walking out of there laughing about how angry the desk staff gets when you ask a simple question. My life goal is to make someone laugh there. I dont think it will ever happen but I still believe in miracles. If you leave their office thinking you saw a staff member smile then you need to turn around and have your eyes checked again.

Dr May is a lifesaver. After two other doctors told me I had a scratched cornea, and I had been in pain for a week, Dr May took the time to look closer and removed a shard of plastic from my eye. It was instant relief, and I cant thank him enough. I was in from out of town visiting family but I would recommend Dr May to anyone in the area looking for a top notch eye doc.

We have kids check up for school. This place definitely not for kids. Unfriendly stuff. Mean doctors assistant. Almost yelled over the phone when I tried to make appointment. We will never come back again.

Well, I was very happy with Dr. Morales but today I suffered discrimination from a receptionist. Since he spoke both English and Spanish and did not want to speak to me, he insisted on addressing my minor daughter. It was very frustrating as their service was terrible
