Cheated me out of an hour massage. Only did 40 mins. Then a 3 min table shower where I was a told it was a 15 min table shower. A big scam. Didn’t even listen to where my issues were. Stayed in my back 85% off try e time.

I visited the spa 2 days ago needing a deep tissue and stretching after an intense work out. I opted for the 60 min treatment. The therapist had strong hands and knew how to use the weight of her body to provide right pressure and knew exactly what to do, as the very trained professional she is. Additionally, the place has positive energy and it is immaculate and clean. All masseuses wear protective mask. Mays is a five star establishment. The rates are comparable to other spas.

I was visiting from Tampa. Stopped into this place for a deep tissue massage. Walked in and expected a standard deep tissue well understood by any masseuse. I paid 106.00 for only a back massage. They did not.commmunicate to me that neck, arms, palms and legs were not included. I feel a little shortchanged and ripped off.Recommendations: find another place that doesnt try to squeeze every dollar out of you.Response to owner: its the owners responsibility to have employees who communicate properly and provide information to the customer.

I had a great experience with Bella, she worked out the kinks in my neck and shoulder from sleeping on bad beds. I felt a lot better and hope to visit here on my next trip to Deerfield Beach!

Mays Spa is, by far, the most professional, quality , customer service oriented spa in the South Florida Deerfield / Boca Raton area. As a client of Mays since opened and before, for almost 9 years now, her spa services have been indispensable. I personally have suffered from and experienced two full shoulder replacements, am in need of a hip replacement and have a failing knee as well. Obviously my body has taken a lot of wear and tear over the years, as I am now 55 years old and continue to exercise to stay healthy. Words cannot express my continued gratitude to Mays, as these challenges are at times very painful. For me, I prefer deep tissue massage and an occasional walk on the back as well. Their courtesy, service and commitment to excellence is second to none and rarely found today. Thank you Mays Spa, I fully recommend your services and award you 5 STARS!!

I’m a new mother to a 5 month old, very well sleep deprived, and haven’t had time for myself in a while. My endearing husband thought to surprise me with a massage for Valentine’s Day and had scheduled it out a week in advance. I have never felt so unwelcomed before. There was a lady who walked up to the front desk and asked what I was doing there. I told her my husband booked me an appointment and I was told that nobody was there for me and I didn’t have an appointment. The worst was when I told her I can call my husband to just make sure this was the right place, and when I stepped outside, she locked the door behind me. She never did smile to greet me, ask to reschedule, or try to help me. My husband later called and talked with the manager and verified I was at the right place and should have had my appointment then.Little does anyone know that I barely go out anymore, have mild post partum depression, and was looking forward to this massage to finally relax. This single handedly ruined our Valentine’s Day let alone really disappointed me. Never going back.

Made a reservation for my wife on Valentine’s Day and when she showed up, she was told they didn’t have anything for her. Not only did they not offer to reschedule but were extremely rude and locked the door on her and waited for her to leave the parking lot. Absolute disgrace of a business. Ruined Valentine’s Day. Go anywhere besides here.
