Dr.DeSouza is the absolute worst pain management doctor I have ever come across! First of all I called to tell the office I was running late since I was driving four hours away to see her and when I got there she had left for the day! So I had to get a hotel for two nights to wait and see her a few days later, and after everything she told me she couldn’t help me in any way, shape or form! No referrals no nothing! This woman is the worst don’t waste your time! She shouldn’t even have her doctors license! She didn’t even apologize for all the trouble I’ve been through etc...

Doctor Kelly Ughini De Souza is great. She took all the time necessary to hear me out about a horrific, terrible and brutal nerve ablation doctor Bryan Burrough performed on the left side of my neck. Bryan almost ended my life infecting my entire left brain and paralyzing my left side. He also has many other reviews stating that he paralyzes and possibly was the cause of the early death of one of his patient as he paralyzed him and he spent his last month in and out of emergency rooms and rehab before passing. I asked Bryan why did he do this to me as I fought to stay alive and un paralyze my left side as he inflicted unecessary harm. I asked him did some one pay him to do this since the crash I was in looks like a set up as well and we won the case. He just looked at me and chuckled. When I asked doctor De Souza if anyone contacted her to cause me harm she said right away, off coarse not. I was waiting for an answer like that from Bryan who should be banned from the medical field. Maybe paralyzing one patient or 2 at the most may be justified, but 3, 4, 5, 6. He is no good and should find another profession. He clearly can do it right when he wants to, but when he wants to cause harm he does it so very well as well. Bryan should be investigated, since he is probably performing unethical actions.Thank you doctor De Souza for hearing me out, and helping out with the cervical epidural and upper back epidural. Also thank you so very much for not causing any infections and unnecessary harm as Bryan did to me. It felt like he was injecting me with poisin and ablating a vital section of the left side of my neck. He also stated in the medical report that my infection was caused by multiple excorciation. I had to continue to get injections since he almost destroyed my neck and I had no infections. He is a terrible, brutal, careless, heartless and possible corrupt doctor. You truly helped me so much doctor Kelly Ughini De Souza with the correct prescriptions and procedures. Bryan wanted to leave me dead and you helped me fight back to life. Dr. De Souza’s office staff made me wait over an hour until they confirmed me for my initial visit then once the office realized they had me scheduled Dr. said she didn’t want to see me because I am late. Then office basically forced her to see me. She pressured me into a epidural steroid shot in my back and made me feel like it was my only option. She told me if I didn’t do it ASAP I would have pain for life. Showed up for shot two days later and office says she cancelled my appointment and that they called me. I received no calls and was pressured by her that it needed to be done ASAP and now that she overscheduled herself that day she didn’t care about me as a patient anymore. Waited another 45 minutes for them to ask her if she’ll see me still and then had to leave still in pain. She does not care about you as a patient or your time and only pushes injections that don’t always work.
