I am here several times a week. Every member of the staff is professional and friendly. I look forward to each treatment not just to feel better but because I truly enjoy getting see everyone. They have become friends. I also like that the various specialists have hours in this office. It makes things very easy

Dr Macagno ruined my life do not let him perform your back surgery. I have no quality of life now because of this Doctor. I will never go back to this place I am in physical therapy now some where else. Stay far away from the Spinal Doctor they use

My husband and I were in a serious car accident last year. From our first visit the entire staff was both compassionate and concerned about our injuries. The front staff is always polite and helpful. Diana has excellent leadership qualities. The different doctors we saw were all professional and sympathetic to our injuries. The therapists take the time to understand your pain. I would highly recommend Perry Physical Therapy. Also, convenient hours which is also helpful.

One of the absolute best. Everything about Perry Physical is top notch. They call you to remind you of appointments, there is very little waiting time, the Doctors are great, and the physical therapist staff are a pleasure to work with. From the moment you walk in the door RUBY greets you with a smile and immediately asks how she can help you. She has been wonderful and extremely helpful during my time going to Perry Physical.

I mean where do I begin, absolutely love the staff, awesome people. They’re open 7 times a week which works great for me because I’m always busy. They have MRI, doctors, and physical therapy available throughout most of the day. Physical therapy isn’t anyone’s favorite activity but this place is different. It’s like a big family here and I know I’m in good hands whenever I walk in. Never too busy, great with communication. I would definitely recommend Perry physical medicine to anyone looking.

They schedule too many people around the same time. Every time my husband has to be seen here it’s over an hour after the appointment time. Be prepared to be here a very long time.

This facility is fantastic. Very caring staff. Wait time is minimum. You get seen right way. Very friendly saffAll the girls and doctors are very nice, friendly very caring, very thoughtful. I’ve been coming here since my car accident in December and they’ve really helped me out. The staff is super friendly and respectful. They call you as a reminder for your physical therapy, doctor’s appointments and MRI’s. On top of that they’re always updated their facility and improving on the therapy I need to be at my best. No one likes coming to PT, but I can say I don’t mind coming here. I’m always greeted by name no matter who’s in front. I can see that they love what they do and that’s why I love coming here.

Very nice, wonderful staff. They always follow up about an appointment and they always create a positive environment. This is a great place to come to during the recover process. They have flexible hours and a friendly, professional staff; that’s just about all I could ask for !

Rodeanna the medical receptionist along with the others are very kind and understanding to all of the patients. Also all the therapists know what they’re doing and they keep the area nice and clean. HORRIBLE! If you need medical attention or help DO NOT goes to this place. The front desk is useless can not fax paper work. Only looking to take insurance money not to help there patient. Dr. Katzman should not have a medical license or be practice medicine. I just plea with anyone who is thinking about or told to go her to steer clear for your own benefit.

The doctors are great at explaining ur diagnosis.... and the girls in the front are nice and care and awesome.... I love that everytime I come in to do therapy or to see the doctor Im greeted with happiness and kindness.... they are very good at what they do.... everyone is great at what they do here.... Dr Perry is an excellent doctor including his front staff girls. But the physical therapist in the back do not help patients, they are only on there phone watching videos instead of helping the patients that need help. And that needs to change. I would have gone somewhere else for my physical therapy but I need to see he dr so I stay. Things need to change with them. Hope that it changes for the doctors image.

Four stars for sake of Diana the manager, she is always so friendly and respectful. As for the therapy aspect of it, I really dont feel like they are attentive to my needs in regards to the injury I sustained. Needs improvement, otherwise not the worse place for treatment.

Solid place everyone is so helpful and nice. The only issue is that when it gets busy you might get forgotten about. Just make sure you’re sitting where everyone can see you during therapy!

My boyfriend David was in an accident and Dr Perry and Dr Visram where wonderful. All the staff are so courtesy and helpful, from the front desk to the physical therapists and to Doris who assists with paperwork. What an amazing experience for such an uneasy time!

Hey everyone 5 stars is not enough the staff is absolutely wonderful everyone from the front desk to the physical therapy staff n doctors any and all your concerns are address n taken care of they are open days a week which accommodate all schedules which for me is great Diana is the office manager and yes she manages her staff very well Ive been coming her for almost 2 yes n not only do u get physical therapy here the love is outstanding they actually walk down the recovery road with u with excercises to do at home to help your recovery n get back to your normal 100% theres not enough space to say all the good things about the entire Perry physical medicine n rehabilitation go there n experience it for yourself thanks you to the entire staff u mean the entire staff I pray for all the staff there n there family they have the strength to give all the love n care to everyone

The staff is excellent. When sign in,there is t.v. to watch. When you are doing therapy, there is another t.v.to watch.Everyone is polite and helpful. Perry Physical Medicine, keep up the great work. I give them 5 stars.

Got injured at my job was told I need a workers comp doc, so I contacted Perry Physical in Deer park and from the getco the staff was amazing, the girls at front desk were professional and awesome, the doc and theraphy staff were great too, overall my experience was way better than other offices I visited. Highly recommend. Thank you guys!

Worst place ever! I will never come back here they lose your files and tell you that you have never been there before. I hope you have time because you’ll be waiting hours to get seen by the doctor! They misinform you and only care about money in there pockets! Make one trip there and you will see exactly what I mean!

The physical therapy staff was pleasant to deal with, however the doctors that i encountered there, dont like to answer questions... whatever time your appointment is,it means nothing 11am will have you seen by 12:30 or so then they try to suffle you out the office in 10 minTotal DISAPPOINTMENT

I have been accompanying my dear friend to Perry Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for a total of 5 of his 13 visits since his car accident, i have witnessed a complete lack of regard for the amount of pain he is in, rude employees greeting us and giving poor service, and his condition is getting worse not better, today after a month has gone by and he slowly is losing his ability to walk without being in pain he asked himself why am i not getting better?! So we have looked into Perry and its staff... Dr. MGhee, who has been attending to him is not only unqualified to treat pain but is actually an ear, nose and throat specialist!!! It is making sense why he cannot make heads or tails of a persons back injury!! Come on guys, this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen and i am not happy to see my friend getting worse.... Needless to say we have decided to go elsewhere, this place either simply has no clue how to do the profession they claim to or they are in it for pure profit, either way, the hippocratic oath seems to be lost at this place

The stuff is unprofessional, they never respect nobodys schedule always harassing you to go to therapy on your doctor appointment,and the therapist never on the same page as the doctor I feel like they never revise the medical chart, we as patients always have to tell them what to do

The treatment provided by both the reception staff and the medical staff is very good, they leave you wanting to return ... in my case I had a car accident in which I have constant shoulder and neck pain and the therapies help me to calm down a bit the pain and I have 4 months with them and the treatment is the same.
