Great doctor! A great person as well. I have been to Dr. Meslimani several times years apart, and he remembers the smallest details of our interactions. My outcomes couldnt have been better. Highly recommended!

So today I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Meslemani I was coming in as a new patient. This appointment was made a month ago. My appointment was for 4:20 I arrived at 4. When I signed in at the front desk the staff was asking me my name and birthday and if I was sure I was at the right office. They had no record of any of my information. I explained to them that when I made the appointment I was also told I could print the paper work out so I would have it done prior to the appointment! The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They said we are very behind today we are going to have to speak to the Dr. to see if he is going to be able to see you. I gave all my insurance information over the phone when I made the appointment and when asked what insurance I had I told them Emblem health and a staff member rudely replied asking the one that needs authorization very snotty and should not be working in a place where you have to deal with people!!! Get a job somewhere else if youre not happy and overworked!! Its bad for business! Too bad I never got to meet the dr!!!

New patient, and I called for an appointment. I was told I can see the doctor the next day, so I scheduled for 9:30am. Requested earlier due to the conflict with my work schedule, but was told that was the earliest time available. I arrived at 9:15 to complete any paperwork in advance of my appointment. I was greeted by the woman who scheduled the appt. and handed the package to fill out. While sitting there for about 30 min, I overheard her tell another patient that the doctor was running late. After about 10mins, he walked in. I sat there for another 30 mins. Now being in the office waiting area for just over an hour, I decided to ask if they had any idea how long it would be, and reminded them I had a 9:30 appointment so I would not be too late for work. I was told the doctor was late, and they could not give me any type of estimate of time. Bad enough I was not informed when I arrived, that the doctor was running late, and not given any update while I sat there, she apparently found it amusing that I was concerned about time and snickered. When I asked to reschedule, I was given an appointment that was several days later. Great customer service…. Please let the doctor know that he lost a patient because of his staff’s unprofessionalism.

I made an appt at the deer park location on a Saturday. The office called me to confirm my appt the day before. I went to my appt at 10am and the office was closed! I called the after hours line and was transferred to a different location where i was told i did not have an appointment in the system!!! Woman was very rude as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING!! Very incompetent people to deal with. 😡
