Apparently all the restaurants are short on staff and the drive through are very long. So prepare for longtime there.

PLEASE INVEST in hiring some more people and more equipment. We should NOT be waiting an hour to get our drinks. I feel I could have driven to Lavista Rd and back. But, I chose this location. PLEASE!!!! Care for our time. I was on my lunch break and when you get in line its no way out if vehicles are in front or behind.

I’m here now and it is totally unfair to have 2 hard working woman in here slaving this morning! It’s no reason customers are not able to place orders on the inside of the store because they are unstaffed. Whoever is doing the schedule, definitely needs to do a better job. It’s not fair to them that they have to start their mornings with a rush, turning customers around, taking orders, taking cash, and making smoothies. You guys need to do better. The pandemic is now over a year old. This is totally freaking ridiculous!!

Beware of the drive thru . Its easy to get trapped in it due to the set up. Ive been trapped in line for over 40 minutes! Service is not quick today at all. Last time I came it was a 10-15 minute wait. This is crazy! My smoothie should be free at this point ...

Service is always SLOW!!! Prepare to wait at least 20mins in the drive through. This location really need to work on the efficiency.

Their smoothies seems like they are missing something. They aren’t as sweet. It taste like they are watered down and the main ingredient is ice. The place is always clean though.

EVERYTIME I come here the lime is around and down the street and the trash leading up to the drive thru is horrible!! Why should I trust you to make my smoothie. And the customer service is HORRIBLE! Do better in our neighborhoods if you want our business because this is not what happens in North Dekalb Im certain!!

Absolutely love this place. They are always pleasant and pretty fast considering they make everything to order. The taste is great and the environment is clean. This place has great service, which is a breath of fresh air when compared to some of the other restaurants surrounding it!

This is my second time at this location. My 7 days a week location is Virginia Ave. However, after my workout at my brothers boot camp near this location every Sunday I come to this location. The smoothie not smooth you can actually feel the ice is not broken down enough and they didnt fill my 32oz. Up that I order and over filled my daughter 20oz. and more leftover. And I was looked at as if I was wrong. Looks like ill have to find another location for my Sunday fix after a workout. This location not the move at all.Oh and was not offered to fix it

This place has nice enough service but the smoothies are terribly inconsistent. Its like somehow this location received a different recipe then any other location and those same recipes also vary from shift to shift. I have tried for a while but I just can not with this place.

The cashier refused to give me my reward points and about a third of my smoothie was missing from three of my orders considering not coming back

Love their smoothies and service. The drive thru pot holes are annoying I’ve stated several times to the associates about them, I was told the manager is aware. Please fix them they are plenty and ridiculously deep and large.

This store needs to seriously get a bigger staff I literally waited in the line for 40 minutes because the inside is claimed to be under staffed as written on a note on the window so you have no choice but to go to the drive thru by the time I get to the orders post the worker tells me they are closed this is very unprofessional .

Drive thru is incredibly slow, pack a snack. Once youre in the line, you cant get out due to the way the building is set up😑

This is one of the only smoothie king locations in the local Atlanta areas with a drive-thru. And ever since they’ve made it a policy where a single driver can only order two smoothies at a time, the lines have been speedy and the smoothies have tasted even better. I strongly recommend visiting this location if you don’t want to walk inside.

I normally always have a great experience at this location. The customer service usually is so good. So I don’t know if this person was new or just plain having a bad day but regardless they were rude. I handed the guy my phone to scan the app. It wouldn’t scan. He gave it back saying he couldn’t scan it because it was buffering. So I took it back to figure out why it was buffering & he proceeds to mumble loudly about its cold and having to wait on me to scan it because it was buffering. Um I’m sorry that your boss put you in drive-thru on a cold day but that’s not my problem. Frustrated I just gave him the money & left. Just disgusted with this person.

Please please something must be done about the trash in the drive thru the dumpster has a foul odor this would not be acceptable in other neighborhood s. The drive thru really sucks. Cleanup is desperately required. Calling health department

You already know! I get the Mango Vegan Kale with ancient grains as an add in. Depending on where you are they make their smoothies pretty good but not all Smoothie Kings are created equal. So try at your own risk!

There are SO many things that I can say about the Staff and service at Smoothie King! Theyre friendly, courteous, kind and very helpful. A very special thanks to the Manager Tedera. Her smile and customer service is amazing! Such a great addition to the company. And not to mention.... She makes the BEST Smoothies! Shes such a professional and trains her staff to be great at all times. Never a bad experience.

8-17-19 - Great service, and strawberries seemed fresher or different here. Took my daughter and was able to use the app to get money off. Was reminded during checkout to complete the survey online to get $1 off next visit. Got the Caribbean Way with Whey protien powder, and Blueberry Heaven for my daughter.

Had the same experience Trina West had I called corporate will NEVER return the manager was awful as well. The wait time is ridiculous A shame you have to go outside your community to get good customer service!

If your trying to diet or just want something healthy try one of the vegan choices. Pineapple spinach is my favorite and it tastes really good.

Great staff! Delicious smoothies! I enjoyed the pineapple spinach smoothie add dates and vanilla while the child had the lil angel. She took a sip and said mmm strawberry, both tasted great!

I was one of two customers near closing time and there were two employees. One was a young lady that was apparently being trained and her attitude and service were fantastic. The other employee was a male with entirely too much attitude and issues. He took the orders, and asked for debit or credit cards, because he had already counted the drawer and didnt want to recount it. He also got BOTH of our orders wrong and actually tried to tell me what I had ordered. The young lady politely remade both and went on with her closing duties. Kudos to HER for the professionalism she showed. And for him - if you dont like your job or the hours... find another job or learn to hide your attitude. It WOULD HAVE been a 1-star visit were it not for his co-worker and her positive attitude and fantastic work ethic.

I go to smoothie king when I need a boost. Their prices are great and their assocites are friendly. Always smiling and address you by your name and not by the drink you ordered. Great establishment. Definitely recommend you to stop at this location.

Customer service was great! However, we were disappointed that Corporate moved the Monday $5 any size smoothie to Friday. We bought our favorites using the app for $2 off deal. It came in handy.

The drive thru is so slow. If it’s more than 3 cars waiting, I will not wait. It usually take 30-45 mins to get a smoothie, a smoothie.

The Flat Shoals Pkwy location in South Dekalb (Decatur) always has great service and great smoothies. Nicely well maintained and always clean. It took a while, but now I am hooked!

I visited through drive thru and waited 20 mins after my order was taken. Decided to go inside and the cashier was rude as he—. He was very combative and I asked for his name. Truly wanted to fight and talking loud.I’m disappointed they would have someone of his behavior working there as he like a gang member mentality.The owner has a location in Gwinnett and I’ve never seen an employee like this. South DeKalb always get bad service unlike a diverse area. Shame on the leadership and owner.STAY AWAY....

I would give 5 stars if the place was cleaner on the outside. There is trash everywhere and the drive-thru has cob webs covering the speaker. The staff is friendly with polite customer service, and the smoothies are SO GOOD! The employees here move like the sloths in Zootopia. We called in our order and still waited 20 minutes for it upon arrival. And the smoothies were watery and dull because in all that time no one noticed that they had been prepared and sitting on the counter, for 20 minutes. Dont reccomend.
