They are also great about explaining everything and telling you what to do at home to help. Delaney is the best PTA ever! They made hard work seem at least a little fun! Everyone was always very friendly and genuinely concerned for my well-being.Also very flexible for busy, working mamas!I would highly recommend

Athletico is one of Decatur best kept secrets. Lynn and Delaney has helped me recover after breaking my arm. Lynn has given me exercises to do at home. Lynn is motivated and very encouraging. The staff is outstanding. Athletico is conveniently located. Highly recommend Athletico.

The excellent and friendly physical therapists at Athletico on Water Street, Decatur, IL, have helped me learn to manage back pain that was interfering with my daily activities and confidence. After working with them, not only do I have hardly any pain but I can go to the gym again with increased performance ability, confidence, and understanding of various exercises that are best for me to use as I continue improving on my own. I highly recommend them!

The staff are very friendly and push you to succeed in your recovery process, and I am very grateful for their support and work in getting me moving again after a terrible accident a few months ago. Very satisfied with this company and my results! God bless you all!

Autumn is my p.t. & she has an intern, Delaney. Today, I was the subject for Delaney to work on. Between the two, it was like an oral exam while having a hands on approach. Delaney and I are blessed having Autumn to work with. On every visit, Autumn has new approaches for stretching the area affected from the surgery and is always prepared to go over and above while still including Delaney in my progress. In all the p.t. facilities Ive used, there has never been such a sincere interaction tween student and teacher. All staff there are very accommodating to your needs and are sincerely interested in your recovery. Its like a small gym with several pieces of state-of-the-art equipment with your p.t. as your personal trainer! Ive used three other facilities for p.t. in the past, but this time Im pleased it was Athletico to assist and surpass my expectations for recovery.

Awesome place with very knowledgeable staff. Have been suffering from lower back pain for years. The girls have been accessing along the way and making it better day by day. Clean facility, good atmosphere, and good personalities. I would definitely recommend.

I just ran my fastest 3 miles in 2 years! I have Lyn at Athletico to thank for my progress. For the last two years I had been suffering from lower back pain/ hip pain but despite trying all sorts of different exercises, I found no relief. At the encouragement of friends, I set up a time to meet with Lyn who diagnosed the problem and gave me some exercises to strengthen by pelvic floor and hip mobility. They were such simple exercises that I was surprised at how quickly I found relief! The pain seems to stay away if I am consistent with the exercises. Lyn was very honest and collaborative. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and professional.

The staff was very welcoming, discrete, and personable. They helped me practically set up my appointments as well as work any questions or concerns I had with my insurance . Facility is very clean and has adequate space for each person to be cared for in a safe manor.

My husband is recovering from a stroke... we have been happy with his progress and the staff is always helpful and caring. We have worked mainly with Autumn. She is very knowledgeable about assessment and treatment. She is very in tune with the needs of her patients and their families . Consistently suggests extra activities to help with progress between visits.

I had a work injury in October, and was referred to Athletico by my Dr. In just 6 weeks, my recovery has progressed, my pain has lessened, and I have been working out 2x a week. All the PTs and PTAs are very professional, and they make physical therapy an intense, effective, and enjoyable experience. Thank you, and have a safe, healthy and successful 2021.

Very friendly and professional staff. They are very COVID 19 concerned, as they clean and sanitize accordingly. I personally have made great strides in my rehabilitative efforts

The staff has been wonderful. Brooke the receptionist always greets you with a smile. I have worked with Tosha, Lynn, and Autumn for therapy and have no complaints. They have been great with helping in my recovery from surgery. I highly recommend them for therapy.

Everyone here has been so nice. I have been here for a few months now recovering after having total disc replacement surgery in my neck. They have been so great, have pushed me to get better and work harder while also consistently treating me with respect, and understanding. They have such a wide variety of treatments to provide in order to make you feel better and get back to normal! Love this place!

Nice facility and great staff. I felt like they cared about my welfare and had my best interests in mind. Everyone was courteous and kind. Flexible hours too. I felt I got very good care and knowledge to keep me going as well.

Dont let the name scare you away. You dont have to be an athlete to be treated at Athletico. Five weeks ago, I could barely move my shoulder and had constant pain. Today, I am pain free and have great ROM in the affected shoulder. I know that Lynn, Tosha, Brooke, Josh, and Naomi and the other staff are there if I have questions about my at-home exercises or need to return for more PT. Thanks to all of you for helping to improve my quality of life.

The staff there is great. Soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile. The therapy staff makes my session fun but yet productive and I forget Im there for therapy. Atletico is clean and safe.

The staff here are GREAT from time Iwalked in I felt they were going to get me on the path to a full recovery!! Tosha was my PTA and Lynn was my PT, and Naomi was so willing to help in anyway she could, they were wonderful. Their job was to show me what to do, mine was to do it! I walked in on a walker after total knee replacement surgery and 2 months later, I walked out unassisted. Thanks to the entire staff❤

Athletico has been my place of choice for therapy for several years (I am 81, but it treats all ages). It is your right to select where you want to have your therapy.The staff is professional and friendly but more importantly they get the job done. You know they are working for your benefit.You see clients there with work accidents, sports injuries, and everyday life problems. You set your goals,and the staff givesyou appropriate treatment to meet them. They keep in touch with your doctors. You get exercises to do at home to keep you strengthened.
