I was given a ticket for 93 in a 70 MPH zone. I do not live in Georgia so going back at a future date would not have been possible to fight/plead my case based . I did some research learned about Georgias Super Speeder law and the transfer of points to my home state that could have led to a license suspension and my insurance sky rocketing. I received a speeding ticket a few months ago. It wasnt too big a deal, and the fine was not large, but I was not looking forward to years of increased insurance premiums. Right away I was impressed by the attention I got from the Hendrick and Henry staff. I was told how the process worked, what I would need to do and provide, and what to expect through the entire process. I subsequently was notified when the office received the documentation they requested of me. That was the first of many proactive notifications (from Claudia) all along the way as each milestone in my case was reached. I never once had to be concerned about what was going on with my case, as I was informed well in advance every step of the way. Ive reached out to them on two occasions - first for a ticket I received, the second, shortly after, for a speeding ticket my oldest son was given. I was unfairly issued citation for an accident that resulted by another driver backing into me and hitting me twice. Oddly enough, I had prior conversation with that driver where I asked her to let me get out so that she can take my parking spot. Joseph took all details and gave me the appropriate consideration and advice. He fought through the end till the citation was completely removed. He was very much on top of my case and understands his clients. Very happy that I was able to find this firm. I had called several and this was one of two that took the time to call me back. They made no guarantees on what they could do but I can tell you this speeding ticket through Metter Georgia was resolved within 24 hours and the resolution was better than I could have imagined. I won’t go into details because I know everyone’s case is a little bit different I can just tell you that normally 23 mph over the posted speed limit has pretty bad consequences but we walked away with a fine and not being reported to our insurance.

We were going on a family vacation so we were driving through some hick town in Georgia. I was clocked at 98 he couldve took me to JAIL! but luckily he didnt although he mentioned it several times. My 16 yr. old got a speeding ticket going 25 miles over the speed limit which was an automatic license suspension. Mr. Henry was able to reduce the ticket to 14 miles over, no suspension, no points, and kept the ticket off her record. Very professional and super nice guy!
