My mom goes here, Dr. Leslie seems to be trying to assist her with her needs. She had a situation today where she switched her insurance and didnt realize she had a deductible of $200 to pay today. She did not have the cash on her and I was not able to get to her. She tried to get help from the front desk staff who told her she could not have anyone to pay over the phone using a credit card. I called them and advocated with the front desk, whom were a little blasé about the matter and slightly curt. they switched me to the billing manager (i think its his title), Frederick Warren, he explained why they no longer accept payments in such a manner. We were able to reason out a way that allowed my mom to be seen today. Thank you Mr. Warren.

Dr. Harvey Leslie..is very rude, disrespectful..I decided to take my business where I can get the right treatment and respect. Mrs. Janet is very helpful and nice.

Dr. Leslie is very rude and disrespectful. I saw him curse out an elderly patient when she had questions about her medication. I received horrible treatment from him and the staff. He doesnt have a license to write prescriptions, so the other doctor writes them without you being able to see that doctor. I wouldnt take my dog or worst enemy to this place.

Never in all my years have I ever had to wait so long to see a doctor! Its totally PATHETIC! Average waiting time is 3+ hours! and thats just to get vitals. Makes no sense whatsoever and the nurses wants to have attitudes after we have to wait 4 hours!!!!

Dr. Lesile is one of the most professional, caring doctor to be under care with. he takes pride in making sure that as a patient my questions and concerns were answered. from the day I visited his office the Staff was amazing! made me feel welcome up until the time I left.

I just left this Pain Management clinic to be seen for pain from a slip and fall. Front desk clerk told me to sign inn and be seated. I asked May I get new patient form she stated just have a seat. 20 mins past by and I get up to ask if I need to fill out a new patient form. They stated they didn’t know that I was a new patient. Then doctor came out to tell me I need to make an appointment to be seen. While I’m waiting to receive appointment a staff member brought my ID stating I can’t make an appointment or be seen at that pain clinic with no reason.

Doctor Harvey B Leslie is a good doctor he cares about others I give him five Stars.Nurses too very nice.

Ive been going to this place almost a year and I have received great care from Dr. Leslie and his staff. Due to walk-ins the wait could become quite frustrating, however, I learned the time to make my appointments, plus it is worth it for the care you will receive. Beyond professional!! AMAZING!!

I have been going to Total Health Medical Center for several years now. Dr. Leslie is an incredibly caring and knowledgeable doctor. My back started giving me problems when I was 23 and I was in extreme pain until I found Total Health. Although my back will never be 100%, at least I am able to do the things I had missed for so long, simple things like grocery shopping, walking short distances, etc. Thank you Dr. Leslie for the time and care you put into caring for those of us who would otherwise be house bound.

I had Dr. Leslie when I lived in Georgia. He was very nice to me and I will be going back to him when I move back.

The wait times are horrible but I love the doctor and some staff, other staff members I dont know personally. I still have back pain but I must say that it is not a bad as it used to be. Im still not able to do a lot of things without being in so much pain but Im grateful.

This office is slow, the doctor is always swearing or yelling and has no regard for patient care or well being. He writes useless prescriptions and every other patient Ive ever spoken with says they get the exact same prescriptions that my wife got. My wife went into care with this doctor with various injuries and health problems due to lupus and wasnt being treated on an individual case by case basis. This place is not worth the 150.00 a month.

Unprofessional staff and doctors. You walk up to the front desk, they will ignore your presence and walk away like youre not standing there. What kind of doctor doesnt even look at your injury, but writes a prescription while youre being triaged. My first visit, while the nurse was having me sign papers, taking my blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, the doctor comes in the triage area and tells her what to print the prescription for and walked out. He had not talked to me or asssessed my conditions and injury. When I finally got in a room to see him, he told me, he would see me in 2 weeks and have a good day because he didnt feel like talking. Never going back there again. After further research, I find out hes been disciplined more than one time by the medical board and courts, and cannot write controlled substance prescriptions. He screams and hollers at the staff and patients at the top of his lungs. What happened to HIPPA laws in this office?

This place is so unprofessional! These people will say anything to you! they have no care for there patients. Dr leslie is a liar and a fraud.I was never a patient here, but i brought my sister to almost every visit. The things ive heard them say to her and I is unreal. At times i felt hurt and saddened by the visits. First off the wait time is unbareable! And the attitudes you recieve once you finally get to the back is also frustrating. They have no compassion! This place needs to be closed down for good! Dealing with medical issues that affect you on a daily basis is already hard enough but then you have to deal with these heartless criminals. My sister was already depressed when she first got there. But the things they where saying to her just made it worse at some points she felt like she wanted to just die . And be done with it. But she has not given up because the support team she has behind her is me and i will not stop until these people are held accountable for the way they are treating patients!Its going on Its going on 3 years me dealing with all this im only 24 years old working taking care of kids and my sister its tough not easy. These people are quick to judge. just because shes young does not mean she is not experincing pain. She was diagnosed with several body crippling diseases but they brush you off like you or only there for medicine. My sister was self medicating for months apon months of us going to doctors and ER to see what was the causes of all this unbearable pain. I mean a 25 year old women feeling like an 80 year old body. But despite all the real facts! This doctor dr leslie lied on her medical records saying its nothing wrong with her. He said she was begging for meds like a user or something. This really upset me because ive been here from the start with this girl. Shes never asked them for meds only to help her to deal with all that she is going through. Also how can you be begging for medicine! when you were already being perscribed narcotics from the same dr dr leslie who says your begging for them. I hope this dr gets what he deserves for treating my sister like this! The truth will come out of what happened and the real truth of the reason why Dr.Leslie wrote what he wrote on her medical records will be known. There is definately more to this and i will seek answers on these inaccurate medical reports. I will seek further assistance regarding this matter!You will not get the option to degrade and depress or mistreat another patient. Not if i have anything to do with it!

Be prepared to wait 5 to 10 hrs. Bring food. You will be seen for 2 minutes by a Dr. Who knows nothing.

This place is a joke! Been going for over 2 years and every appointment Ive ever been to, Im in that place for a MINIMUM of 3 HOURS! And they dont care about anyones well being. Theyre only in it for the money.If I were u, Id keep it moving.... Real Talk....

Front desk intake workers those ladies are so rude,and careless so unprofessional

Very unprofessional rude staff. Doctor is alright i guess but the ladies in the front like to play around on the phones laugh and joke while patients wait for several hours ... I live a hour away and this place is unprofessional and yesterday they closed 30 minutes early just never seen a office ran like this one.i didnt wanna leave the one star but had to in order to write a review.

I am amazed that I FINALLY got a CHANCE to meet Dr. Leslie. His practice has an enormous number of patients.

Well he is the only doctor that i ever bin to that really gets to the point an help me an the staff is great but some people just dont have the patience to wait
