The staff respects and treats the clients awesome! The staff engages in conversation and laughter with all the clients. Its a lot of hard work for the clients, but its good hard work towards improvement. Its amazing to watch and observe the growth in your love one. It will bring tears to your eyes in amazement! Best brain injury day program anyone can ask for.

I entered Pathways in a wheel chair having been told I would never walk again. With the incredible support from my team of Doctors, Nurses, Therapist, Techs and so many others I walked out 4 months later. I thank God for this amazing facility and its staff

Its been an amazing experience. Brought my mom up from flordia to shepherd and its probably the best decision weve made going through this. Its obvious why the are number one in the south.

Shepard pathways sucks. deceive people. they are pulling money from insurance. Every time there is progress, they stop the workouts and send people home. when I asked what a wheelchair personneeded to get behind the wheel, they said that you need to walk, but I know a lot of wheelchair users and even without legs that manage successfully . the last two years I could not get at all to Dr Taubin for the continuation of THERAPY therapy just because they schedule examinations once a year and when we came to one of these appointments they did not find my name in the system but I have a letter from them about appt time and they still did not accept me, I had to reassign the appt and wait an additional year. when the new training period began one of the days was heavy rain and I was stuck in traffic for a couple of hours and realized that I would only come to the end of the scheduled classes and called them I said I was stuck in traffic and that I could come but late. They said that it was Not an acceptable reason for not attending and they kicked me off of the class. (I live in Winder and it takes an hour drive to get there in good weather). Alex.

WOW, what else can I say! I was a patient in 2005 with a TBI and because of all the earnest care and support from the Shepherd Pathways staff I have accomplished more than they even thought I could!I was the second member of the Kell family to receive a TBI and without Shepherd Center, followed by Shepherd Pathways my father and I would not have anywhere near the cognitive and physical abilities we have!All I can say is thank you to each and every, amazing individual staff member who helped make me the woman I have become!!!
