I was looking for a dermatologist when I found Atlanta Acne Specialist. I contacted them based on the reviews and after finding out I could use my flexible spending account to pay for services and treatment. This is my 3rd week I believe and while I have not noticed a dramatic change in my acne and acne scars, the products feel great on my skin. My skin no longer looks dry and feels irritated. I have gotten a bump while using the products but not a full breakout. I’m still working on my diet which could be a reason for my skin not clearing up. But the process takes time and I plan on continuing with the program. I’ve been working with Christina and she’s very nice. I love that they check in to see how things are going and make sure you’re following the weeks. I can check in whenever I have questions. I plan to go in again for an in person visit to do a skin treatment. My first visit included a consultation and treatment.

I’ve dealt with cystic acne for years after the birth of my first daughter. That coupled with stress, diet, and clearly products that weren’t good enough made me dread my skin as things would only help temporarily. Since consistently going to see Christina for treatments and following the regimen, I’ve been free of cystic acne! We’re talking two months and going strong. I saw improvements literally within 2 weeks. They are patient, kind, and extremely personable and knowledgeable. She also doesn’t rush the process if your skin is not ready, which is very important. SO GLAD I found Atlanta acne specialists! Previously I did accutane with a dermatologist & unfortunately my acne came back! I refused to go on it again, and I stumbled upon Atlanta Acne Specialists while desperately searching for alternatives to accutane. It took about 3-4 months but my skin is clear! No harsh meds, no harsh chemicals in my body, no side effects. I think it’s important to add that my acne was hormonal. Glad I found something that will work for the long term! I will forever recommend this company to everyone.

I cannot thank these guys enough for helping me get my skin under control!!! Ive struggled with acne since I was a teenager and nothing Ive tried has ever seemed to work--Ive tried countless products, 20-step routines, diet changes, birth control, etc. etc. but nothing (short of accutane, which I was almost growing desperate enough to try) ever seemed to work for me long term. I’ve been on the regimen for a year now and it was one of the best decisions I made last year. I recently moved and will definitely be missing my sessions with Cristina. If you’re struggling with acne or congested dull skin this is like a needle in a haystack. Hard to find but when you do it’ll be the best day of your life! I have been using their whole kit (gentle cleanser, lactic acid, benz peroxide (hardly any now) because my skin looks phenomenal. Sunscreen and moisturizer. That changed my skin forever. If you are one of the people that has used EVERYTHING LIKE ME and need help GO HERE. You will not regret it one bit!!!! I have been using their products for almost a year now and no exaggeration I’ve maybe had 2 pimples on my chin in total. It was a daily thing for me in the past. Excellent staff that know exactly what they are doing.

Ive only been once because I am an out of town patient but I look forward to returning. Ive only just recently ran out of some of my products. That lasted all year. Terri is Amazing I started going to her in 2014 my skin was horrible I had the worst Acne the ones that are hard and look like nodules. With the extractions the topical products I seen results in no time 6 months I had healthy beautiful glowing skin. Attention Everyone!!If you are suffering with any kind of acne this is the place to go! I’ve tried 4 different locations and this was my last attempt. I am tremendously grateful for giving them a chance because Teri has transformed my skin!! I am more than satisfied with the results of my treatment. I started last January and within 6months of my treatment, office visits and microneediling services my face has been restored to glowing, healthy, and CLEAR skin. It’s a little expensive but you get what you pay for!!! The products are high quality but the key is to remain consistent with your daily routine and avoid acne prone products as much as possible to achieve results. I love this place!

I’m not sure if this product really did anything for me. When I first started to using, I broke out real bad for 2 weeks around my mouth, so I stopped using it. But I was also using African black soap and cetaphil soap. When I cut my usage on Atlanta acne products and was only washing with cetaphil and black soap. Then I saw difference in my skin but I don’t know which product did it and I feel like I’m wasting my money and the I’m confused on which product to leave and/or rinse off. I don’t think I will continue with this product. It’s been 2 months and I feel that I’m breaking out more rather than it clearing up my dark spots and preventing pimples. I cut my use down because I thought it would make a difference but it didn’t. I give 2 starts because I did like the face wash but I don’t think I will continue.

For some background, I struggled with acne from my sophomore year of high school. That was 9 years ago. I had severe, cystic acne. Before seeing Teri I tried everything. Every topical ointment, face wash, diet change, supplements, multiple dermatologists, prescription creams. I was only able to reduce the cysts, but the acne still remained. This ultimately led me to what I thought was the only option I had left, Accutane. The Accutane was the only thing that managed to clear my skin temporarily, but the acne came back after a few months, and due to the side affects I refused to go back to it. This left me pretty hopeless and I pretty much accepted I would have acne for the rest of my life.That was until the Summer of 2017, when after reading all the great reviews, and my acne getting worse again, I decided to give Atlanta Acne Specialists a try. I was very skeptical at this point that anyone or anything could clear my skin. Even dermatologists couldnt clear me up. I cannot say enough good things about Teri. On day one she told me my skin will be clear (which I 100% did not believe) if I followed her regimen. Here I am 6 months later, with clear skin. I still cant believe it when I look in the mirror sometimes. And for the first time in my life, I get compliments on my skin. It works. The results dont happen over night. I had to make some minor lifestyle changes, stick to a strict product regimen 2x/day, and I went in for treatments 2x/month for the first 3 months. I saw results slowly, but consistently over time. Teri is a godsend! I have been struggling with acne since I was 12 and I am almost 30! I have gone to dozens of dermatologists. And I have tried every pill, scrub, cream, gel, and treatment dermatologist offer. I have been to dozens of facialist, some even specializing in acne, and have NEVER seen any change in my skin. I was hesitant to try Teri as nothing else has worked for me, but I figured I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.You really have to commit to Teris treatment and give it your all if you want results. If you do not do your part then Teri cannot do her part. There are a lot of steps that I have to go through twice a day, but it is 110% worth it. I started seeing cleared skin within a week and it has only gotten better from there. The Acne Specialists program works! You have to give it a few months, but if you stick with the program, and follow directions, you can calm the eruptions, heal the skin, and maybe most importantly, avoid dangerous oral medications. Highly recommend.
