This place is a joke, run by rude, ill mannered staff, and nurse practitioners, not a real doctor in the place. a place run out of mississippi that is located in Alabama, how is that legal ? looking into all legal aspects of this from being out of state to having no drs there

I took my children to see Dr. Judy Collier on today. Arrived at 11 for an 11:30 appointment time because I knew there would be paperwork. At 1:00 I politely opened the door and asked Dr. Collier who was sitting at a desk right outside the door how much longer it would be. She at that point rudely told me I can wait just a minute, and I hadnt been in the room very long. I explained we had been in the room quite a while, and she told me shed seen us walk in so she knew how long it had been. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. We will not be going back!!!

Dr. Stephanie Weems is the worst doctor I have ever visited and Im 57 years old. She was rude, condescending, and suffering from a major God complex. She put down the doctor I had been seeing there who had retired. I wont be back.

I never write reviews. My experience with the doctor was awful. I never got his name. I just know that he was a white tall male. He said that it was an inconvenience that I was there and continued to be extremely inconsiderate. I found it extremely unprofessional. Would never go back. The african american nurse that i got was extremely nice and sweet. She was honestly the only good thing about that experience.

Poor customer service and medical care. Refused to let me come into the office because I have had a fever and cough even though i tested NEGATIVE for covid. Agreed to a telehealth visit knowing i would still need bloodwork and imaging done but was told i could not have those things done and even though i was continously getting worse with an unrelated condition and they told me not to worry about it. This is how people become septic and die. Ignoring an infection is not smart medicine.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Maxwell and her nurse Ms. Tammy. I absolutely love having Dr. Maxwell as an OB. She’s very thorough. She’s also genuinely concerned about her patients wellbeing. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She’s been such a blessing to my family and me.

The doctors are very friendly and nice people, but one of the receptionists that is there is very unpleasant, she always answers in a bad way, it is very shocking. 😏😏

Langford is the best! She takes care of my entire family and has a wonderful bedside manner. I will admit that sometimes the front office staff can be a little stand off-ish but they still do their jobs well.

The woman who work the front desk are awful! They do nothing but give attitude when asked anything ever! Genuinely horrible customer service! I can actually hear them as I speak telling a woman she can’t be a walk-in because they don’t do that. There is a sign literally in front of everyone saying walk-ins welcome!

Dr Maxwell is an outstanding dr. She’s my niece ob and delivered her baby about a week ago. Throughout her whole pregnancy she was there every step of the way. I definitely recommend Dr Maxwell if you are looking for someone that cares!!

I can never get in touch with them when I need to. They never call back. They will put you on hold then hang up on you. They are my doctor and when I have a appointment they ask me if Ive ever been there before when I tell them my name like how am I not in the computer? I am pregnant and a lot is going on with my pregnancy so when I call I need someone to call me back. Also they dont have ultrasound machines so you have to make more appointments somewhere else. My baby has a birth defect on its spine and when I ask my Dr. What its called she doesnt know Ill have to ask the people who does my ultrasound like are you kidding me your my doctor maybe you should know ?!? Considering you will be delivering my baby !! Dont use these people seriously !!!

I went in for a pelvic exam months ago after an ER visit for what was apparently a ruptured ovarian cyst. I saw Dr. Anesha Maxwell. The attempted pelvic exam was extremely painful, and during the 3 attempts there were times when she kept going even after I said it hurt. The last time she only stopped when I nearly started screaming in pain. She asked if I was ok afterwards. I lied b/c I felt guilty. She said I didnt look ok. I didnt feel ok. I felt shocked and had crying spells. It was awful.Maybe some patients have had better experiences with her, but mine was awful. Pelvic exams are not supposed to hurt like that, and the dr. is supposed to stop when you say to stop or that it hurts. I seriously recommend against seeing her.

Been going to this place for the past 6 years and now I regret it so much. Ive been dealing with a medical bill since March. All because they cant seem to file my annual pap smear correctly. AL BCBS has talked to them and told them what to do. I have done the same. I even went up there and the woman at front desk said this is common and that she would take care of it immediately and guess what, I got another bill saying I owe $225! For a pap smear! And I have insurance. I have NEVER had to pay more than a co-pay for the past 14 years! WHAT is your problem guys?! How hard is it to put in the correct filing code that BCBS has given to you....three times! And now I have to worry about this being sent to a collection agency. You guys could not be more incompetent. I knew I should have went somewhere else when Pegram left.

I see 2 different Doctors here. Dr. Langford is AMAZING. I couldnt ask for a better family doctor to see. I never have to wait long, she listens to what i have to say, and always fixes me right up.Im 44, and Ive seen over 30 Gyns in my life and Dr. Maxwell is the best. I have been seeing Dr. Maxwell since January. I have been having a lot of female issues and was scared to go to the doctor. I was also scared to open up about what was going on with my body, however, Dr. Maxwell put me at east and talking to her is like talking to a friend and not just a doctor. She really listens and hears what you are saying. I trust her 100% and value her opinion and expertise. Dr. Maxwell ran all necessary tests and gave me options. We stated with an endometrial biopsy. Her nurse held my hand the whole time and when I couldnt do the whole procedure she stopped right away and never once made me feel bad. She was very understanding and gave me a big hug. When I put off a minor procedure due to working a lot of overtime, she never made me feel bad and said if I felt worse to come back in. I went back twice and this past time, discussed some other medical problems I was having and a course of action for the procedure. She helped me come to a decision as to what i need to do in order to feel better and stop feel like Im dying every 2 weeks. I know this is more info than what people need to know, but everyone needs to know that she is a Fantastic doctor she is. Even my daughter has seen Dr. Maxwell and had a great experience. As long as we are both in the North Alabama area, I will not be seeing any other GYN. I highly recommend her!Average wait time at the office is 15 minutes and all the staff is so friendly and helpful. The office is always clean which is very important to me.

Too much to even say. My health is worse since I began seeing her and they do nothing. Been waiting on a referral for a month and a half and still have not done it. Nurse did not chart important information in my chart. Never get a response. And the nurse has lied. And spoke with someone idk who while on the phone with me talking about who I was supposedly supposed to be referred to. Still dont know who it was in the background but apparently hipa laws do not apply to her.

Quicks I went in on the 6th of September n had blood in my urine they wanted to send me to get ultrasound of my kidney for a 150 dollars witch I didnt have if I had money I wouldnt b there I felt like she rushed n didnt wanna take time to listen it was miss Williams they waited 4 days to call me n medicine that didnt work n made me wait two weeks to tell me blood was still in my urine then wanted me to wait another week cause she already treated me n then before my next appointment made me a appointment with a urine dr like I had money to go there so guess Ill b going to er if they cant help low income ppl y go there I guess they dont care about a bacteria infection or dont take it seriously Im still in pain n have wasted 3 weeks going there they need to b shut down or get new dr

I brought my daughter here We got here at 5 til 5 and they would not take her (Eventho they wasnt closed yet and had mexicans in the waiting room plus checking one in at desk) because they close at 5. I feel this office is for the hispanics, mexicans only.. it pisses me off the next morning we got here at open i had to wait for 1 1/2 hours in waiting room. I watched every single Hispanic go before me (even the ones that came in after me) I had to ask the front desk 2times how much longer.. Her hole tone of voice changes when they talk to the Mexicans than how she talked to me.. We got to the first room and waited another 45 min didnt get weighed or anything.. Nurses station was not working.. Sitting around talking bout the clock in machine not working.. Who worked what.. And when.. Not doing anything for the patients..my daughter Finally got weighed and moved to another room. Were we waited another 45 min.. This is a complete waste of time.. And a sorry excuse for a clinic.. Next time we will go to ER.. It would have been a lot faster. And a lot friendlier.

When I take my kids at this clinic, bad service, take 2 to 3 hours, to check on.This clinic one takes hours to attend one. Bad services, because they think that one does not have things with Aser.
