I was nervous I would be stuck waiting for hours but I zipped in and out. Great staff. Shanique was my nurse and shes extremely compassionate and professional.

From the time I came in until the time I left which wasn’t very long considering how busy they all were everyone I encountered was very professional and polite also asked if I had any questions regarding my visit. They made me feel comfortable. Being that I just moved to the area from another state they welcomed me which made my experience great considering I have encountered very rude people, but not here. Thank you to all the staff for your great customer service!! 🥰

I went it for a drug screen. It was busy! The ladies at the front desk did an amazing job with the j take all while keeping up with busy phone lines. They were kind and courteous and authentic in meeting the needs of everyone. I didn’t wait long and everything was handled in a professional manner.

The front desk staff are the best… down to earth, friendly and yet still professional with it.. the process was fast for me.. I was there no longer then 30 mins tops if felt l. And they had a nice crowd.

The process was quick and professional, even though I arrived at lunch time. I was given a wait time so I could opt to return at a different time if needed. By the time I filled out my paperwork there were only a few minutes before my name was called to be seen. Thank you.

I came in at 11:11AM today and was helped upon entry. Even with the waiting room that quickly filled with other patients, the staff made sure to give clear instructions to speed everyone’s process from start to finish - they were super efficient tbh and I didn’t have to wait too long from the time I completed my paperwork to the time it took me to be called to the back (to start the exam process). Even when I checked in the process was pretty seamless. A friend and I came in for DOT physicals and we completed the process about 10 minutes apart - Great since we arrived in the same car. Doctor was quick and we had a nice little conversation about travel as well :). I’d honestly come back to this location in a heartbeat. One staff member at the front desk was able de-escalated a situation with someone who was literally impatient upon arrival lol and didn’t have to raiser her voice to do it! Impressive. I learned a few things from her just by watching her interaction - she just reassured the party that he’d be seen asap (which he was) but also stood her ground in letting him know that there was a waiting room full of people who had all signed in before him, and about 4 people waiting in line behind him. She was goooood.. Anywho, great experience all around. Took about 1 hour and a half, as we left at 12:45 PM. $114 for DOT physicals

I waited over two hours for a company physical. The person at the front desk wasn’t nice nor helpful. I do not recommend coming here for a physical

I was putting getting my stitches out for days, I hate hospitals!Everyone made me feel relaxed and wanted to know me and how I got there(Injury)!So reassuring!I was in and out quickly! Able to enjoy a day off not in a waiting room!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I waited for 2 hours to take a covid test. I requested a PCR lab test, as opposed to a rapid test. When I went to the room to take my test, they administered a rapid test, despite me telling the front desk that I wanted a PCR lab test. After insisting, following my companies requirements, an employee ignorantly tried to inform me that they were the same. I took my test on 8/18/21, and I still don’t have my results. Will never come back here.

Customer service was extraordinary. I almost miss my appointment and they went above and beyond to make sure i got through. Staff event was like a family. Will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I was apprehensive about going here based off of what people were saying in the comment section of the reviews but I had a great experience I was in and out and the staff was very friendly. I had a drug screening the staff wasn’t intrusive during the process and the turn around for the results was 48 hours or less!!

This is the most professional, fastest, and cleanest place for a drug test.

The front counter staff were awesome. Jazlyn took her time and explained to me clearly once I said I was hearing impaired. Lab side was not that friendly and gave a hearing impaired person like myself a hassle about where to sit. I was quite embarrassed because I was told to sit in the first chair but sat in the wrong location. Nothing was numbered and the tech was quite rude to me. I pointed to my right ear and she rolled her eyes. I was so embarrassed. My coworker was like you good. I’ll never go back.

Greeting once you enter the door, very polite. Fast in taking care of your requested all of the staff very professional. I would drive to visit them again if needed.

Go somewhere else! I have a knee injury and the dr let me leave out with nothing to walk with! I had to go get my own wheelchair! Take your loved ones to someone who actually cares.

The environment was clean and well kept. The staff was also well mannered and pleasant. Everyone had a mask and was wearing them properly.My visit was for a pre-employment screening. From sign in to exit the process took roughly 30 minutes. I would use their services again.

Dr Middlebrooks and his staff are super friendly and very easy to talk to. I was working with another Dr with another health care provider that said my si joint could not be fixed. Dr Middlebrooks said on my very first appointment with him that he could. I’m three months in from my SI FUSION and things are going well. I would highly recommend folks at Resurgens orthopedics and Dr Middlebrooks.

Called and said I had a head cold/sore throat and asked for an appointment. The receptionist said they were not taking appointments for those symptoms, I would just need to walk in. I said no worries, I’ll head over. Walked in, the girl at the desk said “we aren’t treating any patients for those symptoms at this time” I said “I just called your number and was told to come in” she said “okay well I can put your name down but it’s a two hour wait.” Went across the street to a different practice and was seen immediately. This is my second experience with Concentra urgent cares and both have been terrible.

Great service in and out for drug testing in 20 min friendly professional staff. Exspecially great compared to Fairview Urgent Care that a week earlier where I waited 2.5 hours and lost my urine and had to retake test. I should have gone here first.

Went for a employment drug test. I expected to be there for a while with no appointment. I was in there 30 minutes tops from entry to exit. Staff was quick and polite. Staff and all patients were observing covid-19 precautions.

People are friendly and such, they just dont have anyone that can draw blood that works here after 4 pm lol. Thats pretty pathetic for a doctors office thats full of staff. So gonna have to go to another doctor just to finish 1 appointment.

Went for random employee drug test. This place was easily the cleanest and safest location Ive been to. Organized, clean, covid screening, masks worn. Wait was not too long.

I went for a mask fit test. The technician was clearly having a bad day I tried to overlook her rudeness but when she opened the door after my test and said “you can go” I had to let her know about herself. I will never do business here again. Think her name was cherelle or something like that!

I called to ask an appointment because I am sick with a laundry list of problems. The woman on the phone asked me what Was my reason for wanting to visit. I said “well I’m having stomach pain...” and she interrupted me and said we don’t see people with stomach pain at this clinic”. She didn’t care about my several other symptoms that she didn’t give me a chance to mention, or offer a referral to another clinic that could help. I think that they should remove the word “care” from the name of their clinic, because they don’t care. At least the lady who answered the phone doesn’t.I called another Urgent Care Clinic in Norcross and I got an appointment right away. I’m glad that she steered me away from her clinic. I don’t want to go where I’m not wanted, or valued as a patient anyway.

The assistants at the counter were very prompt, informative, resourceful and courteous. Great service from the doctor also.

They literally just denied even seeing me because I have swollen tonsils.? Thats literally the most basic thing people go to Urgent care for. All I can say is trash.

Young lady at front desk with glasses was rude. The tech taking the urine sample was having a whole personal conversation about switching days off for Feb 12th. Had me just standing there not knowing I was done

The office was comfortable and the employees were friendly and personable. Everything was done and handled professionally. The only downside was that they were a bit slow. However, that could have been because I was a new customer. All in all, they were very good.

Probably the best facility I have ever been too. I’ve never visited an office with employees so attentive and caring before this one. I don’t want to go back, because it would be for an injury, but if I have to I want it to be here.

Everyone there was courteous from the secretary up front to the nurses. The doctor went well above what I needed and was so helpful. She was awesome!!

Id give a -5 if I could. Terrible service from the Doctor at the location whos sole mission seemed to be to pump me with any medication possible. She also violated my privacy leaving the door open and having a conversation about my care with my comp liaison while patients were walking back and forth in front of the room I was in. Definitely would not recommend this location even though the Physical Therapist was decent. oh well.

Carlos Johnson is great at what he does. He cares about all of us (other patients I have seen him work with and myself). He has a way of motivating us to do a bit more on days when we are dragging. I am looking forward to working with to get back as close to 100% as possible.The front office staff is very responsive and kind, whether its a change of appointment, doctor or paper request. They (Jazlyn and Mefi) are both very even tempered.Additionally, the two doctors and their were thorough and compassionate. They support staff for them were extremely endearing, making my visits great [EXECPT THE COLD; its freezing on that side of the building].Finally, i had several occasions to interact with the manager, Jasmine....WONDERFUL!!!! Seems like you have ship running smoothly.

This was my first time at this clinic and they did an exceptional job in handling the situation. The coordination was on point. Even though it was busy, the employees completed each task to the fullest. I would definitely come back if I had to do another fit test/ drug test.

Fairly quick and friendly. I arrived at 3:30pm and was out shortly after 4:15 for a drug test. Was happy with how quick it was.

I was waited on by some true professional men and women when I first arrived the young ladies at the desk were so pleasant. Then I had a little confusion with my jobs paperwork they did everything to make sure I wouldnt have to wait to long nor have to come back the next day. Then I was called back where Denzel was my MA he was truly professional and pleasant took his time and all did everything right. Then I saw the Doctor as well as the rest she was professional as well. Then was ready to leave where I had to actually go to a different location that upcoming Saturday the guy that was helping me at that time went above and beyond to make sure I went to a location near my home that would be open. With all this being said I want to give them 5 stars for all the professionalism keep up the good work.

Whatever you do dont come to this location. Took me over an hour and a half just to get a 5 minute drug test done! Noone knows whats got g on! Usually concentra gives excellent service. This location is the exception to the rule!!!

Ive been to Concentra twice. I must add that on both occasions, the staff was very friendly and professional. Fast service. 👍

Reception staff greeted me in friendly manner. Wait area was clean. Doctors and Medical staff was friendly and informative. I appreciated them for being concerned about me and my needs.

They dont take appointment. Wait time 40 minis to 1 hour.

I had to have blood drawn for pre employment. I did a walk in on a Thursday at Hapeville location and finished everything, I asked was there anything else I need to take with me the front desk said no. So the next week ( Monday ) I get a call from my future job and they ask do I have any proof that I went into the office and I said no they didn’t give me anything. So I call to see if I can get some type of proof. She told me to contact epassport, couldn’t get ahold on them. So the next day someone from concentra calls and tell me that the blood that they drew was packed incorrectly and that I needed to come back in and have it redone. like HOW?? so I call my employer and I’m told that they have pending results on my blood work so hows it missing so my employer did some calls and found out that the blood was placed inside of the wrong tube. And at that point I did not want to go back to the Hapeville location so I requested another. So on Wednesday I went to a different location ( Decatur) and did 2 of my test I had to come back on Friday for the last one because I was late for it. So Friday I get there long story short they almost gave me the wrong test all my test required blood to be drawn. The lady at the front someone got the test mixed up with the paperwork she sent back. So everyone is on the same page now. The nurse asks which arm do you prefer I say MY RIGHT ARM. She seen a vain in left arm and decided to go in my left arm and as soon as stuck the needle in the vain disappeared so now she’s moving the needle around in my arm to find a vain and I’m like this hurts really bad. I will never be going to any Concentra again. My arms were hurting for days. Very painful to bend my arms.
