I went in for women services and my god, I’m utterly satisfied with the care I received. My nurse practitioner Kristy McDonald was super great. She took the time needed to listen to me and addressed the purpose of my visit. I’m am soooo satisfied with my overall visit.

Had an appointment to get a covid antibody test at 6:30 pm and was next in line after the patients they were currently engaged with. Was left to wait until I inquired why it was taking so long at 7:15 pm and some extremely rude female Dr. gave me some short incoherent response and closed the door in my face. This is supposed to be Minute Clinic not 45 minute clinic...if its THAT serious, they need to be across the street at Emory hospital, and for the Doctor to show zero professional etiquette and close the door in my face when Im trying to get answers, is unacceptable.

The pharmacists answering the phones are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I waited on hold for 15 minutes and when the pharmacist picked up he proceeded to interrupt me and talk down to me without bothering to understand what I was even calling about. I remained polite and tried to explain my question which HE wasnt understanding and ultimately he hung up on me without so much as a good bye, leaving my question unanswered. Note to pharmacist: please dont pick up the phone if you dont want to help me. Id rather hold for 15 more minutes and talk to someone that cares.

Website shows its open until 6:30,however there are no appointments available. Website states walk-in availability until 6:30. Daughter arrives there before 6pm, with ear/sinus infection, and cannot sign in. Waits until provider comes out to ask, and states will not see her without an appointment.Previous visit was very good with on of the NPs. Had been hopeful this would be good. Very disappointing... Adds more to why I dislike CVS.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. We scheduled two appointments for Covid testing and arrived before the first one. All signs said to wait for a call. So we waited, waited. 20 minutes later we spoke with another patient who had also been waiting since before his appointment time. He had been called and given conflicting information, and then they canceled his appointment because he was late .Lo and behold, we received the call with the same information. On the phone, they stated they had tried to call us multiple times (calls that we never received) and because we were late they would not test our son (who was the first appointment). When I went in to speak with them, it turned out they had been watching us sitting and waiting the ENTIRE time. No signal, no wave, with every opportunity to.The customer service here was ridiculous. Dont waste your time, money, or energy.

Had an appointment for 3, got there 10min early. My appointment was cancelled at 2:57, and the reason I was given was for “maintenance.” 3min is not enough notice for an appointment cancellation.

Made an appointment to see a provider for today! I got there 5 minutes after the appointed time, however it was only one nurse available. She was seeing someone so I had to wait anyway. Waited another 5 minutes before she was finished with the lady in front of me. I went to the little office and told her what I was there for. She said that she was unable to see me at the time and would I like to reschedule. I told her sure, I made an appointment for 1:15pm the next day. Im confused as to why they cancelled my appointment for tomorrow. If they dont provide the service I requested, they should say so. They gave me no explanation as to why they cancelled my appointment. I will not go back to this location.

Understaffed with insane wait times. After not being able to book online, I went into the clinic and waited for over two hours before getting a text that my turn was 30 minutes away. But when I returned to the front it said the clinic was closed for lunch for another 38 minutes. I waited another 30 minutes only for the nurse practitioner to come out and say I was next in line, but she was going to take a 30 minute break. Overall, after nearly 3 hours of waiting I left without getting any care. This place is garbage.

My eight year old was super committed to getting her flu shot at this location because of her experience here in prior years. The first time we walked in, we saw Janet, but the clinic was near closing time. She immediately formed a rapport with my daughter, and we assured her we would return. Yesterday, I schedule a visit and was seen immediately by Janet. She was knowledgeable, personable and got me in and out quickly. She remembered my daughter and asked about her flu shot. I told her that I would bring her in.Today, I went to go get my daughters shot. Obviously, we were looking for Janet, who wasnt working today. We encountered a very sharp tongued, smart alec provider (short hair in a pigtail, brown skin with glasses). Her attitude was the worst. So bad that I didnt feel comfortable with her providing the shot to my child. Do better. Her customer service, alone put me off of the entire operation.

Absolutely experience here! I saw NP Janet and she was the best! Very friendly, very knowledgeable and the whole experience was quite fast (but I admit I booked the appointment a few days in advance). I can definitely recommend coming here, but I strongly recommend making an appointment, the estimated wait time for a walk-in was shown as an hour and a half.

I went to this Minute Clinic on a Saturday as a walk-in.....got up extra early to make sure I didnt have to wait all day. I was the second person in line.....the PA/nurse only wanted to see people who had made an appointment, which defeats the purpose of people being able to walk in. I left after 2 hours. Their customer service skills leaves a lot to be desired. I ended up going to another after hours clinic and was seen in 15 minutes. I wont be going back to this one ever again.

I booked an appointment and have no signs of COVID-19 and I was called on the way there. I was told that in order for me to be seen, I have to take a test to see if I have COVID. This should have been said when I booked an appointment last night not when I am on the way to my appointment. If something happens to me that has nothing to do with COVID-19, I’m blaming this facility.

Ive been to this particular location twice and had excellent care. I came in with a cough, left with the advice and meds that I needed and had a really wonderful and caring interaction with the nurse, Sharlencia, NP. She was great! Today I went again for an ear infection. It was quick, convenient, easy, and again the nurse, Janet, NP was wonderfully caring and so very kind! I was really on the fence about going to a minute clinic, but Ill definitely keep using them in the future, especially this location.

Made an appointment online very easily, which I recommend because otherwise there will be really long wait times. But because I made an appointment I was seen within 30 minutes of scheduling! Doctor super friendly and helpful. Gave me a quick diagnosis and lots of helpful advice. I also never write reviews but thought I should for this one because I was so pleasantly surprised. My only tip is definitely make a reservation online beforehand! They cant account for how many people walk-in and wait times can change easily unless you reserve.

Went in with I thought a ear infection since could not hear out of ear. I was told I had burst my eardrum from cleaning out ear wax. Was put on antibiotics and told it would heal in 2-3 months nothing I else could do and keep it dry and would not ever hear as well again. After a couple weeks I started hearing fine, this made no sense and I finally went to ear doctor (Which turns out I should have done in first place) The ear doctor told me I simply had heavy wax in my ear which clogged up hearing, she cleaned it out and said ear drum was fine. Total misdiagnosis and wast of time and worry that I was going to lose hearing. Practitioner was very nice and quick attention but really blew this.

Horrible experience today. Too bad negative stars arent available. Anyways, I came here today because I havent been feeling well in the past couple of days. After being denied at Walgreens(insurance issue), I placed myself on MinuteClinic wait list for this location. It said an hour and six minutes of wait time. Fine. I was coming from Lithonia which is about a 30 minute drive.Once I arrived, checked myself in at said 50 minutes of waiting. It should have been about 30. I walked around the store and wait time was reduced to 38 minutes. Walked around some more and it still states 38 minutes. I became frustrated and saw the N Highland location had a wait for 10 minutes. Drove over there and was seen about 5 minutes after checking in! Avoid N Decatur MinuteClinic!

I was skeptical about going to a minute clinic for the flu, but Im glad that I went! Dr. Renfrow made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my concerns, and I left with peace of mind and very specific instructions regarding how to go about using the meds she recommended.

My first experience and it’s very disappointing. I came in on Friday with inflamed tonsil on one side of my throat. I wanted to confirm my physician’s diagnosis of strep throat. The nurse was pleasant, but completely useless in diagnosing the issue. She performed rapid strep test, but couldn’t do anything else. She said they don’t give steroid shots, which could have helped in reducing inflammation. So unless you need a vaccination or a physical exam this place is totally useless in their ability to really help you.

I reluctantly waited 2 hours for my appointment. I knew I had a sinus infection and had been having fevers off and on. The NP took me back, assessed I did not currently have a fever and ‘prescribed’ Sudafed. I told her I couldn’t take that because I had adverse reactions...she said she’d never heard of that happening. All in all, she wasn’t very skilled or knowledgeable. I saw another doctor through a telecom Dr app and she prescribed me antibiotics for a, you guessed it, bacterial sinus infection. 12 hours later, I’m mostly better. I spent $90 for nothing and have learned my lesson to not go to Minute Clinic.

Horrible customer service I sat there 30 minutes before they open I was the first one in line for the doctor to tell me my Insurance was inactive which I knew for a fact was not true. I called my provider they stated that my insurance was indeed active and if the doctor could call the provider line to confirm. The doctor rushed me out and stated they do not call provider lines. I will never come to this clinic again or Refer them to anybody else.

Id score them lower if I could. Their automated system obviously doesnt work, their estimations arent even close. Set myself up on line...105 min approx, immediately got a text telling me to be there within 30 minutes to keep my place in line. Was there in 20 minutes, checked in, screen says Im number 5 and still 105 min out. Wait in my car because there is no place to sit, check back every 30 minutes until their screen says Im 18 minutes out, then, 2.5 hours later, I am 0 minutes out, next on the screen and they take someone else in and close the door! I knock and wait, knock and wait, knock hard and the door opens to an angry woman in a lab coat that says the screen is wrong, that I am number 5. I told her she can take me off and left.
