Other than having to drive over an hour and a half to get there, the whole experience today was perfect. The staff and facility gets 5 stars from us today. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Premises were clean and aftercare instructions were precise.

In my opinion, this is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL medical provider I have ever seen. Will never go back no matter what procedure may be needed. I felt there was zero compassion for patients and their families by staff and the surgeon, Dr. Yuan. My strong recommendation is to find a different provider. Only gave one star because I couldnt give zero or negative stars.

Nursing and Surgery Staff professional and warm, Procedure done quickly with no issues. Facilities easy to access and effective. Dr. Stark is an excellent Urologist.

I have had two surgeries at Northside Surgery Center and both were great experiences. The entire staff, from the front desk to the nurses, are very kind and helpful.

Staff is very unprofessional. The patients are treated like criminals.
