The worst customer service Ive ever encountered in the medical environment. Most often they never answer their phone when trying to order supplies, and apparently no longer even have voice mail to ask for a call return. Have even had others orders sent to me along with my order being incorrect. Easiest way to contact is by calling DMH and explaining to them your needs. When you do finally speak to them, a few are more professional. Overall though boo

My husband had problems with his oxygen concentrator and we needed to find out what was wrong . I started calling their office at 8 am and all I got was music while on hold. I left a message but the call was not returned. About 11 am I ended up driving into town to go to their office. It was a simple fix and I was to call them back about 1 to let them know if their suggestion solved the problem. Guess what? I listened to their music and continued to hold. No one ever came on. This is no way to run a business.

I am dumbfounded with the poor customer service, the rudeness of staff and the inability to give proper information. Because a rep there did not look up a script or insurance information that is already in computer I as a nurse had to make more phone calls, attempt to get scripts that were already there. My patient had to buy supplies out of pocket because of the incompetence of the rep. My patient stated that he was treated rudely when he was made to pay for supplies out of pocket. Furthermore, there is in fact a proper script sent to this company and they still will not honor. So I suppose that to this company letting a patient go without supplies is not bothersome to them. Not a fan. They are getting one star because if i dont give any stars it will not allow me to post. Pathetic.

Call to get a price on a Cpap. Guy that answered the phone didnt seem to care and was very unhelpful. Priced a machine at $7000 and it is online for $2900. Beware! Guess it the same old story over bill insurance. Lol

Completely worthless company. Can’t talk to each other internally, but one says you are good to go, the other says no. Stay away from here and go anywhere else, which is what I should have done. Now on week 4 of waiting on medical supplies.

CPAP supplies. Go elsewhere! Customer service, fulfillment procedures and accuracy, turnaround time in obtaining supplies, and ability to reach a human or receive a call back upon leaving messages have gone dramatically downhill within the last year or two. After jumping through hoops (with help from our insurance rep. phoning DMH Medical Equipment to authorize order), order took about a month (insurance rep contacted them in second week and I was told in fourth week by DMH Medical that authorization had JUST been approved!). First mask incorrect. Exchanged second mask still incorrect, but using it. Staff doesnt return phone calls, and disposition varies from stiffly polite to snippy and condescending. Not returning.

Supposed to be open at 8:30 a.m. I waited until 8:45 for someone to open the door. I was told they would request a prescription from my Dr. for a cpap mask. I checked with my doctor the next day and they had not received the request. I asked them to send it to DMH that day. I went in the next day and they said they had the prescription for the mask but not the head strap and I would have to come back a 3rd time! I will be checking with my insurance company to see if I can go somewhere else to get my cpap supplies!

Wasnt greeted when we came in. Another person came in after us and they helped them ignoring us. We were ready to buy an electric scooter. So sad.
