Dr. Harris has been my Doctor for over seven years. I highly recommend her for Gastric needs. She also has an AWESOME personality.

A sudden emergency sent me to the ER, then to my PCP & then to this location. The situation was time sensitive as I was traveling. My experience was nothing short of exemplary from the first appointment call, to the paperwork being filled out on line, to Dr. Harris professional and reassuring bedside manner to the check out & follow up process. I’m glad I chose this practice.

This clinic is a highway robbery. The medical practitioner is good but their charges are high. And one thing just boggles my mind... They charge me extra $40 just to get the result of the diagnosis, test in a paper...their policy is that they report the diagnosis and test verbally....are they serious...?!? I feel that it is my right to have the report of diagnosis and test in a official document after I pay for it but they are charging extra.I have never heard about these kind of policies and have got a printed test result anywhere I had medical examination...these policies are worst than many 3rd world countries medical system policies. And the only thing they have to defend is that they slip this additional fees statement somewhere between the patient agreement and tout it. Please find some good hospital or clinic somewhere unless you want to pay higher prices for simpler test and had additional fees for every simple request.Such a scan they are running....

HORRIBLE!!!I do not recommend this practice to anyone. My first visit was today and I arrived 30 minutes early to complete any needed documents. At that time, I was told that they were on schedule. However, I waited almost two hours and never saw the nurse (Joanne Beer). The office personnel do not have any concern or respect for their patients time. When I said that I had to leave due to another appointment, the lady in the office laughed.

I have been a patient of Dr Harris since 2006. I was pleased with her service and continued to get my colon exams every 3-5 years because of my family history. Back in 2007, she seemed very tired and sleepy. My colonostopy exam was scheduled for 7:30 she arrived about 30 minutes later very tired and sleepy. We laugh a little and I listen as she chatted about how late she stayed up that night. She was still professional and explain my procedure and told me I would be just fine. After it was done she came into the recovery area to give me my great report (clear with no polyps). In 2014 I decided to schedule my appt with Dr Gropal, since Dr Harris seemed so tired on the last exam 2007. I recommended my husband to Dr Harris. She was great with him with good bedside manners at that time in 2014. On my husbands visit I mentioned I was switching back to her. On yesterday I had my colonostopy done by Dr Harris. My original appt was at 11am. They called and asked if I could arrive earlier because they had an earlier opening. When I arrived I was not called back until my original time. The anesthesiologist had great bedside manners she kept making sure I was comfortable and saying she was sorry because Dr Harris was running very late. She explain her part and the medicine she was going to use. She also said she wouldnt start until Dr Harris come and address me about the procedure like normally. The time was getting much later unti she finally said let me go and get her. When Dr Harris came into the room she didnt address me at all. She stood far away by the door and started looking for music on her phone. She wasnt looking like her friendly self I was use to in the past. She was very distance. After I arrived in recovery the nurse was getting me ready to br released, Dr Harris rush in with a very quick report and left out just as quick. I asked myself what have I done to deserve this treatment. I was very patient will waiting and did no complaining. Preparing for the procedure is hard enough without the main person doing the procedure acting like she wanted nothing to do with me. This makes me wonder was the procedure done properly or in a rush. Im definitely seeking for another gastro dr. My insurance is paying for her service. I also had to pay 499.00 before the procedure. I dont understand why some doctors don t realize we are their clients and without us they have no salaries. We dont have to take this kind of service especially when it comes to our health.Not to mention Im in pain in my adomen area Ive never experienced this before. They normally would call and check the next day but so far no calls.

Very professional office , there is always wait time.Give me a name of one perfect place and you want find it nowhere.Not one

Dr. Harris is excellent!! She has been my gastroenterologist for years! Its the staff that makes her have less than a 5.0 rating.

This operations of this practice disturbs me! The wait times were greater than 60 minutes on two of the four visits that I have had. When questioned the staff replies there were patients in front of you. The dr herself even said the patients had complex issues which caused more explanation. After going over my results , the dr went to provide a prescription for additional “optional” medications and neglected to answer my request for copies of my lab report and immediately dismissed me and “raced” off to see another patient.I am appalled at this practice. It appears that it is not being operated in the best interest of the patients.

Every one was so nice, informative and professional. Very clean. I would definitely refer Dr. Harris to my friends.

Poor follow-up was not notified in a timely manner that my insurance was out of network. I was told someone call the day before my appointment to notify me. Which was incorrect because they called the wrong number. Wasted my time and money taking day off of work for nothing.

It is a clean facility with plenty of security and my buses to get to work are located here.

The practice is very professional. I have only Great things to say about Dr. Harris and her staff.
