I love Dr. Sherrod! All of the staff members are superFriendly every time I am there. Unfortunately, they NEVER return calls. A month ago I called 10 days before my prescription ran out and I called 5 times. I missed doses and finally after calling and asking to speak to a front desk person they prescription was called in for me.Recently I went to a medicine checkup and I told my doctor about the situation that kept reoccurring. He said to call and leave a message and he apologized for the inconvenience.5 days ago I called and left a message for the nurse asking to return my call because I had a question about my medicine…I just left my 3rd voicemail to be called back. I am so angry and frustrated at the lack of communication with this physician’s group. My medicine is NEVER FILLED IN TIME, I got without doses, nurses will not return my call….I do NOT recommend this location if you are on medicine and it is CRUCIAL that youDo not miss doses.(Side note-they are fast! Always on time. So if you onlyNeed a yearly visit-with NO REFILLS, this place is great).

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from staff in regards to obtaining lab results and to simply get a medical question answered that could be of an assistance The no contact from staff even when they are close is ridiculous. I also work in a Dr office and never seen this looong of a response back to there patience To have to cal repeatedly leave countless messages is ridiculous
