The level of care I received here for a special eye condition(dry eye disease) was at best subpar. They simply do not have the technology such as meibomian imaging and the like. They dont offer any specialized treatments and just dont have the experience needed for eye conditions beyond vision. I have since found another doctor outside of town that has the technology to better serve me.

Had an appointment, the doctor on staff Ryan was rude and likes to pick and choose who her customers are she only looks at it as a business, there is no loyalty and there is no accountability in that building I recommend never using this establishment.

Was referred to the decatur office through the office in Clinton called in may scheduled a appointment only to be called day before mt appointment an was told i needed to reschedule due to a shortage of doctors so appointment was rescheduled for this afternoon only to be called again by the office and told i need to reschedule due to a testing machine not working..... I am on disability and do not drive i have to schedule someone to bring me to my appointments also i have galcoma that is deteriating the sight in my right eye seems very convenient that twice now on the day of my appointment this office calls to reschedule this is not much of customers care for a doctor office the i am sorry it cant be helped attitude of office staff i am very disappointed in this office and frankly i feel discriminated against

Took my kids here since our eye doctor from another company left. I made their appointment a month ahead. Get to the appointment.... this was the worst experience I have ever had.

Dont know why for sure ..very slow .would not recommend

Be prepared to wait as they are never on time for anything
